LIFE & LINDA'S (Fairy Blog Mother) MOM HAS PASSED AWAY

I guess there is no easy way
to say that someone has
passed away, is there?

Most of you in Blogland know
(also known as My Fairy Blog Mother).
She is such a giving person and has
helped so many over the years
solve blog issues.

Many of you know that
Linda's mom lived with her
for quite a while.
She decided a couple of years ago
to move several hours away
and live closer to her son.
This is the only picture I could
find of her on Linda's blog.
Beautiful lady, wasn't she?

Sadly, her health was already compromised
and she declined in these last
few weeks/months
after her move.

Linda contacted me yesterday to
let me know that her
Mom had passed away.

Please send up a prayer for
Linda & her family.
If you are not a 'pray-er',
please send well wishes and
healing thoughts her way.

Thank you.
I will be around again soon to
do a wrap up on the

Thanks to each and every one of you
that visit here.
You are all special to me!

  6. Hi there, Firstly, I pick the last table-#7. I also passed the post on to my granddaughters just for fun.
I have followed Linda over the years, but haven't been following lately-so will go by and tell her how sorry I am. Will be lifting her up too. That lady has gone through so much in this journey of life.
    Love you girl!

  9. Diana, you know that I am praying, even before typing this back to you. It is always so hard to lose someone you love, but during this time of quarantine and distancing it is even harder. We can't say goodbye the way we have in the past with a memorial service filled with family and friends, we can't receive the hugs and comfort that we desperately need during these times. My heart goes out to everyone that is grieving it's just such a lonely time.
Now, about you. Don't you disappear . . . you are a friend to so many and would be terribly missed. If you decide to quit blogging then you need to at least keep us all in your email . . . we love you sister.
    Connie :)

  19. Diana, when I saw I saw your message on FB I thought Linda died suddenly. I'm very sad about her mom and also relieved it's not Linda. It's tough being a caregiver and the loss is always bigger I think when you look at how your life and schedule has changed -- not to mention deeply missing someone you love so. Thanks for sharing it.

  25. Ouch. 'tis hard for a daughter to lose a mother. I watched and held my sweetheart as she lost her mother. I KNOW there is a special connection between Mother and Daughter. One us men will never know. I lost my mom years ago and I miss her to this day.
    Prayers for the family...
