Today is FRIDAY
Today I have a 10:00 am appointment.
Today I might have lunch at 12:00pm
with MyHero.
Today I am picking the girls up to
spend the weekend at my house.
I have to be there at 3:25 pm.
Normally, this would NOT be a problem.
But, today...
I cannot figure out what time it is.
My clock does not seem to be working properly.
Yes-in good weather it
REALLY DOES TELL TIME.
But- NOT TODAY!
Geez- I might have to break down and buy a watch.
Oh-Look-
I found one I like!
Catch you later----IF I have TIME!
Oh- And
HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR
to those that celebrate it!
Enjoy all your happenings today! Are you getting this latest storm that starts for us this evening? They are saying 5-10 inches of snow for our area. I seriously think we are now living in Alaska. Happy Year of the Horse!
ReplyDeleteDoes anybody really know what time it is ( had to put it in a song lol )
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful day Diana ( ain't it funny how time slips away - ok - 2 songs )

Gorgeous photo of your up to date time piece. I'm not sure what time it is even when I am looking at my watch.
ReplyDeleteGlad you got rid of the pop up box for comments. Now I can comment again. :)
xo Laura
Time keeps on slippin', slippin', slippin' Into the future :)
ReplyDeleteSounds like a happening day and weekend! Love your new watch, hope it helps! :)
ReplyDeleteHope you make your appointments on TIME!
ReplyDeleteLook at all that snow! Be safe today and wishes for a happy weekend.
ReplyDeleteThat's a whole lotta snow Diana!... love your sundial... can't wait until it says "Spring"!... xoxo Julie Marie
ReplyDeleteSounds like a busy day. Or is that a dizzy day? I'm going with a bizzy day. TGIF
ReplyDeleteI love being busy but I hate wearing watches! I use my iPhone to remind me of appointments and things I need to do anymore. We got that lovely snow you sent our way- all day yesterday! I like your sundial- that's something I want for my back garden area. Have fun with the grands this weekend!!
ReplyDeleteCute post, Diana!
ReplyDeleteDeb
You're too funny! But really - who wears watches anymore? Most people now just use their phone.
ReplyDeleteStay warm and drive safe but have a fun day! Can't wait to find a spot in the garden for a sundial I "found" in a heap of junk. :)
ReplyDeleteDiana, Once I retired, my watches became bracelets...I never replace the batteries.LOL I do not wear my watch around the house anyway. The clock in my jeep is an hour fast....do we ever think to set those other that when we are already driving?? :) So I'll just let it stay that way ...it's going to be Spring soon, ...Right? Please tell me it is. Have a fun time today. xoxo,Susie
ReplyDeleteWow, your know we can't drive in weather like you have! Just look at the news for Atlanta! Be safe and have fun with the girls! The bay looks frozen- that's some deep snow!
ReplyDeleteWell, you nutty girl, your sun dial is doing double duty. Its a snow gauge now. Have fun with the girls and all the things you have planned. I hope John is buying! LOL
ReplyDeleteBe safe on your travels today. Enjoy the weekend with your girls!
ReplyDeleteCrazy weather...it's going to be 37 today and 52 tomorrow, it's no wonder people get sick, now I sound like my mother.LOL Have a wonderful day!
ReplyDeleteSending along wishes for a good day today, Diana! It sounds as though there are some very special things going on for you! xo Nellie
ReplyDeleteI can't be without clocks or a watch. Drives me nuts not to know what time it is. Of course the time is listed at the bottom of my computer too.
ReplyDeleteBrenda
I have not owned a watch in 14 years. This probably accounts for my not knowing the time, the temperature nor what day of the week it is.
ReplyDeleteYour watch looks unique. I can't be without seeing the time in my watch. Have a wonderful weekend with your girl.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a full day ahead. Wishing you a lovely day and weekend!
ReplyDeleteLove he watch - where can I get one like that LOL. WOW you really have lots of snow. Are the girls ice skating this year? I remember your hero making one last year. Sounds like you have a very busy day - have a great weekend with the girls.
ReplyDeleteMary
That's a lot of snow you have there! It's actually really pretty, but I can't imagine how cold it is. Have fun with the girls this weekend! I don't even wear a watch anymore. I rely on the reminders on my phone to let me know where I should be and what I should be doing. :) Lord help me if I ever leave my phone at home. Lol!
ReplyDeleteI have a bit of a clock addiction. I don't really care what time it is, I just like them. Love your snow covered non working sun dial. The weird watch... not so much. Have a fun weekend Diana!
ReplyDeleteI am asking myself what day it is. This being snowed in to a greater extent, has my days all thrown off! Thanks for reminding me it's Friday. And literally, Thank God! Enjoy your weekend with the girls.
ReplyDeleteTesting 1-2-3.... yoo hooo.... am I still no reply???
ReplyDeleteOh you are funny....you had me smiling the whole "time" I was reading your blog...well, I still wear my watch, don't carry a phone around with me, still write out my checks and use the mail to pay bills and buy stamps at the PO...guess I am becoming obsolete....from the old school. I used to wonder what people meant when they said they were from the "Old school". Now I know. It's not such a bad place to be from.
ReplyDeleteHave a great day with your grand kids........you are making good memories for them to remember you by.
Diana,
ReplyDeleteI have heard of Chinese New Year, but don't know its history. That time piece in the snow is something else!
Have a great day with the girls.
Love,
~Sheri
