A CONVERSATION WITH BRIGHT EYES---LOOK AT THAT BIRD!

I stayed with my daughter and her family
for a couple of days on the way home
from vacation.

Bright Eyes (aka Anna Ireland)
popped into the bedroom right after
I woke up.

Looking out the window
there was a small sweet bird
sitting on the branch of the tree.

Nana:  Oh! Look, Anna!
Look at that little bird.
I wonder if it is one of
God's little messengers...
or maybe it is your guardian angel.

Maybe it is your Cousin Anna Bella
and SHE is your guardian angel.

Long Pause:
Anna:  Yeah- Or maybe it is just a bird
sitting on a branch.

So, there you have it, folks!
I think we have a realist in the group!

Have a wonderful Friday.

COMING SOON:
Pictures of the condo!

haha Shes a mess.
Reminds me of when My daughter brought home a scribble from day care one day. It was literally a scribble circle with lines in it.
I looked at it and (like most moms)said, “Oh pretty, what is it?”
She responds with a confused look and said, “Uh a circle with lines in it”.
Haha Kids ares something else I tell ya.

Nothing like the honesty of a child! She’s adorable! Is that a vintage dress she had on? She looks like a little dutch girl!

SWEET, yes that kind of 'wit' in a youngster does mark them. And she is so danged cute. Love the pictures but especially the conversation. Some conversations live on forever. That one will stick around in your head! Love all the color today.

How precious she is and aptly nicknamed bright eyes. What a sweetheart. Robins always remind me of my mom she loved them and when I see one, I can remember how she used to say cheer up, cheer up!

Oh Diana, Thanks for the laugh, I needed it. That little sweetheart is truly old before her time. Look at that perfect smile. She reminds me of little E ,who is a big boy now. Those kids are growing up fast. Don't you wish we could squeeze them back to being our little darlings? Blessings to you and yours, hope the weekend is great...it's suppose to be warm here. :) Love you dear friend, xoxo, Susie

Oh, my word...how cute is she!!!! She looks like a little HEIDI. Was she dressed for a special occasion? I love to listen to the conversations of little children...wish I had written down all the things my son and grandchildren said when they were younger. My granddaughter said to me today, "Cheri, I don't know what I'd do without you." BE STILL MY HEART!!!

Oh gee! Is she really your grandchild? LOL. That is so funny. But she is beautiful and so sweet in a very realistic way. I guess there have to be some who see things as they really are...but I do hope she can learn to have some imagination along life's way. It sure does help in the hard places! She is adorable, however, and certainly LOOKS like your granddaughter!!! :)

Kids are so honest! My four year old granddaughter, Harper, asked me why my hands were so wrinkly!! I told her that it’s because I’m old! Why do they notice everything?? She also told me to brush my teeth because they’re yellow. Aye yi yi!!
