Alphabet Laughs-D Is For Day Lilies And Doves And Day Dreams

Another Alphabet Day!
D
is for
Day Lilies
I love them.
I love all lilies....including our
Stella de Oro lilies.
I have not been the best
at keeping them deadheaded
this year though- more's the pity.

D
is also for
DOVES.
We have lots of
Mourning Doves on our
property.
They make such a deep,
mournful cooing sound.
I love to hear them.

D
is also for
DAYDREAMS.
Some may daydream about
having a
Others may dream about
walking into a beautiful
 garden with a fountain.
As for me?
I DAYDREAM
about stuff like this....
WHY?  You are asking me WHY
I am day dreaming about THIS?
Oh- Yeah- Baby!
I REALLY WANT
THAT PITCHER!
uh-huh

  36. We actually had a dove who made a nest under the eave of our shed. She even had an egg hatch, but we didn't wish to cause much disturbance and didn't get to see much of the baby.

Day dreaming is what I excelled in during college.:) It is also still a good past time.:)

Glad we didn't consider any other "D possibilities.":)
