Connie's mother tried
to warn her the
night before the
wedding that once
she married into
the
Jolly Green Giant Family
things would
be different ...
especially
once they had kids.
Connie's
Mother-in-law,
Grenella Sprout,
took right over
soon after the
first baby boy, Peter Pepper,
was born.
In the Sprout family,
the third birthday marked
a 'coming of age' of sorts.
was born.
In the Sprout family,
the third birthday marked
a 'coming of age' of sorts.
For Peter's third birthday
Grenella served
corn on the cob,
brussel sprouts,
green beans and
peas.
This delicious meal
was followed up by
the most
unusual cupcakes
Connie had ever seen.
After dinner,
Connie excused herself from
the festivities and
called her Mother,
sobbing softly,
to apologize for
not believing her
mother on
mother on
the day of her wedding.
