Hot Diggity Dog- Look At My New Toy

What's that old saying?
A fool and his money are soon parted?
That IS the saying.
Guess what?
It says HIS money.
It says NOTHING about HER money.

Want to see what foolishness I spent my
money on after Christmas?
Here you go!
Now I ask you
HOW CUTE IS THAT?
MyHero might, or might not have
ROLLED HIS EYES
when I unboxed this beauty.

Umm for the blonds in the group-
the candle just happens to be in the window
and is NOT part of the
HOT DOG GRILL.

Don't you love it?
AND the top has a bun warmer.
Speaking of bun warming
I think these idiots that attended
THE GREEN BAY PACKER GAME
yesterday...
may have needed a bun warmer after the game.
It was about zero degrees here and
I wouldn't swear to it but I bet they had
been warming up for a  little while already
Amazing how something so cool going down
can make you HOT!
Yep - Those are two HOTTIES there-
at least in their own minds!

I have three grandgirls here today
because school is closed because of
the below zero temperatures.
COOL, huh?;>)

That's why you bought hot dogs last night. Cool. Keep those girls in and stay warm. Sounds like a movie marathon day.

Hello Miss Diana!

It's been a long while since I've been around and I'm so happy to see you again! I think it's time to be back in blogland, I've missed it here!

Loving your new hot dog treasure! Our treasures are a bit differnt than theirs, right?

Know you'll have a fun day planned for the kids while it's freezing out!

Stay warm!

Maybe we need to add that hotdog cooker/warmer to our Halloween party festivities. Stay cozy with your grands today. I wouldn't be surprised if MI also closes schools for Tuesday too. It's only going to get worse.

PS. I promise to do a post about my gnome book from you later this week. Really. Pinky swear.

It's January - stay warm!

thats a great hot dog cooker! I haven't had a hot dog in a long time, sounds good! Enjoy your grandgirls, (such a cute word for such cute girls), those fellas with their hairy bellies hanging out probably have regrets today!

Look how practical you are; g'children love hot dogs!!!
And it also so darn cute to boot.
I would love to have a cotton candy machine, but I know I gain a ton if I dared buy one.
Have fun with the girls!

Tina@WhatWeKeep said...

I love hot dogs...and I want a cotton candy machine, too. And maybe a mini donut maker. I'll stop here before this gets out of control. ;)
Have fun with the girls!

That hot dog cooker looks like a lot of fun! We rarely have hot dogs here, but an old fashioned popcorn popper would be fun! Those guys were undoubtedly "under the influence" to be out in only half their clothing.:-) xo Nellie

Yummmmmmmmooooooo, we love our hot dogs, and our beer, even when it is cold. Just NOT this cold! It was -7 degrees this morning! I think your cute little hot dog machine is going to bring you lots of fun! As for the game???? they must have younger blood flowing through their veins!

Ceekay-THINKIN of HOME said...

I remember the cold....and I am so thankful I am not there. It is cold enough here. Enjoy the hotdogs!!

Are the girls bouncing off the walls yet? I was supposed to have two boys, but their mom stayed home instead of being out on these icy streets.

Now I like your gizmo there. Eight grilled hotdogs at once? Yup. I'd like it.

I bet that baby makes some good hotdogs! And yes, the candle did perplex me for awhile!!

Enjoy your grands, everything is closed here, too.

Hi Diana! I'll bet your using that cute hotdog maker right now with your grands at your house. How wonderful you can help out and keep them! Well, those guys probably had more than frozen buns! :)
Be a sweetie,
Shelia :)

I was just going to respond to your question about how my Uncle Dan is doing, but I see you already heard from my mom's latest post. Thank you for asking. :-)
I love your hot dog maker and the fact that it has a bun warmer. So fun! I hope you are staying warm yourself...Zero degree temperatures are unheard of to us wimpy Californians ;-)

I'm mot prophetic or anything...but I do see a lot of Hog Dogs in your future and for the grandkids too!!! Have fun with your new toy....it's always fun when something new enters the kitchen to make things exciting to cook with. I am trying to decide if I want an electric fry pan or a wok....probably will be scratching my head for a couple of months.
Disappointed about those Packers...honestly, don't know how anyone could be in that cold or even play with short sleeves and no gloves....burrrrrrr!

Ok, I was wondering what the candle's function was and I am a blonde! Man, you're good! ;)

My husband would love your new purchase, Diana! I guess they could all be thankful {those at the game} that it could have been worse. It could have been snowing alongside those freezing temps!

Nothing like a hot dog in a bun cooked that way. Oh I miss these since I am GF. But sometimes I find GF buns and I can indulge. Crazy kids. I bet they are still trying to warm up. No school here today or tomorrow. My daughter and her children are safely back in Colorado....whew....she flew out today in this frigid weather. Hope you have a good week.

You got a wienie roller! I love it! How cute is that and you can actually make your hot dogs in front of the tv - or even the bedroom LOL! Yeah,we have really cold temps and high winds with low low wind chills so Jamison's school was closed today and again tomorrow. Guess we'll find something to do. Hugs, Leena

I can always count on you to help me out of a blond moment and explain the whole candle in the hot dog maker thingy. Bet you had fun today, I got to spend mine with a beautiful little red haired, blue eyed charmer.

Cheryl @ TFD said...

If I had room for it, I'd order that little red number in a New York minute. I love hot dogs! I do buy the all-beef kind and I know they're still not the healthiest things to eat, but I love 'em!

That hot dog maker looks delicious! My favorite snack at an auction or ball game is a hot dog on a bun!

That is super cute! So cute in fact that I just went to Amazon and ordered one. Brilyn's family birthday party at my house is this coming Sunday and she loves hot dogs, so that's what I'm planning to serve. I was debating between hot dogs and pasta but seeing your hot dog machine made up my mind for me! It should be here Thursday! :-)

Anonymous said...

Take you to find that.

Cute.

I was wondering about that candle also. Then I thought only you would put a deco in the back a glow.

Kathy@ Gone North said...

That is a great hot dog machine, I am going to go look for one...
On those fools with no shirts on?? husband was watching the Packer game & I thought of you & your family.. being such fans (& I remembered Sweet Cheeks & her pouty cheer a few yrs. ago: ) So I said, "Why don't they just enclose it & make it an indoor field"? He says, "Are you kidding?? Lambeau Field is Iconic... they will never close it in" I wanted to ask why not? but he was so... like, that is the dumbest question ever... : )

Amy at Ms. Toody Goo Shoes said...

I see lots of birthday parties in your future -- you'll be cooking up the dogs for kids from far and wide! What fun! I'm sure the grandkids will love it!

FabShabbyRoses said...

You must not live in New York! Our kids all had school! I'm so glad my grands are driven to school by their Momma and don't have to wait for a bus! But parents do have the option to keep them home anyways....which is what I probably would have done if mine had to stand out and wait for a bus! Brrrrr.....we had -18 last week. By this weekend it's suppose to hit 40+. Crazy weather!
