About time to do another one of these-
I thought I would do a wedding table
rather than a Easter table?
OK? OK!
So, I went searching for
WEDDING TABLES.
I was expecting some color
but I was surprised at how many
pale colors there were--
I guess weddings call for doing
what you love,
using the colors you love.
REMEMBER THE RULES!
Pick ONE table!
This is NOT a life or death situation, people!
If you hate your seated companions
you can always move- right?
Here we go!
#1-AFLAME WITH LOVE
#2- TABLE #2- GET IT?#2)
#3-THE BRIDE WORE BLUE
#4-DRINKS ARE PINK
#5- BLUE & WHITE BRIDAL FANTASY
#6- DOGGONE IT-I LIKE SUNFLOWERS IN SPRING
And last but not least-
#7-SWEET SPRING WHITES
So-there you have it, friends.
Think of your favorite person in the world
that you would like to see get married-
a daughter, a grandkid, even a friend--
Which table would you like to sit at
for the reception?
You will notice there is
NO ALCOHOL
in any of these.
It is a BYOB!
(Can you imagine THAT happening)?
For those that DON'T KNOW-
It's bring your own Boob (husband, partner, etc.)
Ok-I might have lied about that!
Truthfully-
BYOB means- Bring Your Own Bottle....
Happy Picking!
I'll be PICKING up around my house
after being gone for a week
and leaving Pops and Junior
here alone.
BUT CAN YOU GUESS
which one is really leaves the biggest messes?!
Hint: It's a tie!
OK! Stop dawdling along and
VOTE FOR YOUR FAVORITE TABLE!
Ooh, I love table No. 3, the bride wore blue!
ReplyDelete#7 Sweet Spring Whites for me, please!
ReplyDeleteDiana, I love the last table #7. I hope you have a nice time away and don't worry about the guys!

ReplyDelete#1-It looks outdoorsy and quiet. Somehow there's a light breeze in the photo!
Uh oh. Those two look like trouble! 😀 Or fun.
hmmm, 2 or 3, 2 or 3? I like both of those but I think I’ll go with 2. It’s funny, I have three weddings this year to attend but the one in spring is a Hawaiian theme. That’s a first!
ReplyDeleteHave a good rest of the week!
😊 Cecilia
Table #2 for me please.
ReplyDeleteHello!! So, number 6 for me. It looks the most casual, and I am all about that!!!
ReplyDeletePink Drinks of course! I will bring the Rose for Gay
ReplyDelete#4 of course! I love everything Pink!
ReplyDeleteLove the photo of Hubs and Pup!!
hugs
Donna
I pick #7-SWEET SPRING WHITES. White for brides is essential,
ReplyDeleteOoooh, tough one! Even though it's harder to talk to people at a long table, I'm going with #5. I like that rustic look. I hope I don't end up sitting there all by myself! If so, maybe Scruffy could be my +1? Runners up were 1 and 3.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite isn't a table; it's Pops & Junior!! O.K., I'm actually not wild about any of the tables, but I just love Pops & Junior!
ReplyDeleteI know you think I would pick the White table but I really love #1 with the candles and peach colors and it is outdoors. Have a great rest of the week. Glad you are back home to Scruffy I bet he missed you so much.
ReplyDeleteHugs. Kris
No question, it's #6. I don't know if I'm more besotted with the sunflowers or the pups.
ReplyDeleteI like that table #2! SO pretty! And ugh, the clean up after a vacation is always the worst. I hope it's a quick pick up and you can put your feet up and enjoy your time back at home with your happy guys! xo
ReplyDelete#4 for me, love ❤️ the pink! So glad you got away, it always feel good to plan a getaway. We recently got back from Kauai. We had a lovely time. Pops and your little trouble maker look great. Xoxo
ReplyDeleteI think table 1 is my speed today...simple and elegant...
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a wonderful Easter!
Nancy
...I like the sunflowers💛💙, but they sure aren't springy. How about daffodils?
ReplyDeleteOh Di, I would love to sit at table #1, it’s so sweet and calming! Michelle D.
ReplyDeleteWhat an adorable photo of "the guys." Table #1 just captured my heart.
ReplyDeleteBrenda
#7 - really liked this one. Know your guys missed you but there were glad for you to get home to cleaning, cooking and laundry!! Judy Clark
ReplyDelete#6 all the way. Can never resist the floofs. Looks like an outdoor celebration, ready to enjoy celebration. I do hope the dogs are invited❣️
ReplyDeleteI like the Drinks are Pink one!
ReplyDeleteDiana ~
ReplyDeleteI'll take Table #1, please! I love the contrast of the table's wood, and the gorgeous flowers & candles.
Thanks for the party!
bobbie
I pick number 3 because of the blue and white dishes.
ReplyDeleteTable #2 please. Very pretty.
ReplyDeleteTable #1, please. I love the soft pink!
ReplyDeleteSo many pretty tables to choose from! I like table #7 the best, so I'll pick that one, please. I'm fine with there not being any alcohol because I don't drink any type of alcohol.
