Hello From Vacationland!
Just popping in to say Hi!
Unfortunately, I tried to edit today's post
and lost it! Duh....
So... Just know that we are having a good time...
I can't figure out how to get a picture here
with MyHero's laptop..Double Duh...
We stayed at the Bates Motel last night
Owner and Norman had
many similarities...except...
I don't think Norman was a drunk?
We stayed there because the town was sold
out of rooms and..
it was the last room in town..
(story and pictures to follow soon).
Neither one of us slept a wink...
and I wouldn't take a shower
at night..at all..
scary..
Place had a hill outside the bathroom
window...I was afraid to look and
see if there was a house
atop it.

A convention in town took all the GOOD rooms.
Thinking back...we should have just slept in the car and pied in the woods.

ReplyDeleteThat is so funny (I think). I had that experience once when I went to visit the Grand Canyon. I know what you mean - I didn't sleep a wink.

Can't wait to see your pics, and all the fun and trouble you got into:) You will have some stories I am certain of it!!~ We are home safe and sounds, and laundry is going, and I am TIRED!
