I have so many things to share this week
that I hardly know where to start.
I guess I will start with where
we went yesterday.

Gotta love a pumpkin place.
Especially when you see this
on the news.
This is the most amazing pumpkin farm.
Meuer Farm is in
Chilton, Wisconsin.
Every year we go and one of the highlights is the
Can you see that it honors Donald Driver this year.
Is that AMAZING, or what?

Here's what it looks like going in-
Well, when I saw that it made me think
of our fairy garden.
If you remember it started out looking like this.
THEN the Queen Fairy got lazy
and let the trolls plant corn there.
After coming home from the pumpkin farm
The Queen Fairy
knew just what to do.
Snip, Snip, Clip, Clip.
Tis a
Fairy Garden Corn Maze.
And all the sweet fairies can find
their way home.
AND-it won't cost you
go through this maze.
FIVE dollars will be just fine,
thank you.
I take PayPal, Visa, Master Card
but NOT American Express!;>)

Wait till you see what the Queen Fairy
is up to today.
It involves Annie Sloan Paint-
MAYBE I'll show you that tomorrow
OR maybe I will show you
the truck full of Fall decorations
that I stole from the riverbank
OR maybe I'll show you the
grapevine wreath that
SweetCheeks made...OR...
maybe The Queen will just sleep in.

  1. Diana, It would be ever so nice to loll the day away in that beautiful bed. Who gets to do that kind of thing??
The corn maze was really something. Can't believe they charge that much ! How many pumpkins did you buy?
Can't wait to see what all you painted. xoxo, Susie

  10. I thought I would sleep in today...but now I feel like get up and going! lol Sounds like you're having fun. The corn maze is amazing...both of them! Hugs!

  11. I took my grands to the Meuer corn maze a few years ago, we had a blast. I saw their maze ad too. this year I think we are going to Whispering orchards in Cleveland, I'll report on it, ok? LOL You certainly had a great day for it!

  12. How cute! I think that is the first fairy garden corn maze I've ever seen. Corn mazes sound fun, but I worry that I would get lost and claustrophobic. I have never gone through one.

  13. With the pace that has been going on around here, I vote for the "sleeping in" part!:-)

I have missed some posts, I know, and I am not sure if I will be able to catch up.

This looks like an amazing time at that corn maze. I'm so glad it gave you inspiration for your own fairy garden.

    xo Nellie

  14. Diana
That maze is amazing!! What fun. Love the fairy garden maze too cute

  15. That is a very impressive corn maze and yours is, too. wink

  16. You could not PAY me to enter into a corn maze. Nosireebob. Scary!!!

  17. That is one amazing maze, Diana! I think your fairies will like theirs, too. : ) Have a great week!

  18. My kids love going thru the corn maze! Can't wait to see what your up to next!

  19. Nope. Sounds as if the queen has much to do. We have a pumpkin maze in town as well, but the thought of embarrassing myself by getting lost in it prevents me from forking over my cash. Hope that you get a lot of takers on the fairy corn maze. You'll be rich!

  20. I, myself, prefer the corn maze for know the one: an open field with one lone corn stalk!!! You are hilarious!!!

  21. Diana
I'll have to let my fingers do the walking through your corn maze!
five bucks, not bad. I paid eighteen last year!
And you'd darn well better show us your painting project!!!!

  22. Fabulous Fairy Corn Maze! And only you, sweet lady, would think of something so cute and creative. Hugs!

  23. Diana, you are such a cutie. Love your fairy garden. Pumpkins and cornstalks are truly visions of Fall. Love the queen's bedroom. xo Linda

  24. All is well, the Queen Fairy is present and knows just what to do!

    I count on it!

    Happy last day of September!

  25. How fun is that - bet the kids had a ball. I went on one with my little cousin and they had scary things all through the maze - thought I would never get out of there LOL.
Anxious to see what you are doing.
    Love the Queen's bedroom!!!!!
    Have a good one Diana.

  26. Diana, I love pumpkin places too! I don't know just seeing all those pumpkins just make me smile! There are usually families there picking out there pumpkins and kids getting all excited for Halloween, etc., etc. Glad you had fun! The fairy garden is cute!!

  27. Aren't corn mazes fun! Can't wait to see what the Queen Fairy is up to. Love the Fairy Garden Corn Maze!! Hugs, Gail

  28. Now that is funny - I didn't know you had one of those - I have a friend who does too.

Don't know if I would pay $5 though. It is pretty.

  29. Hi Di,
That is an amazing corn maze! What fun you must have had, I love this time of year.

  30. Ps.
I have gotten your messages about my blog having no reply on comments, but I cant figure out how to fix it for the life of me.

