I just want to keep you all updated.
Please do not feel you have to
leave me comments.
You are more than welcome to do that
but if you just want to come and read
that is perfectly okay.
I know EVERYONE is busy-
especially after the beginning of a
NEW YEAR!
I just know y'all are dieting and exercising
and taking piano lessons
and learning to paint and...
OH-WAIT!
That was LAST WEEK!
Now it is time for the
REAL NEW YEAR
to kick in!
So- I have discovered that this journey
into cancer is like being on a
CAROUSEL!
The Cancer Carousel!
You go round and round and round-
sometimes feeling dizzy from all
the information thrown at you-
sometimes feeling a bit disoriented
after all the procedures needed
for effective treatment.
Here's where we are on
The Cancer Carousel..
We are on the innermost horses
trying to work our way out to the outer edge
so we can hop off this
Merry-go-round.
As of yesterday, MyHero, John
had a feeding tube put in
(yes-that is a good thing)
and a port for chemo/blood work
and they did a few more biopsies on his throat.
Close your eyes here if you are squeamish.
I OFFERED
to rig up a feeding
tube for him.
I found a great one on eBay
but he didn't seem too excited about it
so I let it go.
They are trying to find the primary source
of the cancer-thus the other biopsies.
IF they can pinpoint that,
the area of radiation will be smaller-
smaller area-less damage.
Starting a week from Monday
he will have 37 days of radiation in a row
(weekends off)
Every Monday he will have chemo.
On the days he feels he can do so
he will go for physical therapy for
mild strength training.
The Cancer Carousel
continues to turn
and we are just waiting to grab the
GOLD RECOVERY RING
at the end.
It will be worth the ride
at the end!
Thank you ALL for your continued
prayers and support.
You're the best!
Love you guys!
Still praying for y'all! Hugs!!
ReplyDeleteDiana, prayers for your hero as well as yourself and your family. Also, for the doctors and nurses that attend him, compassion and knowledge from them. Let us know how things go when you get a chance.
ReplyDeleteMy heart goes out to both of you. Sending up prayers.
ReplyDeletePrayers for you and your hero as you ride this carousel.
ReplyDeleteHe'll beat this Diana. The four us have been keeping up on the prayers.
ReplyDeleteThank you Diana, for taking the time to update! You and John are continually in my prayers! This journey is not easy but please know you have so very many friends keeping you lifted in prayer!! Praying that they find specific sites for radiation and that the process will be easy on him. Chin Up Girlfriend! Blessings, Cindy xoxo
ReplyDeleteHoping your hero is in the Kentucky Derby soon and winning the race!!! Love & prayers to all. Tally ho! Jane
ReplyDeleteThanks for the update, you have not lost your sense of humor. Yes we are still praying for you both. You are holding him up and staying strong for everyone. And we look forward to a good report in His Timing... hugs Roxy xo
ReplyDeleteThank you dear Diana for the update. I'm praying for you and your Hero! Take care of yourself, sweetie. ♥
ReplyDeleteWas just going to email you. Jennifer had asked if I had any updates. All are continuing to pray. Katie met with her first two patients. Both survivors of throat/neck cancer. One very personable and with a quick wit, the other retired Marine and all business!! I would think John would be the former!! She is learning all about feeds. Will be in the hospital or nursing homes in the next few weeks. Your story has really touched her heart and made her understand more of why she is doing what she is.
ReplyDeletereading,hard praying and hugs
ReplyDeleteBless you for taking the time to share an update with us, Diana. I truly believe that between your faith and your upbeat outlook on life, YourHero will beat this and will be grabbing that golden ring before you know it. I continue to pray for you both and hold you close in my heart. ♥

Diana,
ReplyDeleteI had no idea you, John and your family were dealing with all of this the past few weeks (I scrolled back). These are the times I REALLY feel bad that i've fallen behind on blogging. You are very special to me and you've been very supportive at times when I was faltering. Forgive me.
