A Bit Of Easter At Mimi's House

Are these the cutest
EASTER PLATES ever?
The salad plate is oval shaped and is sitting on
a 12" dinner plate.
Mimi got a whole set on close out last year.
They were originally $16.00 EACH.
Sitting down, are you?
She got them for 79 CENTS each.
Yes!  You read that right!
79 CENTS EACH!

Aren't they cute?
Look at the different colors.
Our Lulu has been here for the week
on her school's Spring break.
She went home yesterday.
Much of her time was spent loving on her
new baby cousin, Bright Eyes.
She is a good little "mom".
AND she likes to craft.
So, while baby was being Mama-ized,
Lulu took it upon herself to try those
BUNNY NAPKINS
I showed the tutorial on here

Mimi did not have any solid colored napkins handy
so Lulu used some paper napkins she had.
She whipped up 8 of these in about 20 minutes flat.
I think she did a great job.
While she was doing that I was laying low.
I caught a cold from CharlesInCharge
NOT GOOD.
So NOT GOOD that I am headed home
today for the weekend.
Daddy to Bright Eyes will be home
for the weekend
to help Mimi and I will be back on
Sunday night.
I need to get a couple good days rest
because I have not held that sweet baby girl
since Monday.
I hope I can sleep like that tonight...
well, maybe NOT in a footed sleeper!
Imagine THAT in MY SIZE!
Yes!  They DO make them in my size...
See?
You can buy one here.
Hmmmm...I don't think that is what
MyHero meant when he said he
had a DREAM of me
 dressed in pink nightwear.
Me in THAT nightwear would be a
NIGHTMARE!

I will try to make it around to visit
if I can manage to
STOP SNEEZING!

LuLu did a great job on the napkins. That's so sweet that she spent time enjoying her new cousin on her spring break. MiMi lucked out on the dishes- what a great price! Too bad you caught a bad cold. Rest up and roll yourself up in a pink blanket- it's easier!

Lulu is growing up too fast! She is such a big help and those bunny napkins are just so cute! Love the eggs plates! Adorable and a bargain. You in a footed sleeper would be hilarious. It would have to have bunny ears and a tail, too. That would be as close as John will ever get to a playboy bunny, he might even be grateful at his age. Hope you feel better. Rest up good and learn to say no. Let SweetCheeks blog for you this weekend!

When I was younger and thiner I made trapdoor PJ's with feet, they were great, the trapdoor was so good on cold nights and late visits to the loo.
