Short and Sweet
because I am at the
VA this morning
and working this afternoon.
Sadly,
This is NOT the happy place
the THREE THINGS
are visiting.
Nope- they are not here!
Sometimes when MOMS of kids work
they need a Nana to shuffle
their kids around for them.
Take for instance-
going to the
DENTIST/ORTHODONTIST.
Can I see a show of hands from those
people that like to go to the
DENTIST?
You can put you hands down now
THING ONE:
NO PICTURES, NANA!!!
THING TWO:
Yes, I see you there, Nana.
THING THREE.
Forgot her book but will read anything
she can find-including, but not limited to,
toilet paper wrappers.
Now-
How would you feel about visiting a dentist
that had a waiting room like this one?

followed suit.

A visit to the dentist is so much fun. NOT!!!!! Where is that waiting room? It is (for lack of better word) interesting. xo
ReplyDeleteYou know you love your things. :) I think it would be fun to have a waiting room like that. It would keep the kids interested and it doesn't look like there's much there that they could hurt. Have a good time on your busy day.

ReplyDeleteDiana, You crack me up. You know darn good and well I do not like to go to the dentist. Love that guy but can't even sit in the lobby and listen to anyone getting drilled. I always love seeing the grands but mine are little so we aren't dealing with all those undesirable appointments, however,they do pass on the inevitable sickness at least every other week! Ugh....so I just cringe when my daughter asks.....heehee, NOT!
ReplyDeleteI hate going to the dentist. Not sure why as my dentist is a really nice guy!! But I'd rather go to any other doctor than the dentist. You are such an awesome grandma!!!!! Happy Thanksgiving!!!!!

All three in the same day?! That waiting room is funky. Doesn't exactly put you in the mood to go see the dentist! I have not had to do that particular deed yet as a NaNa......and that's okay with me. Thanks for the silly fun and have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

My brother is my dentist. The only time I see him is when I have a toothache or when we go to his daughter who is our mouth hygenist. So I don't mind going to the dentist. It is like "family time." Sad, isn't it? Hope you and your family have a Happy Thanksgiving❣❤️Linda@Wetcreek Blog

ReplyDeleteThe girls are absolutely adorable, even if they aren't cooperating with the photographer! There were a few years that my Alana refused to have her picture taken.
