I have had several people
ask me for this recipe
so here it is.
Each one is a bite of
sweet spicy love.
EDITED TO ADD: BAKE AT 400˚-
I use air bake sheets and they never burn.
Watch carefully because they burn easily.
They don't do well baked
at a lower temperature though.
I have one more post coming
tomorrow to finish up the
decorating in the condo.
Happy Baking!
I love ginger cookies! This sounds like my Mom's recipe!
ReplyDeleteThank you for another good idea!
ReplyDeleteGinger cookies are SOOOO good. These remind me of my husband's grandmother's molasses softies.
ReplyDeleteI'm sewing today and wrapping gifts. Still a bit more baking to do, but I'm enjoying a very snowy day here - over a foot fell overnight.
Enjoy your day!
Thank you! I've seen these somewhere but can't remember where...They look awesome!

ReplyDeleteYumm. Are these the soft kind? I used to make one called ginger chewies and they were more of a soft cookie. I loved those things.

ReplyDeleteIf something smells better than ginger baking, I don't know what it is... yum!

I know I’d love these! A friend is going to give me her mom’s gingerbread cookie recipe. I’ll have to compare it to yours.