  31. Hi Diana! Great photos. Looks like a great place. I nominated you for an award because you bring sunshine into my life. You can read about it on my blog.

  32. All I can say is I was in visiting USA in Sept2000 and I have never seen so many pumpkins and corn cobs in my life.
    Merle......... ........... ...........

  33. Hello friend I have put my Five Bucks in the mail (NOT)!!
But I do hope all the faires find there way home!
    I am praying for Tammy!
I can't wait to see Sweet Cheeks wreath!
    Blessings, Roxy

  34. Woah Nelly! Now that's a corn maze. And I really like the idea of putting a fairy garden in the wheelbarrow. The corn was a great idea, brings that fairy garden right on into fall. Around here, when they cut the corn fields, you know its autumn. Looking forward to seeing your Chalk. Painted. Project :-)

  35. Hi Diana, Never a visit here will be, without leaving with a smile and inspiration. Love your corn maze in the fairy garden. Looking forward to your chalk paint project.
    Have a great night.
    Hugs and Blessings!

  36. I'm a big chicken about going through those corn mazes. Dan's brother had one of these going for years- in fact this is the first year of not doing it.
The fairy garden is cute all updated!

  37. The queen might sleep in...but not you!!!

  38. I think the timing of the overgrown fairy garden is just right and makes a great Autumn/Halloween decoration. Now if you can get those little gnomes and fairies to line up like us humans and pay for a few scares, you can make a bundle!

  39. A fairy garden corn maize.....only you girlfriend.
I know you had to have fun yesterday.

  40. we will be doing the whole farm thing soon. Hay wagons and petting zoos, loads of yummies (just no halloween) Tristen and Reina love it.
    Love the pumpkins

  41. I can't get over that corn maze, although I'd love it better if it were a Drew Brees corn maze!!!

  42. I can't get over that corn maze, although I'd love it better if it were a Drew Brees corn maze!!!

  43. Love that maze-I can't imagine how long that took to make! Fun, fun, fun!

  44. No AMEX. Dang I had my heart set on going thru that maze:)

  45. My son would go crazy for that maze...and I would like to sleep in that bed!

  46. Fun! Love the pumpkins. I never liked the corn field in the middle when it got tall, so always passed on the mazes. I'm an open air kind of girl! But that fairy maze? You bet. Can't wait to see your paint project. Hugs!

  47. How fun that your fairies have their own corn maze. What a cute idea for Fall! I went to a fabulous maze like that with my girls and grands a few years ago. took us a while to find our way out.

  48. What an adorable fairy garden Diana! So fun to catch up on all of your happenings here! :-)

  49. You've captured my dream bedroom!! #IWish And all I have is American Express. What's up with that? Now I can't go into the fairy garden. ;)

    Fun post. XOXO

  50. You've captured my dream bedroom!! #IWish And all I have is American Express. What's up with that? Now I can't go into the fairy garden. ;)

    Fun post. XOXO

  51. We have a fabulous corn maze here...I think I'll call my grands tomorrow and see if they want to go. We went year before last...skipped last year, for some reason.
I have a hutch that I am about to paint (like I have nothing else to do right now, in the middle of this move) and can't decide what color chalk paint I want to use. Maybe YOUR painting project will help me decide.....:)

  52. That's the funniest thing I've seen someone do with a fairy garden! Go ahead and sleep in. It'a nor like you have to get up with the chickens. lol

  53. Beautiful bedroom!
And I can't believe it's October. I'm still not ready for fall. But... I guess I'd better get ready because acting like it's summer will not keep the leaves from changing color or the weather from getting cooler. :-(

  54. I love pumpkin patches! We have a giant one like that near us as well with the huge corn maze. When my kids were little, they were playing in a hay tunnel thing and my youngest got lost inside and was afraid to come out. Her father, the evil ex, was screaming at her from the outside (he was so abusive) and screaming at my other daughter to go in and get her and making such a scene! When he finally decided to go in and literally drag her out, he split his pants wide open! Guess karma really bit him in the arse! I figured you'd appreciate that story LOL! Have fun with fall! Hugs, Leena

  55. I think the queen deserves a little R & R....I mean taking care of those fairy trolls is hard. I mean the fairy garden that the trolls took over is hard.
    Oh. Well, it's all hard.
Love the corn maze! It's amazing.

  56. There's nothing like a pumpkin farm this time of year, Diana. Every year we go to one, and if the grown up kids don't make it, me and husband will go ourselves hehehe. There's just something about bringing home that big orange pumpkin from the pumpkin farm. Glad you had fun too.
