SWEET CHEEKS PUMPKIN

I couldn't resist
posting this again
for Halloween.
This is SweetCheeks
at two years old.
She is 5 now.
Here she is holding
THE PUMPKIN
she picked out.
Ummm...
Here she is about
15 seconds later.
Ummmmm.....
Let the crying begin...
Poor SweetCheeks.
I love that we have a
moment like this forever
frozen in time.
Someday she will show this
to her own granddaughter
and smile a sweet/sad
little smile.
I hope you have a
Smashing Halloween..
and I mean that in the
NICEST WAY!;>)

Diana, I know it was sad for SC..but that picture is adorable. I remember when I let my daughters keep a little pumpkin in the house and it rotted on the bottom and they said, "we could smell something, but we didn't know it was the pumpkin"LOL Happy Halloween....Glad it's over. Now let's get those decorations down.down.down. Up with the Christmas lights :):) xo, Susie

LOL - smashing Halloween! I LOVE smashing punkins after the holidays (we live in the country and smash them and let new one's grow - though that doesn't always work :))Bet she got over those tears and into the spirit of the holiday right away with a Nana like you to cheer her up.

I guess that's what memories are made of! As you say, portraits frozen in time. I know it sounds strange, but sometimes when I look at the photos of my granddaughters when they were young,I get this lump in my throat. time just goes so fast! How I wish they were little again!
