THE WINNING ROOM from Pick Your Favorite

Well, folks~
You know the little survey I offered here?

Anxious to see the results?
I know I was.
I won't make you wait another minute.
HERE is the WINNER!
Can you BELIEVE it?
Yep~  It won!
It won a contest all of its own.
It didn't get a SINGLE VOTE!
Nary a one!

HERE is the room that came in FIRST.
I'm not surprised BUT---
THIS ROOM only had ONE LESS VOTE!
Lots of traditionalists in Blogland!
The others all had relatively
the same number of votes
with these two rooms tied for votes.
This was great fun for me.
What really surprised me is
I kind of knew what
your vote was going to be
when I saw your name.

Isn't it funny how well we get to know each other
through the fingers of Blogland?

Thanks so much for playing along
and a VERY SPECIAL Thank You
to Martina @ Northern Nesting
for voting for SIX rooms!
Next time, Martina, just tell me
which ones you DON'T like, m'kay?

I am off to a seminar today
and will be gone through Sunday.
If I can post I will-if not I will see you Monday.
This being gone is getting kind of old, isn't it?

After this weekend I should be good until
Thanksgiving.
pffffffftttt...as if I CAN be good!

Have a great Friday!

Well now, that was fun! You scared me with the first one. It is true. We do get to figure out one another's tastes. I find myself shopping and thinking, this or that one would LOVE this. It was bad enough when I did it for my family and real life friends. =D

Good Morning Diana,
I'm sorry that I wasn't here to get in on the fun. I looked at the bedrooms and I would have pick #9, that bed stole my heart away :)
Your grandson is a cutie . . .
I love the way he loves you :)
Have a grand weekend,
Your blogging sister, Connie :)

Wow, Diana, those were my number one and two picks as well. I feel like I guessed the right choices in the bedroom lottery of kindred designing spirits.

I saw that first photo and thought what kind of people are following you? LOL- glad no one picked that room. Oh, my...it was bad.
Have fun this weekend and if you can't get on, we will talk about you until Monday!

I can finally get back to your blog. I didn't vote, as you know, but it wouldn't have been the pink room, anyway.

How funny so many people picked the same one. I'll bet you even figured out who would pick what when you put the pictures in the post!

Can't say that I liked that first bedroom - way too much pink for me but I loved the next one with the soft aqua walls. That would be my choice.

I am surprised the pepto bismo room didn't get any votes...I guess that was the only one Martina didn't vote for. lol

Dewena said...

I missed out on the vote but the pale yellow would probably be my first choice. You do the funnest things!

Poor PInk room no votes :(. I wonder if they even need a lamp in that room. It would be bright even in the dark I think!!!! I love all the other rooms they are all so pretty. Have a great seminar this week end.

Yippee! I love "my" room, the chandelier is gorgeous, and the headboard is so neat! You had me more than a little worried there about that awful pink room! I mean, I love pink, but not that much pink!! Have a great weekend!

Celestina Marie said...

Well the winner was one of my picks too. At first I thought you meant the pink room won. I think you called it the pepto room. LOL
This was fun Diana!!

Hope you had a good trip. When I first read this I thought you said you were going to a SEMINARY :) Not that you couldn't go, but just thought it was an odd thing to do at our "advanced ages".

Sarah said...

Well, I totally missed this poll, but I would have voted for the blue and yellow room. Then it would have tied for most votes. ''-)
I've been gone too. Life is busy here.

Surprise! Remember me???? I just wanted to stop by today and say hi! Been busy but not doing any home projects much. I cleaned out the whole basement and got rid of about 4 truckloads of stuff. I think I'm ready to work on the main floors now!

Anyway, still not blogging but do think of you often. Take care!

I saw your post too late to vote, then when I saw the pink one had won I thought 'Oh no that was my least favourite'!
So glad it didn't really win, the one that did was my favourite too.
