On Easter Sunday,
after church,
we met at Starbucks
while we were waiting for
our brunch reservations.
We got there before
The Three Cousins
arrived
so
BabyE had a captive
audience for a while.
He loved on his Mom for a bit~
Then he took off his jacket to have a bite
of pumpkin loaf cuz we just couldn't
explain there was a big brunch
coming up. This little guy
was too hungry to wait!
A few bites and he was off to play
with the window shade chain.
And within a few minutes
and 3 or 4 phone calls
to make sure we were at the
right Starbucks
the
Three Cousins arrived.
Ria was the first to give him a big hug and a kiss.
Next Lulu tried to love on him
but all he wanted to do was
escape and get back to his
window chain.
Uh-oh-Who's missing here?
SweetCheeks!
SweetCheeks!
Whut?
Don't you
want to give BabyE
a little love?
No-Thahnk yohu!
I'm bizzy rhight nhow.
And so she was...
Busy trying to eat the mints
BEFORE the meal..
Now I know where
she gets that
fresh mouth from....
Amen!
Cute pics!!

So, people actually do eat out on Easter Sunday. I was always surprised that places were open. Now, I guess I know why. It would be much easier to go out and you could spend more time enjoying the day. I just had never met anyone who actually did it.
ReplyDeleteLOL Love the fresh mouth line! And your dinner out sounds just like ours..the place about gets destroyed! ;D
ReplyDeleteYou have such cute grandkids!!!

I checked this out first thing this morning but I wasn't signed in or awake so I thought I would pop back in here and leave my 2 cents!
ReplyDeleteLove this little guy! So dern cute and all then those pretty little girls show up in cute little white hats for Easter Sunday- oh- what a fun bunch. Sweetcheeks better get her hugging in before he gets too big for it and starts punching girls! Little boys are more interested in gadgets than food, sometime!
Hope your week is going good! Mine's great so far!
Hugs- Tete
Totally adorable ~ all of them! I know going out was a lot easier for you and that's a "good thing". :-)

Oh Diana, how adorable!!! They are all such beautiful children--and I love Sweet Cheeks' hat!
ReplyDeleteYou won't believe it--I was just thinking about you and was going to head over here when I went to my email and saw your note! I never knew what that stitch in time saves 9 meant--now I do!! I guess that must also mean that if we're going to do something, do it right the first time, eh?
I hope you're having a nice evening!
XO

You take wonderful photo's Diana, they really capture the moment. I love Ria's white coat in this post. I think she's the next Kate Middleton - such class and style.
