A BLOGGER'S PASSING-JANET MACQUE- A POST I HATE TO DO

I am sadly relaying
this news-

I know that several
of my fellow bloggers
followed and loved
Janet (MaQue).

She was an artist
and a great gal.
She was undergoing chemo
and while her
spirits and outlook
were good,
her poor body just
couldn't withstand
any more treatment.

Her hubby left a bit
on her blog about her
passing.
He is heartbroken.
If you want to pop over
and leave him a message
that would be awesome.
You can read his message

Thank you all so much!
I hope you all have a
great Sunday.
Say a little prayer
OR
send well-wishes and
healing thoughts
his way.

  1. Thanks so much, time at best is short for us all but it is always sad, not for the one passed, but for the ones left to mourn.

  6. Losing a blogging friend hurts as bad as losing an "in-person" friend. I'm so sad for her family and friends. Prayers lifted for all!

  11. Oh I feel as if I missed out since I did not know this blogger. She sounds like a treasure and like a fighter. (However, I have lost nearly a dozen beloved bloggers so I know that death finds us all eventually.) I will certainly pray for her husband, family, and friends' comfort in this loss.

  12. How sad! I didn't know her but I do know the result of cancer and chemo. My sister in law passed away way too early with cancer.
My thoughts and prayers go out to her husband. I'll pop over and read what he wrote. Thanks for the news.

  19. That was such sad news. I followed and enjoyed Janet's blog, but did not realize that she was an artist until seeing the pictures Mac has posted. My heart goes out to Mac and their daughter. So sweet of you to do this post.

  25. Diana, This is sad. I love Janet art work. I want to thank you for the pray request for Ted. He is having good days and low days. He is back on the meds. Next week will be chemo infusion everyday . He has a long way to go. I am about nuts from it all. Our computer needed a new hard drive and I have lost so many things from my old one...addresses pictures. Windows ten upgrades just totally stink. Loved your little beach beauties photo. What fun you must have had. Wishing you and yours the absolute best holiday. I get to go to Angie's and Ted can go also. I need this 4th so much. Blessings and thank you . Love you , xoxo, Susie

  26. I have never read her blog but certainly feel so sorry for her husband, family, friends, and dedicated blog followers. We lost a very good friend about a month ago and his wife (my dear friend) is having such a difficult time. Life has so many ups and downs. Praying her husband and family will be comforted.

  27. I'm so sorry to hear about your blog friend, Diana. I wasn't familiar with her blog. Did she paint that lighthouse - what a talent she had. It's so hard to lose the people we love. My uncle just passed away as well. He was in his 90's and had a long life, but he meant everything to my aunt.