I pray John makes it through the radiation and chemo with flying colors. And I pray that you stay as strong as you always are and take some time for yourself now and again.
Sending love and big hugs and I will get my blogging act together soon. :( Gulp!
Jane x
I'm praying for you all and hang in there.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the update, Diana. I'm glad the feeding tube and port are in. Thinking of you and praying for John's recovery! You are special to so many and loved so much!
ReplyDeleteDiana, You know you continue to be in my heart and prayers for a miracle cure. I love the feeding tube you were going to fix and had to chuckle. I was just thinking about you when I was reading and trying to catch up with more friends. Prayer is the answer to a lot of things and we have a big big network here on blog land. Take care of yourself. One quick note I got my independence back. I got wheels. Sending you many hugs and prayers from your Missouri Friend Shirley
ReplyDeleteThanks for the update, Diana. It's good to see your sense of humor is intact. I continue to lift up prayers for John and you regularly. Hugs and love, Nancy
ReplyDeleteContinued prayers, hugs!!!
ReplyDeleteThank you Diana for updating all of us who check in to see how you and your Hero are doing. You obviously still have your sense of humour! Always thinking of you... -Jenn
ReplyDeleteYou guys have been in my thoughts and prayers, Diana. The cancer carousel sounds exhausting. I hope all goes well with the treatments. Glad to see you still have your sense of humor:) Sending more prayers, and extra big hugs for you!
ReplyDeletelove you!
Thank you for the updates. You, John and the family are in my thoughts and prayers.
ReplyDeleteGreat news that you are getting the plan underway. The sooner he gets the treatments going the sooner this will be over and your hero will be on his way to full recovery. No need to respond to this. Just know I am sending you both prayers.
ReplyDeleteLove ya,
Kris
Thanks for the update Diana. The Carousel is a good metaphor for cancer treatment and I used the Roller Coaster metaphor for the ups and down of before and after treatments.
ReplyDeleteI guess humour is as good as anything to cope in this situation. That feeding tube looks like it would do the job...
Kidding aside, I'm keeping you and your hero in my prayers.
Hugs,
JB
My heart goes out to you and John . I know the porch is a good thing , sounds like he's on a pretty rigorous schedule with the chemo and radiation occurring at the same time . I was just thinking about you today . Thanks for keeping us posted . You're in my prayers.
ReplyDeleteOkay, I'm on my Kindle and I'm using talk to text . I was trying to say the port is a good thing , but the porch is also a good thing.
DeleteOkay, I'm on my Kindle and I'm using talk to text . I was trying to say the port is a good thing , but the porch is also a good thing.
DeleteI don't like to just say "I'll pray for you" because I forget sometimes so I am taking a few moments to pray for your dear hubby right now! I will believe with you for his miracle and that he can be cancer free.
ReplyDeleteSo glad you stopped by today, Diana. I had been thinking of you and needed to catch up. Sending prayers your way for strength and good things in 2016.
ReplyDeleteIt is a long hard journey, but I pray the brass ring will be not that hard to grab.
ReplyDeleteI so admire your steadfast courage and spirit. You are a rock. He's very lucky to have you.
ReplyDeleteBrenda
Hi, Thank you for the update. You may remember my brother had head/neck cancer; turns out it started on his tonsils. John's tumor was not cancer but was "hidden" behind his salivary gland. The longer I live, I realize just how intricate the human body is. I am praying for you both and for the doctors. Sending our love. mwnalley827 at gmail.com
ReplyDeleteI say prayers for all of you...that his cancer is one that can be kicked to the curb and he will be well...for him and you and all your family to remember how much HE loves us and for comfort and understanding for all of you.
ReplyDeletelove and hugs....
Thanks for keeping us updated. Praying for your hero and you!

