A Recovery Update From Cindy @ Whimiscal Musings

I know you usually come here
for a little laugh..
but, believe it or not,
I do have a serious side.
And, accidents and illness,
are not laughing matters.
So, today I want to

I have an update from
Cindy Atkins
over at

I just wanted to
encourage you to
continue to pray
for Ralph's recovery.
You can read about his
accident here

This healing is a long, slow
process and has been
marred by a setback
or two.

Cindy says that overall
Ralph is doing well..
but they still need
our prayers...yours and mine.
So-if you have a moment
send their names skyward.
And, if you want to inspire
others to pray for them~
You can find their button
on my sidebar if you care
to snag it.
No pressure at all...
a purely personal choice.

AND
If you need any tags or buttons
or headers,
please contact Cindy
She has time, while she
waits for her hubby to
recover, to spend on the computer.
And it is something she is
genius at.
Trust me.

If you don't know her blog,
you are missing something.

And..
Looky here what I got
in the mail..
from
SOMEONE
(that would be someone
named Cindy in case
you are a little slow
on the uptake)
It's hanging off a candlestick
in my dining room!
This picture does
NOT do it justice.

See it?

Yeah...It's my own!
Nyannee-Nyannee-Boo-Boo!

  10. We take so much for granted. I can't even begin to imagine the challenges they are both facing right now. Prayers are being said.

  12. Just read over that story, heartbreaking and left her a message. Will keep them both in my prayers, because we all know when you really love someone with all your heart, you ache along with all their pain.

  15. Yes, I will definately say a prayer. Cindy was one of my first blogging friends, and she will always hold a special place in my heart. She's so sweet, and I will be thinking of her and her husband during this difficult time.
