SweetCheeks On Broadway

What?
Our SweetCheeks?
On  Broadway?
Well....Here's the SIGN!
Ah-Well then-
You DO KNOW that other cities
besides NYC have streets
called Broadway, right?

Most of you know our
little SweetCheeks
was just on the cover of a
local magazine
(here) promoting
our old downtown area called...
Any guesses?
Broadway!

They had a beautiful, magical
night downtown.
Guess WHO was asked
to be a
LIVE WINDOW MODEL.
Any guesses? Anyone?
There she is in
an upscale furnishings store.
Pictures are not the greatest-
they are taken through
showroom windows.

Here she is paired up with
MissN.  This is where
she spent most of the
evening.
This was the pose she held
for most of the 3 hours.
Here they are taking a
break and getting a snack.
After the evening was over
I asked her how she liked
being a
LIVE MODEL.
Nana, she said,
All that smiling is a lotta work!
Wow!
She is just like her Nana!
That's what I've been saying
for 37 years of married life.

Billboards are going up
this week and I will get
some pictures of them
for you.
Have a wonderful day!

This is fantastic! (And so funny, your smiling face through your married years!)
And when Sweet Cheeks wins her first Oscar, I hope she thanks all the little people who saw her first on her Nana's blog! HA! I will be thrilled! xx
(Hey, I went to school with Holly Hunter and I always said she would win an Oscar! See, I'm never wrong! Ask my husband!)

She is such a sweetie. I remember learning very young that it takes more muscles to frown than smile, and I have been smiling ever since. Have a great weekend.

Oh my goodness, aren't you the proud Nana.... She is a little angel and it's quite an honor.

Maureen Wyatt said...

Wow, she makes a great model! It's hard to find kids that have the look, personality and discipline to do that kind of work and she pulled it off to perfection. Did you stand outside for all that time telling everyone she belonged to you? lol ~ Maureen

Our main street is Broadway as well. That Sweet Cheeks is going to be famous. She has already gotten an early start. How did she ever do that window for 3 hours. What a girl. You have to be so proud of her.

AWESOME!! I haven't been on the computer for days and what greets me but Sweet Cheeks beautiful face! I was reading along and laughed aloud when she said "All that smiling is a lot of work!" Bob wanted to know what I was laughing about. I told him it something my "proxy granddaughter" said. She is some little jewel. I was thinking about knowing her...when! Several other people had my same thoughts about her illustrious future.
Thanks for sharing Sweet Cheeks with us.
Love and Blessings to you and Sweet Cheeks.

Modeling is incredibly hard work if she had to smile and hold a pose for 3 hours. She is such a beautiful young girl, and she has a great role model to show her the way.
