Someone came to the hospital
to vist me and Papa.
It was her first half-day
of 4 year old Kittygarten.
She was happy to share the
"news" of her day with us.
This conversation is word for word
as best as I can rememeber it.
So...how was school today?
I gotta bohyfrehnd now.

Yup! Hiss nahme is OHWEN!

cuz I would LOVE being a spy!
Guess I will just have to
live vicariously!
By the time she leaves
the hospital
everyone that has come
in contact with her
is smiling.
Including Mom!
4 years old?
Kindergarten?
I'm just not ready, Lord!
But SHE is..
and that is what really matters,
isn't it?
(and that OH-WEN better be a nice boy-
that's all I gotta say)
Oh my is it that time already! We can still get her stories though & a spy is a good story!! I hope Ohwen is nice to her too :) xx
ReplyDeleteOnly half a day in kittygarden and she's already a spy and a boyfriend. Yeah, fasten your seatbelt, girl, 'cause you are in for the ride of your life. That's an E ticket all the way.
ReplyDeleteHope you have a great day- turned the furnace on this morning- 47- that's forty freakin' seven!
From the frying pan into the crisper. Digging out the warmer clothing today!
By the time that girl is out of Kgarten, she'll have more and more to tell, so get out your notebook...
ReplyDeleteI know everyone was smiling, just as we are, reading these stories.
Well Ohwen is sure luck to have Sweet Cheeks as a girlfriend! ;) Sounds like they are going to have quite the adventures being spies and all. Sounds like it was a fabulous first day of Kindergarten!

I'm glad to know that there is hope for the entertainment world in years to come. Sweet Cheeks will someday be writing the books that are produced into tv shows and movies. You know, the good ones.... the books we read cover to cover without laying down and the movies that keep us on the edge of our seats and hoping for a sequel.
ReplyDeleteYep... I predict that imagination will make her rich someday!
Entertainment is always something people are willing to pay for.
Doesn't it just break your heart when they start Kindergarden? I took Syd and Sam to nursrey school for two years each, our k.garden is all day here so my job was over...I do miss it!
ReplyDeletetoo adorable!!! :)

How sweet that she came to tell you all about her day. When I asked my little one about his first day of kindergarten and what he did, he told me "I don't know." Really, I just picked him up too. :)

ReplyDeleteAren't you happy you have this journal to remember each and every one of these special moments in time? My baby started his first day of his senior year!
ReplyDeleteWatch out OH-WEN, we're keeping an eye on you! Your little SweetCheeks would be my favorite kid If I were still teaching Kindergarten. My grandson just started K too and so far he has fallen asleep for an hour every day!??? Oh well, in his defense it is full day K.
