SAME OLD COMPUTER-SAME OLD LIFE-BUT WAIT--AN ENGAGEMENT PICTURE

 Good Thursday morning!

Well, I have not had the chance

to get out and buy a new Mac yet.

Things have been hectic here.

John is still struggling with health issues

and we have no more answers

than we had a year ago.

More tests coming up and

I will keep you posted.

Here is a picture of him with our beautiful

Mindy Rose

taken almost a year ago on a

GOOD DAY.

She's our Irish girl through and through.

OUR GOOD NEWS

Our sweet Alana got engaged

and her engagement pictures

are beautiful.

I am 'stealing' one

to share with you here.

She is a 4.0 nursing student

and works 2 jobs besides.

I hope if I ever get sick,

I have someone like her to take

care of me.

She wears her heart on her sleeve

and wants to go into women's medicine.

So, kids,

That's it-

That's all I got-

Heading up to

Door County

to check the camper one last time.

Next week

I. AM. GETTING. A. COMPUTER.

or else---

and y'all know what that means.

I might have to throw a

hissy fit the next time this

computer shuts down because

it feels like it.

Have a wonderful Thursday.

Bear with me as I try to get around

to visit everyone!

Hang in as things will get better. There days I wonder why bothering to get up. I love life so I turn my "thinker" in another direction. Trust they do not find anything serious with your hubby. The girls are beautiful.

Good Morning, Diana, Congratulations on Alana's engagement. It doesn't seem like they should be that age, but time does pass fast. I keep praying that you get some answers, and I know how you feel and the frustrations when you don't. You know you are in my thoughts and prayers as you were for me. Take care, my friend. Hugs and prayers. xoxo

I'm so glad to see a post from you! I agree, it is not good to buy any big ticket item when you are in a hurry. You need to take your time. Your daughters are beautiful! Alana is a HERO!!!

Diana, I can not even believe Alana is old enough to be engaged. Wow the years have flown. Seems she was just one of the little princesses that played in your yard not so long ago. She is a beauty. Mindy and John look great in that photo. She is soooo Irish, I love it. Diana, I pray for John...it just seems that someone somewhere would find out what is happening with him. It's heart breaking. I will continue to pray for you and John, I know it's a team thing.
Oh you think I haven't want to take a sledge hammer to this blinking computer and bury it in the back yard. LOL I hope you get your new one soon...or somebody is going to pay. LOL I had a cartoon where a man was shooting his computer and it said, Harold finally learned to install hardware. LOL.
Blessings to all of you there, hugs for John. xoxo, love, Susie

Yes, Hang in there....this too shall pass. Love the picture of you darling and adorable daughter. And the special engagement picture...so precious. What a special career too.
Sorry to hear your dearest is still struggling with health issues. It seems this life is so full of hurts and illnesses.
We have turned a corner for the better in my dearest case, and I am eternally grateful. Years of illness and caregiving are no fun, but in God's plan so I say Praise His Holy Name, and will keep praying for you and your family.

I am wondering how much longer my computer will last. I was given the one I have back in 2016. I was recovering from knee replacement and complications and mine had died on me. So several friends pitched money together and bought me a new one! I was so touched.

Pictures are great. My sympathies on long term problems with no answers. My husband went through something similar a few years ago, multiple tests, xrays,dr visits. Specialists couldn't answer problem even as my husband kept losing weight. Finally sent us to surgeon for 'exploratory surgery'. Surgeon began telling his plan, I asked how do you know what surgery to do? He showed us the CT scan video, and exactly what the problem was. Surgery wasn't easy but fixed the problem. I hope and pray that John can find that one doctor who can solve this mystery!

The engagement picture is beautiful! I wish so much that you and John could get some answers. It must be wearing on the both of you. Take care. -Jenn

Alana's pic is just beautiful. She is a gorgeous girl and she is going into a great profession. I know how proud you are of her. She will make a beautiful bride, loving wife and a super caring nurse. I hope you can get some answers on John so his quality of life can improve. You are going to love a MAC computer. I would never go back to a PC.
Happy Thursday Night. Have a great rest of the week.

There is nothing that makes my heart happier than to see my children joyful. My daughter got married in the country of Georgia in August. Due to covid, they could not have a family wedding. It was heartbreaking to miss it, but her husband was returning to his native UK to accept a teaching position and they figured that a spousal visa request would carry more weight than a 'girlfriend' visa. I contented myself with pictures of their big day, but covid has complicated a lot of things these days.
