How You Know If You Are A Monkey~ SCheeks Video

I have to tell you
I was hemming and hawing around
about whether I should post this...
the picture goes a bit in
and out of focus and it
is a dark video.
One of these days I gotta
figure that lighting thing out..
and if  it drives YOU nuts...
Well, don't watch it..
I'll never know!;>)

So, as I was visiting
blogs tonight
(finally)
and trying to decide whether
or not to post it..
I thought about my friend,
Tete.
I swear she is my best
audience!
Well, and my old friend,
Jettie, that was my
first follower...
Anyway,
Tete is just a'waiting
for one of her boys
to find themselves
a wife and give her
some grandkids.
Meantime,
she is making do with
my own little
"Mouth Almightys".

I love taping
SweetCheeks when
she kind of forgets that
she is being filmed...
that's the best!
Here you go, Tete..

AND
to answer your questions..
Yes.I.Do.Let.My.Grandkids.
Eat cheese and crackers
on the leather sofa...
because...guess what?
Leather sofas are washable
and, eventually,
disposable.
Kids' memories
last a lifetime.

I think she should have a little brother, too! The more the merrier, right? Except for those times when one more would overwhelm you!

And my grandkids eat on the sofa, too. That's exactly why I bought leather. I got new furniture in July and decided on something kid friendly and washable and I got the 4 yr. Milano warranty just in case. And I'm so glad. Our little ones spit up something fierce and if that were absorbed into fabric furniture, it might be quite smelly, but with leather it wipes right off. We even use baby wipes on it, because they're handy! *LOL*

Well, now that's a video! DH told me that monkeys eat doughnuts, too. When he was really little, his brother had a paper route and a couple had a chimp. They had a leash that ran across the backyard and when they would deliver the evening paper, the owners said it was ok to give the chimp a doughnut.
I used to call my kids monkeys and they would always check for a tail!
I love the part where 4 is enough! She is so smart!
I so agree with you that whatever in the house is washable or replaceable, but the kids moments are priceless! I have replaced many a piece of furniture because it was loved too much.
Have a great weekend! Hug that kid for me. She's just too much!

That was too cute! "Don't you think 4 is enough Nana????" I loved it!

I liked hearing her talk because the way you type her conversations is EXACTLY how she pronounces words!

Thanks for sharing and you will have wonderful memories to share with them and their children!

Leaving this morning to go camping. Just wanted to say hello and have a nice "working" weekend!! Sorry....that wasn't funny, was it???

Well it says I'm signed in, so here goes...I don't think yesterday's comment ever posted.

Guess who is on our tv, as I type? Sponge Bob of course...I can just see you pushing a little sponge around the stores in a cart. lol
Sweet Cheeks doesn't need a brother, can you imagine a male Sweet Cheeks!?

Melt my heart, adorable! Love before all else ... I treasure every second of our kid-lings moments with us. Their time is my life ... all else is secondary.

You have a beautiful pinky princess, sweetie.

Have a lovely & safe holiday weekend.

Hi Sweetness, I couldn't get the video to play. But I saw the cheese and crackers. I thought everyone knew that the oil in the cheese lubricates the leather. Makes it shine and last longer. Grands are great!! Ginger :)

PS: You are NOT taking a BREAK! How on earth do you post everyday. I am retired and I can't seem to find time. However, I do nap in the afternoon. LOL

Oh my gosh, Diana! I never realized how much Sweet Cheeks looks like our Maddie!!!! I had Mr. Lakehouse watch the video with me, and we both laughed. Thanks for sharing this little monkey with the rest of us. She always brings a smile to my face.

My vote is a brother named Spongebob for Sweetcheeks. Anyone who produces children that adorable should have more. Love the videos!
