You know that I have
kind of fallen into the
habit of sharing my
Romantic Homes
magazine on here.
These are David Austin roses...
Are they gorgeous, or what?
The cover is as beautiful
as any of the features
inside the magazine.
Please pop by and visit
Amber @
Black Rooster Cottage
She is as cute as a button.
Then, you might want to pop by
Happy Loves Rosie
It is English wit and wisdom
at its best!
You will come away with a smile,
I promise.

And then swing by Kate's Blog
for some more eye candy.
And last but not least,
Romantic Homes did a several
page spread on my sweet
friend, Sandy Foster, @
Your heart will be touched
visiting her.
She has been through a LOT
this past year.
She has not lost heart though
and her blog is as beautiful
as her soul.
That's It!
That's My Picks
for the month.
There are other bloggers in there
but I have featured them before
so thought I would do some
faces that are newer this time.
Now, tomorrow, if you promise
not to promise not to drink
directly out of the milk container
and put it back in the fridge
(as if you never did that)
I will show you my front garden...
I promise you it is looking
A WHOLE LOT BETTAH
than it did last week.

Happy Loves Rosie is one of my favorite blogs to stalk. Pure eye candy. Happy Wednesday!
Thank you for sharing your magazine:):) I can't wait to see your garden. Is the new bike there? I plan on visiting the ladies from the magazine. Smiles, Susie
Thank you for the information on the blogs. I tend to stick mostly to dollhouse blogs but I am tempted to take a look at these although I am familiar with Sandy Foster's blog.
I love that magazine. I want a camper!! Thanks so much for sharing your magazine! Have a great day!
I can't wait to see your garden, Diana! You were a woman on a mission, so I'm sure it is looking great! I am determined to get my hydrangea bushes before this week is over and get them in by the weekend. I'm also helping my daughter do hers. It's taking everything I have right now to not say "I told you so" for all the times I asked her to help me garden when she was growing up. I just know I'll be doing most of the work when I show her what is a weed and what is a plant this week!
That magazine cover is beautiful. I love roses. I planted a new dawn rose bush last year and I hope to see it really take off this year!

Goofy girl, I can't drink out of the milk carton, so you had better deliver the garden area of the year!
Now, I am off to see what the deal is with that camper...maybe we need to get another one....hmmmm.
Sold ours and my fil's a while back thinking I couldn't do that anymore, but it might be handy just trying to go to the doctor or shopping...take the potty with you. I could lay down while we are on the road and rest up for some serious shopping.
Thanks for sharing with us! I discovered Happy Loves Rosie's blog about a year ago. There's nothing like it for vintage & color...I love it!
Hi Diana, I had to come and meet you since you commented on my friend, Patsy's blog. I'm your newest follower. Hope your day is happy!!
I promise, after I just did it this morning, that I won't drink out of the milk carton ever again. Or until tomorrow. Whichever comes first!

I think I bought this magazine when I was in the USA but I'm not sure whether it's available in my part of the UK. I feel a visit to our local town coming on...what a pest!!! :-) Joan
Beautiful! Now, I'm headed over to those other blogs to check them out!
Beautiful features Diana!! Going to stop by to see more!

I certainly don't drink out of the milk carton but as I live all alone, I sometimes find I drink from the orange juice container. It's a first but one less glass to wash.
Thank you again Diana for sharing my blog in this post. So wonderful to have such support from your wonderful blog.

I STILL haven't gotten to the bookstore to buy a copy of Romantic Homes magazine! Have to put that on my "to do" list!
Now - whoever thought of drinking out of the milk carton and putting it back in the fridge? You can tell you had boys.:)
xoxo Nellie
I love discovering new blogs and talent...one of the many perks of being a blogger! Hope you have a great day, Diana.
Lovely blog and post. So many creative people out there. Nice to see you posting about them.
I love this magazing, and the next time I see it, I will have to buy it. Do you know that Happy Loves Rosie was one of the first blogs that I ever looked at? It was a few years ago, and she was on my niece's blog, so I checked it out, and I was hooked hehe. Aren't the English blogs so charming? Sending you a big hug for Mother's Day, and your comment made my heart sing!

HI Di!
Will check these blogs out, but I must say, the shabby streamside studio is one of THE most phenomenal things that I have ever run across while blogging. I will never forget the day my eyes first caught a glimpse of this most magical spot.
My heart and soul will never be the same.
Love it.
Thanks for sharing.

Excellent tour Diana!! I have a magazine that I LOVE called "Romantic Country". I don't know if you know it? I am re-do-ing my house. We bought it last year and it has been in constant upheaval ever since!! We had stopped for a bit in the winter, but it has been started again this spring!!
OK. Long story short (??) come fall, I want to buy new furniture, and re-paint. This will be a huge deal of course, but I will be copying many things from Romantic Country!! Too many awesome ideas!
Can't wait to see your front! I know it is awesome!!
xxD