ReplyDeleteSo glad that you are moving FORWARD (even if you think you're going around!)and that you are such a strength to your Hero. Our prayers are for him AND you, and your wonderful family. Good thoughts are coming in on the wind from Chicago, so get ready for them! xoKathleen
ReplyDeleteFinding the original source will be such a good thing....it seems to all hinge on that...as far as the treatment goes. In my prayers, and on my mind...always. Don't forget your spurs while on that carousel! Some of those broncos are real buckers!!! If you get thrown.... Get yourself back on and ride!! That goes for you AND John!!
ReplyDeleteLove you, Diana.
Debbie
xo
Thanks for the update...keeping you both in my prayers.
ReplyDeletehugs,
Cindy
Will keep praying for you and your hubby. They sure put you through the wringer but in the end when he is cancer free it will be worth it. But for now.....prayers for strength. Wish I could jump through the screen and give you a big hug. XO
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a cancer navigator who can help you through this sometimes complicated and stressful process. You are handling this with grace, Diana, and I sense you are experiencing God's mercies which are new each day.
ReplyDeleteMary Alice
Nana, I pray and think about your hero John... it must be scary to be on the merry go round..I hope the doctors figure out exactly where it's at si they can localize it xox (((HUGS)))
ReplyDeleteDiana, you both are in my thoughts and prayers!
ReplyDeleteI love your sense of humor, you are my kind of gal!
Piano lessons, dang it...I knew I forgot to add something to my New Year's Resolution list!

Kimberley
I came, I read, I comment. Sending love and prayers...
ReplyDeleteOh boy! I guess it giddy up and go! Hold on tight and remember.. this is but a moment in time. Hopefully this ride will go really fast and will be over before you know it. I will continue to keep you all in my prayers! (((Hugs)))
ReplyDeleteDiana, I think about you often and pray that your husband gets well. Hold on tight to your hope and faith, Diana. You and your husband are being so strong through all of this.

Continued prayers for healing-- strengthened by the Lord, encouraged by God's promises, complete faith in the one who provides. Blessings, to you and your hero!
ReplyDeleteDiana and John.....
ReplyDeleteSending you both a warm hello from South Georgia.
Thank you for updating us about the precession and progress of John's treatment. I continue to lift you both up in prayer.... Of thanksgiving for unending mercies that are shown to us day after day... and for healing and restoration for John.
Love,
Jackie
"procedures"....not precession.
Delete(I should read before hitting "publish". I want to blame spell check on my iPhone, but I am the final spell checker... and I failed. )
Thanks for the update Diana. Prayers are being sent each and every day for John's recovery and to give you strength through all of his procedures.

Diana,
ReplyDeleteYou and your dear husband are such a strong team. My thoughts, cares and prayers are with you and your family.
Xo
Jemma
Blessings to both of you! I pray that they might find the source. I had a friend that had a port put in and it was a glorious day when it was removed!
ReplyDeletehugs,
Jann
Best of luck in all your healing!
ReplyDeleteThank you Diana for keeping us updated. We do all care. Praying every day for both of you. We know what it is like since I went through it too. I am a survivor of 11 years. Chemo surgery radiation. Heavenly Father got me through it. I saw this saying a while back: If HE brings you to it. HE will get you through it. To you and your Hero: YOU CAN DO THIS.
ReplyDeleteTake care, Prayers, Hugs, Janet W
May God heal your hero, and comfort you both in His love and peace.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Becky
Diana, you are so amazing! Your Hero will be able to go through all of this because he has you by his side.

ReplyDeleteI pray that Your Hero's medical team heals him all the way to that gold ring! There is "no doubt" that he has the best home team, and head coach!

Oh, Diana, I totally understand (kind of, as each situation is somewhat different, just like us). But, you are doing what is best for your hubby. My prayers continue for all of you during this stressful and difficult time. Hugs, coming your way...
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Gert
Praying God's blessings for you and John and the doctors and nurses. Yes, the Port is good so he won't have to be 'stuck with that old needle' so often. You are in my thoughts and prays.
