Yesterday we were blessed
to be part of a baptism
for our little grand-nephew.
Wow!
Are we getting old, or what?
Our nephews are having kids?
Oh- yeah-wait they are
the same age as
OUR OWN KIDS.
This is Olly's godmother,
sister to Olly's Mom.
Look at that sweet baby!
This is the grandparents on both sides
along with Mom & Dad,
godparents and outlaws in-laws.
Afterwards we went back to
their house for a wonderful meal.
It is a great old house.
It is beautiful and they
have done a ton of work to it.
Built around 1893 or so it was
a mess when they moved in.
Here is the front.
There was NO landscaping.
Look what they did here.
They placed each plant and stone
by themselves.
The inside is wonderful, too.
before sitting down to chat
not to mow the lawn at
6AM when your neighbors
are sleeping then, tomorrow
I will tell you what
you can do with
THESE!
Yes. Yes. It IS a coaster.
You won't
BELIEVE
what can be done with
these things!
what can be done with
these things!
Y'all come back now, you hear?

Looks like you had a nice day for the baptism. She has beautiful gardens around her home! I love old homes that have been renovated.
Hi there, Beautiful house and family too. I love old homes. As for coasters(I thought it was a whoopy cushion, lol, but I think you can put them under furniture so the feet won't scratch wood floors and you can slide them easier.
Have a great day.

What a lovely home. We have fixed up some old houses, so I know how much work can be involved. They've done a great job.
Beautiful work on that old house.
God bless the baby.
I love the name Oliver! You don't hear it around that much these days.
And that house is perfect. They really did do a good job with it.

You have such a nice looking family, Diana. Their house really looks nice with the new landscaping in front. I always love browsing through pictures of other's homes. It gives me some ideas for my own. The baby is precious.
And I love the picture of SweetCheeks.

Since you are the official photographer, I noticed you were not in the photo of grandparents. Loved the pillow with the sea horses - how delightful.
Baby Olly...I love it.
Are you the only person who takes photos at family events? On purpose? I'd only suggest that because I'm the same way.;)
Love getting to "sneak a peek" at their home. Baby and family is adorable and what a happy occassion!

Hi Diana, I haven't had time to leave you a comment, but I have enjoyed the last few post. I enjoyed the piano recital and can hear sweet cheeks telling you she is first. Your boys are precious and the oldest has a twinkle in his eye that with my boys you know they are up to something. Your precious little one being baptized is so adorable and will grow in such a hurry. You wonder where the time has gone. The house shows so much tlc it has been given and looks so inviting. Have a great week. Hugs Your Missouri Friend.