ReplyDeleteDiana! Beautiful choices for us. I want #7, please. Not sure what I'm wearing yet so white will go with whatever I choose. I would hate to clash with the decorations! These are always fun!! xo
ReplyDeletemmm the candles and plate decorations in #1 are beautiful, as are the plates and glasses in #4, but I would like to sit at table #2 please Diana, the pastel colours are gorgeous :-)
ReplyDeleteWell I know I can't sit at table number 3. There are just far too many glasses sitting there. I'll go with table 1 and I promise not to set anything on fire.
ReplyDeletePops and Junior are looking good
4 swept me away
ReplyDeleteTable #2 for me..Great picture of Scruff and hubs..
ReplyDeleteI hope you are caught up with the clean up..
Now you can get ready for Easter..Always something!!!
Hugs
I pick table number ONE as the colors are wonderful!
ReplyDeleteIt's table 2 for me please.
ReplyDeleteI do like the photograph of Pops and Junior.
All the best Jan
Beautiful wedding decor

Table 1 for me!!! The pink flowers and candles are dreamy!
ReplyDeleteGuess what? Our son got married this past weekend! Yes, he did!! I have to ask him if I can write about it on my blog, if he says yes, then look out for it! Can't wait to see the official wedding photos. The photographer kept saying "There goes Mom's hair again". You KNOW she was talking about the mother of the groom with her dang hair flying up in the wind, right???
Table #2 for me. I love the simplicity and natural colors. Also, I’m a sucker for Succulents..
ReplyDeleteLisa
They're all so beautiful, Diana! But my coastal loving soul has to go with #3 The Bride Wore Blue. I'll just bring my own palm tree, and a bottle of FatCat/HappyDog wine, too. *wink* Lol!
ReplyDeleteGreat pic of John and Scruffy, too!
xoxo Laurie
I like Table #1!!
ReplyDelete#4
ReplyDeleteLove Table #1
ReplyDelete#7
ReplyDeleteIt has to be #1 for me!!
ReplyDeleteNonnie here.
DeleteI love number one. Shaye and Andy are getting married in December. BYOB is a good idea to me.
ReplyDeleteI love table 1. Who doesn't love candles on a table.
ReplyDeleteWedding JOY!!! #1 please---twilight, outdoors, PINK and candlelight, with just the slightest Spring breeze. Though I DO believe #4 might signal a bit of bubbly---those coupes are making a comeback---all you'd need is an elbow-glove and a diamond bracelet. Something tells me that's just your style.
ReplyDeleteThese are all so lovely, I can't decide. I looked at them early this morning and couldn't decide, so I thought I'd wait until I was more awake and try again. LOL. Is #1, "Aflame with love" outside? It kind of looks like it, and you know I love those outdoor table settings, so I think that is the one I will choose. It looks fresh and bright and happy, and not overly crowded. So #1 it is. Thank you for this fun escape!! Hope you are doing well. God bless you and have a wonderful weekend.
ReplyDeleteDiana, I will be sitting at Table #1. I just think it is so pretty. My grandson is getting married in July and wouldn't it be sweet if that was what their table looked like and I would really be sitting there? Happy Spring..xxoJudy
ReplyDeleteI vote for # 6. It is simple, sweet and I like the dogs!
ReplyDeleteI choose #2:) I can't wait to see who all will be sitting with me! Enjoy your day dear friend, HUGS!
ReplyDelete#4 is very pretty for Spring. Hope you have a wonderful weekend! What sweeties you had waiting for you when you got back!
ReplyDeleteHi Diana! You had me at Dogs & Sunflowers - sign me up at Table 6. I'll have my sun dress and espadrilles ready!
ReplyDeleteDiana,
ReplyDeleteMy choice is Number 7. Thanks so much for sharing..It was fun seeing all the tables!! Thanks so much for stopping by and for your sweet comment!!
Happy April!
Hugs,
Deb
Hello,
ReplyDeleteThe Bride Wore Blue for me please, #3.
We ended up with 14 inches of snow April 1st, No Fooling you. ;-) I am still thinking spring. Cheering Spring on, YOU CAN DO IT SPRING!!
xx oo
Carla
They are all pretty, but I think I am going to go with #5. Although, the lighter colors have a softer look I like the way the dark blue jumps out at you. Having shot a bunch of weddings I have to say that the best one for colors was my son's, white, black and red! It just popped and was beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI’m picking #7, Diana. I hope Your cutie pies at the end of your post, helped you clean up!
ReplyDeleteHi there. For Easter I would choose no 6, the sunflowers. Just love the bright spring colour. Constant rain over here in England, have to take sun where you can find it
ReplyDeleteRSVP-- YES I'm coming to this party! I'm bringing miniature angel food cakes , individual small bouquets for all and old fashioned corsages for everyone--boutonniers for guys. Can you tell I was a wedding florist??? Ha ha LOL Floral crowns for all the ladies, lace trimmed hankies, and a good luck Penny for everyone's shoe. Please put me at the blue and white fantasy table-- and yes I'm bringing my Gypsy tambourine-- can we dance round the fire??
ReplyDeleteSorry I'm late, #7 Sweet Spring Whites is so elegant. The cutie pies aren't telling on each other. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter,
Sue
Well I really don't know what's happening here because I left a comment yesterday, I've come back today and it's missing so I left another one. I checked that it showed up. I came off the page, then came back on and it's not here. Anyway, I'll give it another go. I'd choose #3 because it looks so patriotic. Fingers crossed this goes through okay.