ReplyDeleteHugs,my friend.
I am praying and holding both of you in my heart.. You'll get through this and your hero will be well again.
ReplyDeletehugs and healing thoughts.
Sonny
I cannot imagine....healing prayers for you both....warm hugs and may the good lord help you to stay strong and keep your faith!
ReplyDeleteI have thought and prayed about you both often and will continue to do so, bless you for keeping us updated...I hope you can spot our friendly faces in the crowd as your 'carousel' turns...we are willing you on, and trusting in our Lord.
ReplyDeleteYes, healing prayers for both of you...hugs sweetie...
ReplyDeleteThank you for the updates, it's nice to know what direction to pray for. You still have humor and you are definitely the strong one to hold everything up during this continued process. Just remember to lean on God for that added strength. It seems as though so many are getting hit with very hard trials. God must be up to something...
ReplyDeleteMuch love and hugs!

Diana, I'm so impressed you still have your sense of humor my dear friend! I remember saying however(when my sister was in her battle)that if I didn't laugh, I'd cry and I was always afraid that I'd never stop. But your hubby will come through this. I'll be praying specifically that the Dr's will be able to pinpoint the exact location of the cancer-so they can treat it effectively. Your poor hubby doing radiation and chemo at the same time. Praying for God's healing hand upon him, strength for the journey(I remember learning so much about cancer going through the journey with my sis), grace and Hope. My love to you dear one and to your man.
ReplyDeleteGrace and prayers to you!
Noreen
Can't believe you can think to write such a perfect post (linking cancer to a carousel) with all that you are thinking about right now. You are one tough broad! And I mean that in a very good way. Praying for your hero...he is now a hero for your bloggers! xx
ReplyDeleteSending prayers and hugs to you and your family. Thinking of you.
ReplyDeleteJen
Oh, Diana, John is in my thoughts and prayers every day. I know that "round and round you go" feeling. It's always such a good idea to have your spouse or someone close to be with you at all those crazy appointments. I know when I had my first appt., I must have had that "deer in the headlights" look, because they kept asking if I was okay....."seriously, no, I'm not all right," but my hubby was there taking it all in. I'm having my 2nd phase of this wild ride on Tuesday....the surgery; and then a few weeks after that, Phase 3 and radiation will start. I know at this point, you and John are finding it hard to see the end, but it will come. I received a little gift from the chemo nurses after my final dose, and the little card that was attached is truly the gift. It said: "You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have." There was no reference to the author, but it has become my mantra. I hope the words might also help you and John.
ReplyDeleteWarm hugs and good blessings to you both'
Carol
Praying for you both, Diana. I can't imagine what you are both going through right now. xoxo
ReplyDeleteYou have both been added to my prayers...I have not been blogging and totally missed your posts. Sorry you have to go through this but happy to hear things are progressing. You are an amazing woman...love your ability to keep your humor and even write a fantastic post...love the tie in of the carousel! God bless you both.
ReplyDeleteOh Diana I wish you guys weren't going through this - BUT if I were there's nobody on earth that I'd rather have pulling me through it than YOU - John is blessed in so many ways but mostly because you are there with him.
ReplyDeletePraying for the both of you
Hugs,
xox
I love you and your Hero, Diana. I do. I went thru this carousel with my oldest three times. He is back to having regained all his weight and then some!! and feeling well after all of those surgeries. God bless you and your Hero and don't ever give up. Xoxo
ReplyDeletePrayers to you both.....
ReplyDeleteNancy
Thank you for letting us know what is going on. I have been continuing my prayers. That is a lot of treatment and I am sure he will be tired and so will you. It sounds like he has excellent care. I hope they can find out where the cancer started. May i ask is it in his throat or on the outside of his neck - I thought his neck was swollen. I don't mean to be nosy but just confused. Hugs and prayers. Sandie
ReplyDeleteI honestly believe that you will have that gold ring soon. When I was a child, cancer scared me because my parents lost good friends. But, today it seems like so many of our friends have had cancer and beaten it. And I know that John will beat it too.
