I love it when we ask
SweetCheeks to tell us a story.
It always involves
A Princess
(her or one or her sisters)
The Queen Mother
(who happens to be me-
she calls me
MY QUEEN)
Perfect in my books..
now if I could only get
MyHero to follow suit.
I rather like being a
Queen-
except my
Royal Subjects don't
follow orders- at all!
Anyway...
On the 4th of July
we told SweetCheeks..
Give us a story..
And she did!
It went on and on and on and
on...a Princess finding her way
to the $1.90 Hotel..
and being forced to
live there
ForhEVAH!
And a dance,
complete with demonstrations
of how a Princess dances.
This was accompanied by
many embellishments along
the way-lasting several
minutes..
We finally told her to
wrap the story up
and finish eating.
This little video is
only about
15 seconds long.
To end it
she says...
And then the
BIGH Princess had
a little Princess and
thahts
THE EHND
I PRHOMISSE!
The part I love best
is the belly laugh
she gives at the end..
because she is not
prone to
Belly Laughing..
she is usually much more
droll...so when
The Laugh comes
it is always a
delightful suprise..
Enjoy~
Take a moment to listen
to your childrens' stories.
Encourage them..
Tell them they're
The Best~
You'll never regret it~
I PROMISE~

How cute. She's got the best imagination in the world. You are so lucky that the girls live so close to you that you get to see them often!
She is a Hoot!!
I Love your "Sweet Cheeks Videos" : )
Sounds so much like my almost 4 yr. old who has been known to read from the Bible to us about "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer"! LOL!
Vanessa
Love belly laughs- but I would be laughing too with a $1.90 hotel in the story.
She is so cute, Nana Diana! I'm glad that she deemed you queen. I quite agree!
hugs!
I laughed so hard...one of my little grandgirls would read to me out of any book I handed her and it was ALWAYS Frosty the Snow Man. So funny.
I am showcasing your cho. gravy at 5 today on my post. That, my friend, was the BEST stuff I ever put on a biscuit in my entire life. :)))
Gotta love a kid who has an imagination! Also gotta love a kid who thinks her grandma is a queen! LOL
LOVE hearing that sweet giggle!
Also loved the sunset photo from your last post, it was so peaceful and beautiful!
I'd pay anything for those bisquick, chocolate gravy covered concoctions right about now. I've never even heard of chocolate gravy. I guess So. Cal isn't South enough.
Sweetcheeks belly laugh - p r i c e l e s s. You made my day.
Well Ms. Queenie,
Sweetcheeks laugh was GREAT!
Thanks for the smile.
That's one of those laughs that makes you want to laugh too!
Little Miss Sweet Cheeks....she always finds a way to bring joy. Thanks Nana Diana for giving me a little peak at these girls while I'm in Tanzania. It helps me miss them just a little less!
