I have had a busy week.
Decorating.
Birthdaying.
Getting ready for guests.
So...
What did my son and I get done?
I decorated.
Here is just a quick
peek until I can get
my pictures taken and
processed.
The kitchen counter
sports this....
A Pfalzgraf soup tureen
that I have had for years.
These were taken at night
so the light comes solely
from the candle lamp.
Don't ya love it?
I do!
I do love it!
I love it so much I want to
marry it.
But I can't....
because somebody won't let me....
Ah-yes-there he is now...
MyHero
waiting for me in bed with his
Captain's hat on.
Be still my heart~
Happy Friday. Your posts always bring a smile.
ReplyDeleteSo funny....love your decor so far. It gets contagious, once you begin you cannot stop! Happy holidays!
ReplyDeleteLol. A smile to start my day is always a good thing. Happy Friday! xo
ReplyDeleteIs this the first pic we are seeing of MyHero? Very handsome! For night or gloomy days, I set my ISO at 400 and it works for me. What a cute idea using the tureen in your decor...it really looks pretty. I need one of my sons (or both) to carry up my Christmas things, too. Two flights of stairs and the bins are heavy. I guess I should pack up fall first! ;-D
