AND THE FIRST PLACE GOLD MEDAL GOES TO...........

Remember when I said
I wasn't going to bore you with more
GRANDKID STORIES?
You do?
Well.......I lied.
I HAVE to share this!

Our little Miss Ria!
She is in her
FIRST YEAR of DANCE COMPETITIONS.
This was her
FIRST COMPETITION!
Look at this solo performance!
Can you see how high she is?
The lighting changed from red to blue
throughout her performance
She is teeny-tiny and the youngest one
in her team.
Isn't she sweet?
Perfect form they say....
And such a heartfelt performance...
And the winner is..........MaRIA
with her teacher, Miss Kelsey of
There were well over 200 performers there.
She was one of SIX to get a dance scholarship
to a school in Chicago for a summer session.

Whew!  Good work, MaRIA!
You can celebrate with a hot chocolate!
You look like a
WHITE ANGEL!!!
WHAT?
There's ANOTHER COMPETITION?
Who is THIS?
Your EVIL TWIN????
Hmmmm...wonder if SHE is as good as YOU are!

Nana Loves You!!!!

I love her performance tremendously Nana.
Her positions as a ballerina are so precise and graceful.

You never know how the road later on will be paved for Ria.
In Ballet.

Grandchildren start to spread their wings and become so independent of who they are as an example the dance she just did. Then you know your once little girl.
Begins to climb high on the mountain top.
For sure be proud. That is what Grandmothers are about and grandfathers too. I find my blogs are of my adult grandchildren more so. I am proud too. We as Grandparents have a calling from God. Be Proud of your Grandkids and they become proud of you. And they know you are Gods calling for them.

And having a family and Grandparents who encourage them. Makes all the difference and they become that independent person to go on to new things in life. I enjoyed you blog and your pictures. Thank you for showing. Thank you for comments always to my grandchildren.

I grew up in a family of all boys, so I'm not as familiar with dancing. Since I can't dance at weddings, I'm sure it's a tough art to do it with such skill and grace.