ReplyDeletePraying for your HERO, YOU, and the family. Thanks for your posts. xoxo
ReplyDeleteDiana - Thanks for the update! Praying for you both. I found with my John that it was good to take Tiffany with us to doctor's appointments when she could, because she understood and heard things I didn't. There are so many things you are trying so desperately to understand at one time. John's radiation treatments went remarkable well - praying your John's do also. Praying for a very quick discovery of where this all started,
ReplyDeleteKeep us posted dear friend.
Judy
Diana,
ReplyDeleteYour words summed up your Hero's battle perfectly. Cancer or any life altering medical condition is like being on a Carousel. Never lose your sense of humor Diana for it will help you and John through his newly mapped course to wellness treatment. Still praying my friend.
xoxo,
Vera
Diana, I cannot tell you how good it is to see that through the it all, you are holding on to your humor. While 37 days and his chemo schedule seems aggressive, it will pass quickly. This I know. Yes you are inundated with info but remember KNOWLEDGE IS POWER...it gives us strength...:)JP
ReplyDeleteAll I want to say is that you are amazing and I admire you so much.
ReplyDeleteOh goodness! I admire you and your family for being so loving and supportive. Cancer is not an easy disease to get through. The treatments is aggressive, but they seem to know what works. Radiation and chemo is no picnic. Side effects and who knows what else. The deadly C beast needs lots of action! Prayers and healing thoughts as you all venture through this! Take good care of yourself, while you are caring for your hero. Caregivers need support too! xoxo
ReplyDeleteDiana, I am so sorry to read this. I will be praying for you and your husband. I have been through this process with two of my family members in just the last few years. It's not easy for the person going through it, but also for the family members closest to them. Sending love and hugs. XO Danielle
ReplyDeleteSending prayers to my Wisconsin Friend!! Keeping on with the humor :-) the best way to approach things.
ReplyDeleteThank you for keeping us posted and making us smile too. Marv my dear friend who I write about on my blog, he believes in the power of laughter and humor! He has battled many things and humor is his best medicine.
xo
Carla
Your attitude continues to amaze me. I'm sure your positive spirit helps your hubby as much as the medical treatment he receives.
ReplyDeleteSo good to read your update. Praying John will respond well to the treatment, for the doctors to find the exact area to treat, minimal side effects, loads of wisdom and encouragement! Love and hugs!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the update! I'm so glad you still have your wonderful sense of humor. :-) Prayers, love, and hugs sent your way!
ReplyDeleteDiana, so sorry to hear you are going through this. I will keep you and your husband in my prayers!
ReplyDeleteI understand.... Everything.... It WILL be worth it in the end. And as you can see from all of the responses, you have a huge support team! Take care of yourself... Your humor will help but some days you will want to scream. Don't feel guilty. It is not easy.
ReplyDeleteDiana, I know you have a ton on your plate, but I am continuing with very strong prayers for both of you --- in fact for your whole family. I have 2 friends locally going through this same ordeal and I know it isn't easy and it's SO hard on a constitution as well as keeping the positive over the negative. I wish there was something I could do to help you. All I can do from here is offer "wordy" support and heartfelt prayers. Love you, my friend XOXOXO
ReplyDeleteLove and healing thoughts coming your way. May you both have the strength to see this through. Blessings
ReplyDeleteI love your humor in this very stressful time...thank you for the update! Thinking of you and praying!! xoxo
ReplyDeleteHi Diana, so happy to read your post tonight. Thinking of you everyday knowing it is such a difficult time. Your merry go round is really spinning, but you show the courage and strength to carry on. You are amazing and inspiring. I know it is a stressful time but still you keep your sense of humor through it all. Our prayers continue for John, you and the family. Sending big hugs your way.
