Happy St. Patrick's Day- Got Your Green On, Do You?

Top 'O The Morning To You!
Do you love the Irish?
You do?
Oh! Goody!
Then I am on the
YOU ARE LOVED LIST!

I finally found some shamrock plants!
If you missed my
Shamrocks Gone Missing Post
you can read that here.

I think these are even better than the ones
I DIDN'T GET!
Can you see that we still have SNOW?
I got the most beautiful card
on a giveaway
from my friend, Louise.
She makes  & sells these lovely cards
@Cards By Louise.
My photo does not do it justice.
Thank you, Louise.
Hmmm..what else around here is Irish
I  have my beautiful
Crystal Irish biscuit jar
from my daughter, Mimi.
And a Belleek vase from my daughter, Tara,
There are Spring flowers in the foyer
along with my
Erin Go Braugh sign.
That means
 IRELAND FOREVER!

So----
IF you believe in LEPRECHAUNS
(and I do- Oh! I do)
Maybe you will get lucky and get visited
by a real
Irish Leprechaun.
I may or may not have ordered this little outfit for
MyHero.
Don't you love it?
Ummmm....
There's an old saying...
If you're lucky enough to be Irish you are
LUCKY ENOUGH!

Isn't MyHero lucky to have such
a thoughtful wife?

Disclaimer:  This is NOT MyHero in that costume.
He refuses to put it on and have his picture taken.
He says he doesn't like bell-bottoms.  pffffffftttt..
What a spoil-sport!

So sorry you still have snow... even though I posted on my blog about the warm 80 degree weather, today it decided it needed to be cold and in the 50's. Just gotta love Spring time weather. :)

Diana, I always know that when I come over here on St. Patrick's Day that I'll be pleasantly surprised with a delightful post. I really like that crystal jar that Mimi gave you. An Irish Priest married us, and he gave us four Irish coffee glasses that I will always treasure. I love the shamrock plants - I've never seen them before. Oh, the leprechauns are calling our names today, Diana.

Wishing you the best St. Patrick's Day ever, my beloved friend.

~Sheri

by the way, the comment I deleted I was just telling you that I just wrote the longest comment and it didn't go through and had to write another one, ugghh, only for you, my friend.

LOL! I didn't get much St. Patrick's Day decorating done this year...I made a little banner and a shamrock decoration. I'm not doing justice to my Irish heritage! I am thinking I need to put up an Irish blessing. Happy St. Patrick's Day, Diana! (I almost typed Happy Thanksgiving...)

Happy St. Patrick's Day to you! I wish I could have shamrocks in the house, but the cats won't leave them alone. They ate one I'd had for decades and still I believed they'd leave the new one alone. I can't be responsible for so much shamrock murder and have settled for a glittery fake one.

Kim said...

Those are pretty shamrocks! We have snow here too...ugh...so over it. Maybe the leprechauns will make it all disappear. I'll keep you posted! ;)

Beautiful sharings! I always admire those that make cards ~ I used to do better about that than I do now. A few ladies in our Chemo Angels group make cards and they are stunning too.

I would love to have an Irish Coffee this evening! :) It was 81 here today....and humid. Storms expected later. I may turn on the A/C and have that coffee anyway.

Too funny Diana, I love the leprechaun ensemble and the leprechaun in it. I am married to my Irishman and he never lets anyone forget he is Irish either. Now, he is half English yet he lays no claim to his English side nor do his children who are not only one fourth English but half Polish (on their mother's side) and only one fourth Irish. Yet they will say they are Irish with no mention to their "other" heritages.
