As most of you know,
when hubby started, and then continued,
to have health issues,
we sold our beautiful home on the bay
to our oldest son.
We are blessed to have moved into a
condo community doesn't feel like
we live in town (although we do).
We have
A LOT OF TREES.
Now, those of you that have
followed me for years,
you know that I believe in
leprachauns and "the little people", right?
For those of you that are
NON BELIEVERS
I have PROOF!
Ready?
Look what I found at the base of
a tree.
Is that cool, or what?
I told you it was cool!!!
You KNOW it is a FAIRY HOUSE, right?
I fell into a prone position to take a photo
of what was INSIDE this tree.
YOU WON'T BELIEVE IT!
HONEST! You won't BELIEVE IT!!!!
Let's look through that hole!
Ready?
Is that the cutest little fairy house
you've ever seen?
Are you a believer now?
ARE YOU?
Didn't I get a great shot
of the inside of that tree?
What do you mean
YOU DON"T BELIEVE ME????
Oh- You know how we Irish are-
full of blarney~
but ever so clever so as to make you
almost believe.
Have a wonderful weekend.
I will be back next week with
an update on hubby's health
and the next challenge we
are facing.

Well you had me convinced even before I saw the picture of the base of the tree. I think they've done a wonderful job of decorating the place too. It looks very cozy. :)
ReplyDeleteOh, I love it!! I wish I could crawl in there and sit right down and have a cup of tea! LOL. I'm glad I'm not the only one who likes to play with the fairies. LOL. Praying for you and your hubby, whatever the challenges may be. May God give you wisdom and strength and peace.

ReplyDeleteHi Diana, I too am a believer! :). We have several trees on our property with actual little doors at the base of the tree. I have little mail boxes, wishing wells and all kinds of miniature things for the children to find when they come over. And as I have told them, because it's Georgia, some of the doors I found and thought were fairy doors, actually belonged to the squirrels. They too have beautiful homes in the trees, with all the latest amenities. I was invited in for tea one day. It was a tight squeeze but I made it. They look at me like "this is the coolest thing ever!" or with a worried look as if to say "Aunt Delisa has finally lost it!". I am a firm believer in the power of whimsy. ;)
ReplyDeleteI do believe and I love that you found a fairy house! It's almost too good to be true but I'm right there with you on the blarney!
ReplyDeleteLOVE this!!! And you and your hubby!

My maiden name is KELLY!! Of course I believe you!! You and hubby are also in my prayers for whatever is needed. xo
ReplyDeleteWhat a darling fairy house you found at the base of the tree! We all believe you!
ReplyDeleteSo very sweet. Love this! You have quite the imagination. I hope you are well. xo
ReplyDeleteThose fairies are clever little ones and great decorators. Can you send them over to my house to help out with Christmas? 😉 I could use a little help! xxoo
ReplyDeleteMy dear friend, continue to be a believer! Take care and be well.
ReplyDeleteOf course I'm a believer, these huge Oak trees in my yard have dozens of hidden nooks for the little people. If I weren't so crippled up I'd climb a couple and show you the bee hive in one, the owl in another and then would get down on my belly and crawl around with a camera and we could write a book with pictures. Love you Sister from another Mister.
ReplyDeleteShrink me, I want to go in!!!! I have been wondering about your husband, can't wait to find out all the news.
ReplyDeleteI'd like to be in there right now.
ReplyDeleteI'm definitely a believer and you are a lucky woman. Sending hugs.
ReplyDeleteBeliever here! Leprechauns, fairies, elves, brownies... I believe! Prayers for your hubby and for you, my friend!
ReplyDeleteI believe and love it! xoxo Dolly
ReplyDeleteI love the way your mind works!