ReplyDeleteCeleste xo
Sorry you have to go through this. So glad you are maintaining your sense of humor. Great comparison with your blog post. I've been on that merry-go-round so I know what you are going through. You have to do everything you can in the beginning to beat this thing . Sounds like you are doing just that! You have an amazing attitude ....that will get you through a lot. Much love and good wishes.
ReplyDeleteThe cancer carousel is not one that you - or anyone! - wants to be on, that's for sure. Thank you for the updates on how your hubby is doing. I can't imagine all those days in a row of having radiation. Both of you are in my prayers. {{hugs}}
ReplyDeleteI continue the prayers. Keep strong.
ReplyDeleteYou are so loved. Worldwide prayer will help Your Hero and you. And we all know also that our destiny is to one day say goodbye. I wrote a poem about going home a few days ago.... http://myalzheimersstory.com/2016/01/09/some-gods-write-plans/
ReplyDeleteXOX <3
You are amazing, but I'm sure you don't always feel amazing. Maybe at times, amazingly overwhelmed. But as I know you, you are keeping it bright and positive with your Mister. Just know that you have people praying for you both. Look at this list of 100 + people even right here. Support and prayers. Bonnie
ReplyDeleteYou and your dear HERO remain in my prayers. I agree, it is like a carousel and Lord-willing you will be able to hop off soon! MUCH LOVE to you!
ReplyDeleteHi Diana, I wanted to take a iminute to let you know I'm praying for you and your family. I apologize for not leaving you a note. I feel awful I've been consumed with my own health struggles at the moment. When I read what your Hero is going through I feel for him. Mine is not a life and death situation. You give me courage
ReplyDeleteCindy
Thank you for the updates, I think of you both often and wonder how he is doing. I have no doubt with you by his side he's going to beat this! Just sorry he has to go through it at all :-( All these cancer diagnosises in the last few years is just so scary. My husband's best friend is 45 years old and was just diagnosed with lung cancer (he lost his dad in june from the same disease) The 14th he gets surgery they hope they can remove it before it spreads.... ugh need a magic wand! :-) Take care and keep the updates coming.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Jill
Thanks for taking the time to update us! You've been on my mind all weekend. I'm so sorry he's having to go through so many procedures. There are so many prayers for both of you from so many wonderful people! Hang in there, my friend.

Pat
I love it that you still have your sense of humor about you throughout this time of turmoil....Keep up that great attitude for it is contagious and so great for your family.....continue to pray for your Hero!
ReplyDeleteI'm really sorry you guys have to go through all of this but I agree - it is worth it in the end to have more time with family! Blessings ~ Lisa
ReplyDeleteGod bless and strengthen you and your Hero. This is tough stuff.
ReplyDeleteI've been thinking of you all a lot (and praying for you too). I'm glad you are finding some humor along the way. Thank you for the update. Hope y'all get off that carousel soon. Hugs,
ReplyDeleteCecilia
You always amaze me, dear Diana, with your joy, laughter and humor in the midst of everything that comes your way. You are a great example to us all.
ReplyDeleteI have been thinking of you a lot, so thank you for the latest up date on your hero. Continuing prayers for you all.
Yes, you may have that wonderful sense of humor, but I trust you are doing well yourself?
Love and hugs, Debbie
I can see where it is all a lot to take in, Diana. One step at a time, right?
ReplyDeleteWe are praying with you all the way, as so many others are I know.
Can I ask if this is lymphoma?
We love you too, Diana and your Hero, you both are heroes along with all your family members..Thinking of you and sending good thoughts and prayers..Judy
ReplyDeleteSuch a fitting metaphor, Diana. And wow, 37 days? I'll continue to pray, and praying especially for strength for John to endure the radiation. God's gift of humor to you will indeed help, but I know there are many quiet down times. We all love you guys and are praying.
