If you have seen this before

I think it will be a recurring post
every Fall for me.
I couldn't resist
posting this again.

This is SweetCheeks

She is 7 now.
Here she is holding
THE PUMPKIN

..AND..
Here she is about
15 seconds later.
Ummmmm.....
Poor SweetCheeks.
I love that we have a
moment like this forever
frozen in time.
Someday she will show this
to her own granddaughter
and smile a sweet
little smile of remembrance.

ReplyDeleteDiana, That little face. It's precious. I read "At Rivercrest Cottage" comment...I like that idea. I have a picture of kids on santa's lap that I put out every Christmas season. That would be very cute , of SC every pumpkin time. Blessings for a great day, xoxo,Susie
ReplyDeleteAnd, of course, you are both fans of Smashing Pumpkins the band... LOL!

So cute... and sad! Hope you have a wonderful weekend and may all your pumpkins come true. :-)
ReplyDeleteOh Diana, I absolutely LOVE these pictures of SweetCheeks. So glad you shared them. Is that her pumpkin on the ground that fell? I have a picture of me and the girls when Jess was just a baby with pumpkins all around us, I'd love to share it but I just had her, I have that 80's haircut, and I look funky haha. Maybe I'll still share it sometime.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend. SweetCheeks will love these pictures when she's older. They are priceless.
love,
~Sheri
Hadn't seen it before ... Love it, too cute! Hey a couple of years ago at Whole foods at the Art Museum location while carefully selecting large white lumina pumpkins that were the same size to display with Spanish Moss in my urns, I somehow took out the top shelf of display and white pumpkins went rolling into the street! Smashed and stems broken - first shock - then I looked at John's face and almost peed myself laughing!!!
ReplyDeleteI hope you show it to us every year. xo
ReplyDeleteYes! I do remember this and I will always love it and think it is funny and adorable.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, that really bad week that I told you about and I said that your husband's burnt out underwear from the microwave would get me thru that week? It really did, you should tell him that! I swear I chuckled about it a lot...people at work thought I had been up to something! LOL
I can see why you want to re-post this darling picture of SC. You certainly caught the moment. Thanks so much for sharing Diana. Hope your doing well.
