Ever wonder what your
GRANDKIDS
will look like as
OLD PEOPLE?
I recently went to a
PLAY put on by the
SUMMER PROGRAM
that my grandson,CJK, attended
this summer.
They did a parody of
OLD PEOPLE
in a nursing home
listening to music
from their past.
(I fit right in except for the
nursing home part).
The play was so much fun.
Here is what he looks like
with gray hair and glasses.
My dad actually had a head of hair
like that only it was silvery white.
Here is a 10 second clip of his
ONLY LINE~
He has a really deep little voice.
And...yep...Nana was there, too.
Look at his expression.
Gotta love a kid like that.
OH! To be young again, huh?!
Have a great day!!
Diana, This is absolutely precious. What a handsome old man CJK is going to be. LOL I would have loved seeing that play. I sure little kid plays. Blessings for a fabulous weekend, xoxo, love you, Susie
ReplyDeletehe will be a handsome senior and is cute as a button now but don't tell him I said that. could not play the video
ReplyDeleteOh my! you are to young to be a grandma. He is so sweet, and going to be a very handsome senior. Time goes way to fast, my granddaughter is a Senior (high school)class of 2020.

What a novel idea for a child's play! Your grandson is adorable!!!
ReplyDeleteSo cute! He is destined for Broadway!
ReplyDeleteGreat video, needs to be a lot longer though.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a fun play!!
ReplyDeleteYears ago my sister and her mate maybe they were about 7 went to a fancy dress ball as a little old man and lady they looked and acted the part all night walking very slow and asked people to repeat things because they were a bit deaf and they won first prize.
ReplyDeleteMerle........
Oh how fun and adorable. Love that last picture. The expression on his face is priceless
ReplyDeleteHow cute! He handles that cane well, too!
ReplyDeleteHow precious is he!!!! Great picture of you two!
ReplyDeleteI look forward to all the ways I can be involved with my grand...fun times ahead!!!
Blessings,
Cindy
Cuteness overload! You are adorable too!
ReplyDeleteOh my word, how cute is that?!!
ReplyDeleteLove it. What a cutie pie. We are down at Jens for the night. The girls are going out drinking and Terry and I are watching the girls and all the dogs. Pray for me. I also did up a post on my blog to see my living room come on over.

ReplyDeleteWhat a cutie...love that last picture..you look great!Have a super weekend...
ReplyDeleteHahah how darling.

I remember how old I thought my grandmother was. She was the age I was when the baby grands were born but in the photos looks so much older! That sounds fun, though. And pretty darned adorable, your little!
ReplyDelete...being an old dude, I will NEVER understand all these young women today with tattoos. One day the nursing homes will be filled with wrinkled up old ladies with tattoos that no one will be able to recognize!
ReplyDeleteOh how darling! I'd like to give it a hundred percent but my get up and go just got up and went too! But really, what an adorable child and yes, he looks so handsome "old." Aren't those times fun, when our darlings shine for the world to see? xoxo
ReplyDeleteYour little old man is very cute and that's a great photo of the two of you.
ReplyDeleteBut I have to say, we don't look as old as our grandparents did at this age, don't you think? Clairol, L'Oreal, and eating more healthy has been a big part of that.
What a cute kid AKA Old man.
ReplyDeleteHe is precious!! You, my dear, are BEAUTIFUL!!!
ReplyDelete♥His get up and go just got up and went.:)♥
ReplyDeleteA cutie..and so are you!!
My great nephew imitated me this week. I laughed so hard that I snorted.
ReplyDeleteHe nailed it.
That sounds like a great idea for a skit for kids.

He is soooo cute.
ReplyDeleteYou don't look old enough to be a senior. (Please tell me my check is in the mail) No, seriously, you look great. xo Laura
What a cute thing to do. Fun to see children's out look on age.. I know my grandchildren think I'm ancient and cannot imagine that I was ever young. When I tell them I am their daddy's mommy, I get a strange look like how could that be.
ReplyDeleteDiana this is so cute. His voice is deep and this age. Imagine how much deeper it will get when he's a teen.
ReplyDeleteSweet picture of you.
Cindy
too cute!!
ReplyDeleteYou are far from a nursing home!

What a cute old/young man:) A few years ago my granddaughter's class dressed up as old people on the 100th day of school. My granddaughter was a hoot and had it down pat with her dress and her walk!!!!!! I do so dread the thoughts of a nursing home though...although I try not to think about it. Maybe/hopefully I will be like my grandmother who died at age 94 while still living in her big old house...and she planted and worked in her vegetable/flower garden every single summer until her death. Granny, I sure hope I inherited those genes!!!!
ReplyDeleteKids growing up faster every day
ReplyDeleteI can relate to your love of the younger folks. I have a great grandson that just turned 15 and the love of my life. Just wish they did not grown up so fast. Too, they all were born so smart.
ReplyDeleteThat was so precious! What a cute idea for the children!
ReplyDeleteawwwwww, How cute!
ReplyDeleteI don't know how I missed this, but I love it. Life is amazing.
ReplyDeleteYeah they are precious, as is life and hopefully the grandson will live to really smile at himself from many years of life.
Good entry!