DeletePraying praying praying!!! For him and for you!!
ReplyDelete37 days. Oh my. Your humor, strength and courage are definitely going to be tested. You BOTH can do it!! Continued prayers!
ReplyDeleteBless you, bless you, bless you. May you both be able to hold on tight to God and to each other. Praying for a miracle, however God wants to provide it!! Love you, Diana. You are just the best, and I am looking forward to celebrating healing with you!
ReplyDeleteI love the analogy of the merry go round with how you're dealing with the cancer treatment. It made so much sense to me. I even shared your post with my husband. I also laughed at your feeding tube offering. Ha! It's good that you can still have your sense of humor through all of this. Between that and your faith, it will save your sanity! I would be a scared, weepy mess going through all of that. I'm such a sensitive person about everything! I try not be, but it's just who I am. I think that's why I could never work in the medical field. It would be hard to detach from people and treat them with out getting emotional. I love reading about your husbands progress and will love it more when he can go into remission and your life can get back to normal. Y'all deserve to have a happy life with all that y'all do for others!!!
ReplyDeleteYou have a beautiful talent Diana, and that is finding humor in the most difficult of situations! I laughed when I saw that old feeding tube... you are a riot, lol! All of you are in our prayers, as I know the whole family is riding this "carousel" with you, and we are believing that the day will come, you will get off, and be have a medical miracle to praise God for. Keep laughing, keep believing, and remember that you are being held up in prayers by a tremendous group of prayer warriors! Lots of love to you today dear friend!
ReplyDeleteDear Diana, I am so glad that your sweetie is receiving such good treatment. If I could take this all from you I would. But unfortunately it's just part of our journey on this earth to stretch and grow. Ugh! You and your family have been in my prayers for some time and will stay there. Life is so grand that we have such a net work to help each other. May you both receive the strength that you need daily to get through this ordeal well. Love ya, Jo
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you're keeping your sense of humor through all this! :) I think that's key. I know you'll both get through this. Please know that I'm still praying for you all and thinking of you often. xoxo
ReplyDeleteThank you for your up-date on John and you. Keeping you in prayer for good results. John is able to have help.
ReplyDeleteSids sister has gone home to the Lord. Sid and I and family are heading up on the 18th for Service for Lola's passing. It was too late to help Lola.
Lola could not be helped. The cancer was too far spread into her body. She did have some humor in the end and then the last of peace knowing the Lord Jesus as her Savior. She then wanted to go.
now hard to feel the sheer love at this place!
ReplyDeleteand all that surrounds you with even more positive and healing energy.
god speed dearest bean. brave bean.
GOD SPEED!
XOXO♥
NOT hard to feel. what? now tammy?
ReplyDeletewell. we're feelin' it NOW! LOLOL!
Thank you for taking time out to give us an update on your Hero. Keep your good humor and trust in God.
ReplyDeletePeace & Blessings to you in 2016 :)
Thank you for taking the time to share your story and struggles along the way.
ReplyDeleteHugs Diane
Diana, I am keeping you and John in my prayers. Take care of yourself during this difficult time.

ReplyDeletePraying he tolerates this treatment comfortably and that it works and he has many good years ahead.
ReplyDeleteSending positive vibes and lots of prayers to you and John. xo, Jeanine
ReplyDeleteOh Diana I haven't been around too much. So sorry to hear that your hero is going through this cancer carousel as you call it. I will be sending my prays for you all up to heaven and speeding tons of good thoughts your way.
ReplyDeleteYou are all stronger than you realize!
XO Barbara
Prayers said.
ReplyDeleteSending thoughts and prayers your way. And you please don't feel you need to comment back to me, since you have much more important things on your mind and in your hands. He shouldn't have side effects from radiation but chemo can be debilitating. Hopefully he will tolerant it and it will not deplete him so. Stay strong and we have 10 days before we find out with hubs.
ReplyDeletethoughts and prayers!
