Olive Garden-BEHIND the scenes

My daughter, TPot,
had one of the girls call
 me to see if
I wanted to meet her
and
The Trio,
Lulu, Ria & SweetCheeks,
at Olive Garden.

Hmmmm..
Sounds good to me.
It is too cold to be outside
working and I am too lazy
to do anything inside.
There.
I said it.
I am having a lazy day.

Olive Garden...
here I come!
We all decide on
Soup & Salad.
Does it get any better
for a quick lunch?
We get the salad.
The knock off recipe
can be found by
clicking on the picture.
Wait- Who wants my olives?

WHAT?
NO ONE WANTS THEM?
As you can plainly see
Lulu is NOT interested at all.
Okay...well...I will just pick
them off and eat the
wonderful
SOUP!
Click on the picture for the
recipe.
The girls had fun.
I had fun.
We were all laughing it up
when I noticed my daughter
choking on her soup...
trying to control her
laughter.

What's so funny?
She wouldn't tell me...
because she couldn't talk...
she could only nod at
the table behind us
(remember the word
BEHIND
 as I present
for your viewing pleasure
the vision that I was
treated to when I followed
her gaze)
Do things like this happen
to other families
or are we just
"special"?

No need to worry about
an over-active appetite
for me today!

I don't know dear but I am thinking it's just so Wisconsin! hehe.
I can't believe you have the recipe for that soup...I love that stuff!
Well today sounds like a beautiful day, sunny and in the 60's! That's more like it!
I want to get planting but I know I need to wait until about Mothers Day.

I hope you just said no to crack! A very valuable lesson for the girls. Good thing you pushed those black olives aside, they could be painful coming out your nose.
Just imagine, someone, somewhere, is posting a blog this morning about a crazy woman and her daughter snorting their soup at lunch yesterday....
Bwahahahaha!

LOLOLOLOLOL ... that is TOOOOO funny! That's taking plumber's cr*ck to an entirely new level! I would've laughed my way through lunch, too! And, OG is my weakness ... have you ever ordered the side of hot alfredo sauce to dip your breaksticks into? If not, you MUST try sometimg. YUM!

Kathy @ Creative Home Expressions said...

Oh for God sakes! LOL! I'm surprised she could eat at all! I don't understand ~ do these guys not feel a breeze and wonder where it's coming from?? I've seen this too many times but not at a restaurant, Diana.

How can we talk about food at a time like this. Does your camera still work? When you close your eyes is that not the most horrible vision that flashes before your eye. All I can think about is the lent. yuk! Oh but you made me smile. Thanks, I actually needed it today!

HAHAHAHAHA Chocking on my coffee!!!
This is too funny!!! I had a visual like that at the grocery store just this past weekend, only it was a very, very old lady wearing a red thong!!! OMG! I almost lost it at the supermarket!!! Some people! LOL

So funny, and yes, it happens elsewhere, especially Arkansas...
We got treated to the female version of this sight recently, when she bent down to get something off a lower shelf.

Susie said...

EEWWWEEE...What is wrong with people, I do not want to see their butt clevage, gross. Clothing makers need to add 3 more inches to the bottom of tops/shirts. That so called "look" is not nice on anyone.:):) smiles,xo, Susie

Oh yuck.
On easter poor Goose couldn't keep her pants up on her skinny fanny. She had a bit of the crack showing. We kept teasing her. Suddenly I noticed she was missing. I found her inside behind a couch crying. Her feelings were hurt so we had her change her clothes. Let me tell you.....hers was alot cuter than this one.
Did they know you snapped a pictures, hah......only you.
Love Olive Garden but the breadsticks kill me not being able to eat them.

Patty Patterson said...

Yes... thinks like that happen every where because people no longer know how to dress. I see it all the time, but have not been bold enough to take a picture. But it dies make you appreciate the young men who let their boxers hang out. My son explained to me why some do this. It's because they make the waistline in the pants too low so you just pull your boxers up high and it keeps your crack from showing. Of course, some just like to sag, but keep in mind that some do it for modesty purposes.

What happens when everyday becomes a lazy day? I have been dragging my feet all week. From the time I get up to the time I go to bed. I need a shot of energy. The butt crack is too funny. Some people's kids...have a great week. Hugs.

What a sight!! Not a very pretty one, either.:(

Back to the subject of lunch - I'd happily take your olives.:)

jessica said...

