Sweet Cheeks Has A New Home-It's French!!!

I didn't post about this earlier
because I wanted to make sure that the
sale was secured.

As of the end of December.
 my grandchildren
will live 30 miles away
instead of about 5 miles away.
They will have a new home...and
OH! What a home it is.
Here is a sneak preview.-
Front of the house-
Back of the house-
Foyer entry has a grand stairway
and the foyer is round.
The wallpaper has been removed
since this picture was taken.

It has 4 LARGE bedrooms and 3 full baths
AND an in-ground pool.
It's an amazing house-sits on a few acres and
overlooks the city.
It is a feast for the eyes on a clear night
to look out and see the city all lit up.
They can even see Lambeau Field-
although not THIS close!
It's way off to the righ in the picture above.
That's important in this area
because even my son-in-law owns one of  these...
Oh- Yeah-
They don't call us
Stupid Cheddar Heads Cheeseheads
for nothing!

I'll be back to show you more of the house
in a few days or so.
It is going to be AMAZING!

How wonderful for them, Diana! They must be very excited. Will they be in it for Christmas?

WOW! Gorgeous! Sorry that they are moving further away from you. I guess 30 miles is not that bad.

My mom lives about 45 minutes away. When my kids were younger, I would have paid for her to live 5 miles away.

Diana, It's a beautiful house. Hate that it's so many miles away for you. Because I know that 30 miles is 30 miles in good weather....but it will seem to be 130 miles when the snows flying. Can't wait to see the pictures. xoxo,Susie

Congrats to your kids on their new home! It is nice! I know you will miss having them so close to you, but it looks like they will have plenty of room for you to spend the night with them if you need to. LOL! 30 miles isn't too far.

Good Morning Diana, What a beautiful new home for them? I can already picture Sweetcheeks trying to slide down the banister. Just kidding. Does that mean the kids will change schools? 30 miles is really not that far and just think of babysitting with the pool. They will probably have friends that want to come over because of it. It would be a beautiful view with the city all lite up at night. They are predicting bad weather so I need to go to the grocery store and get a few things. Have a wonderful day. Hugs and Prayers from Your Missouri Friend.

Oh that is what my daughter has only they live in the city with a small yard but have a pool because like your Sweet cheeks like my Melissa was small she said can we have a swimming pool Dad. Plus they have a cottage all summer and a beautiful beach like Florida. Not sure why the pool but that is kids.

So they have the stairs similar like your daughter's.
They deco it so nice at Christmas.

Yours will too.

My daughter and hubby changed things also.

Painted have wood floors.

It was a house that they had to grab while the pickings were good.
One could not let it go for the price.

So I remember us painting and also other of our family helping.

Decorated.

They even took a wall out.

We have a bedroom room special for us.

Huge rec room down stairs. Twice a year my daughter intertains about 32 people. She is a social butterfly like me.

I know it is far travel for you but it is a dream house for them Grandma and a great visit for you and hubby.

I am so happy for them.

My family lives over two hours away from our country.

They will love all that property.

Now is this your Sweet Cheeks Parents?

Thanks Di for sharing.

Looks like a beautiful house, I can't wait to see more of it. Is that the one you posted a while back? I am too lazy to scroll down. Last night I was watching House Hunters on HGTV and the couple was shopping in Green Bay, I had to watch it. At least they did their homework and could pronounce Suamico, unlike Onstar who murders all the Indian names here....at least they make me laugh. Thanks so much for your kind comment on my friends post!

Almost forgot - can't you see the girls descending the stairs in their dress up costumes, prom dresses, and onto a wedding dress??? be still my heart!!!

Congratuations to your daughter's family. The house looks wonderful! I can't wait to see more! That staircase is wonerful and to be rounded. How cool is that! I am trying to guess from your pictures where this might be. The view looks like somewhere that I have been. It just hits me when I look at the view. That I have seen this view before. I am thinking south of here if L Field is on the right. I hope they have many years of happiness in their new home. I can just imagine what some of the things that Sweet Cheeks has said about the house! I bet all the girls are thrilled.
