The Semi-Permanent Visitors

Last week was a busy one for me.
I had unexpected visitors.
Visitors that I love.

My daughter, T, and her hubby & girls
just moved into their new home.
SOMEHOW there was a break in the
underground electric connection to their home.
So, guess who spent a week at my house?
Mom & Lulu, Ria & SweetCheeks.
Daddy spent one night here but
pretty much camped out at the house
so he could keep working on it.

We had lots of fun and I hardly
knew they were here
EXCEPT FOR
the FLOATING HEADS I found in MY TUB!
Kinda scary, huh?
A little like a horror movie...
no bodies-just heads.

Later this week I will have some interior pictures
of their new home now that it is almost
completely remodeled.
It looks GREAT!

Diana, I love those little floating heads.LOL I bet you were surprised. We have to help our children when we can. Once my daughter and her husband and two kids lived with us for 4 months, because they tore their house down and built a new one. I know it helped them out . Blessings to you sweet mom(nana) for helping yours. xoxo,Susie

Their home looks beautiful. Your floating heads are so adorable. I imagine you enjoyed having them around for a week. We take every day that we can have with grandchildren. I know I am looking forward to taking my grandson and his friend to summer school. It is another way of spending time with them. Have a great day. We have sunshine but only 47. Hugs and Prayers from your Missouri friend.

The house is beautiful, like a fairy tale house. Love those floating heads...and the bodies that are attached to them. Glad they stayed with you while their daddy got things sorted out at home.

Adorable photo of the floating heads and great memory making. Sometimes really good things can come out of a misfortunate event. Our area had an ice storm the week before Christmas and homes here were without power for 1 day up to two weeks. It was amazing seeing people pull together. We were fortunate to have a gas fireplace (and less than 2 days without power) and so hosted my nephew, his wife and three girls up until Christmas Eve when their power came back on. Lots of fun family memories made.

WOW - That is quite a beautiful home! I've always favored a brick home with white trim and shutters, just wonderful. Those floating head would be a hoot at a haunted house, don't you think??? Have a splendid day! Blessings, Cindy

I just killed some time this afternoon pinning Halloween ideas. I almost fell off my chair when I saw the floating heads! I had to finally log out because I couldn't take one more cackling witch or leering troll - but at least your floating heads are PRETTY! Ya don't see THAT too often! (Just go to PInterest and type in "Halloween" if ya don't believe me!)