Hahahaha!!!! I almost choked on my coffee :) As a restaurant worker, unfortunately the behind is a common sight {why can't people wear a belt!?} LOL

Funny to see your menu choices, I order the same EVERY time I go to OG!!!

OMG!!!!! First of all, you were very brave to get a picture of that. Ha! Secondly, I would've been choking with laughter and shock too if I had been there. My 10 yr old son would've had a field day with that one! You know how kids can be about seeing something like that and how they would probably point and laugh hysterically. I love the food at Olive Garden, but now I'm not so sure about the scenery. Ha!

Sunny Simple Life said...

Oh that is hysterical. I swear the rare times hubby and I go out alone we are always sat next to the screaming toddler or baby. We just laugh. Makes us feel like we are at home with all the noise. I would not have been able to stop laughing at that. I hate these low pants and folks that should not be wearing just insist on wearing them and sharing with all of us.

Oh how funny!!!

What a spoiler! His bent over in front of me in the store by the Easter candy when I was going to get some for the kids. Ugh - they almost got a nickel inside the eggs instead. This spoils our appetites for just about everything, doesn't it?

Can we see the olives again, Plleeeaasseeee!???

Gentle hugs,
Donna

Oh my gosh, Diana. Soup looks good, salad looks good, the rest? Not so much. I have a neighbor who, when working in his yard, tends to let his knickers get away from him. Wouldn't you be able to feel them slipping? Obviously not. Or maybe so?..Thanks for sharing!! Happy Thursday..Judy

Tina@WhatWeKeep said...

Haha! I'm surprised that Sweet Cheeks didn't go over and tell him! Geez, I hope it was a him! I think Lulu saw it first! I'm thinking you were the biggest giggler in the bunch.
I want to know how you got that picture. ;)
You're hysterical.

Ick! LOL!

Can I tell you, not a day goes by at school, where some teacher isn't telling one of the students to pull up their pants! Unfortunately, we see this sight every.single.day.

Love the olive garden too. the one here in Ohio is wonderful. Your picture cracked me up no pun intended...yes it was ...sorry a bad pun indeed. Made me think of that Saturday night Live skit when Dan Akroid played a refrigerator repair man and (Gilda Radner as (Lisa Loobner) and Bill Murry as (Todd) were laughing behind his back at him. That show was the best and we were always in tears laughing at it back in the olden days of the original SNL.

OH MY GOSH!!

First, let me say that I too would have a look on my face like LuLu. I am not an olive lover. My hubby on the other hand LOVES them and could eat them morning, noon and night.

Second, Mmmm love the Olive Garden. We have to go down to Utah to go there though. About 100 miles. :(

Third, OH MY GOSH!! again. GIRL YOU CRACK ME UP. LOL When you mentioned olives I put my hand to my mouth, (ick) When I saw the 'Behind' picture I did it again.

I am trying not to picture you taking the picture. Gosh, I have a bit to ask butt, I mean but I won't. lol

What is the matter with these people? This happened to me a few years ago. Only it was a young woman in her 20s or 30s I guess. I was eating and looked up and saw her sitting with her back to me at the next table. Wearing a thong with the whole top half of her behind showing. YUCKIES

Giggles..how would they like it if we did that.? ICK Shudder... ok I'm done.

I can't believe I wrote this. And can't believe that I am going to post it. lol

Take care my funny friend, Janet W

No pun intended but THANK YOU for cracking me up and helping me stay on a diet! I was hungry until I saw that last pic!
I just told my daughters about that product being advertised on tv now...it's like a tube top but to go around your waist so your crack doesn't show when you bend over! lol!

Nancy's Daily Dish said...

p/s I have lazy days to and I think our family is also 'special' and gets to see those same sights! I had to show this to my kids! Just think how mortified that person would be if they knew their bum was on the web for the world to see!

Sue said...

That is too funny and a great "diet aide".....I usually am the person that always sees men peeing outside....I think that is just as bad as the crack.....Olive Garden should have given you your lunch for free.....

Sue said...

Oh I meant to tell you my "sweet cheeks" moment....I was driving with Miss SOphie in the back of the car when I hear her say...."Oh grandma that place has hoooooorrible bread sticks"....What place B?......"that place with the bunch of grapes outside".....I think you would agree that it was a sweet cheeks moments...
