Well,
the countdown is on,
isn't it?
I am sitting by the fireplace
with my morning
cup of
"Thank You God Coffee".
In our rental (yep-still haven't found our 'new' home yet)
I am looking
towards our dining area
and loving my
opaline pumpkin.
I am headed to work in a bit
and starting to plan on how to deal
with the upcoming
Thanksgiving Day.
I think this will work.....
Here's hoping YOU have a
STRESS FREE
Thanksgiving!
We are celebrating
THANKSGIVING
tonight----don't ask.....
...and a Happy Thanksgiving to you!
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving whenever you celebrate!
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving gf! The prozac sounds like a good idea LOL.
ReplyDeleteHahahaha...somebody else is doing Thanksgiving this year...my sister...she may need some of that. I know that she's been working on it for about a week.
ReplyDeleteHave a blessed and Happy one. I hope that the work day is festive and fun. (I used to enjoy working at holiday time; however, I hope that you are allowed to leave early. Really early.)
Your opaline pumpkin is a beauty!
I love Maxine! And I hope your day is filled with blessings. Happy Thanksgiving!
ReplyDeleteI also love your pretty pumpkin like an opal. I am so stressed out these days...you are really speaking to me! Just heard a preacher on the radio, quoting Hebrews...Therefore lift your drooping hands and strengthen your weak knees. Felt like this was just meant for me! Happy Thanksgiving to you, my friend. God's blessing on you always.
ReplyDeleteSame to you sweet friend! xoxo Dolly
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving to you and yours!!!! xo
ReplyDeleteHope you guys have a wonderful Thanksgiving. We will find a restaurant open and have a THANKFUL THANKSGIVING together, Maybe son Mark will go out with us. The waitress will be tipped extra for serving others that day. Love sent from Florida.

ReplyDeleteThat pecan pie recipe in your last post sounds so good! and in a cast iron pan! By the way, yes, sounds just like our family. Laughing all the time! May be why I turned out to be so self-conscious. :)
Happy Thanksgiving!
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving to you too!!
ReplyDeleteWe get everyone...except our Son in Law...he has to work! Darned Black Friday...
Anyway...have a blessed rest of your week....
Nancy
Have a Happy Whenever!!!

ReplyDeleteHave a great thanksgiving. I'll be working in the morning but it's just half a day
ReplyDeleteWishing for you a very Happy Thanksgiving and for you to celebrate the holiday in your own home next year. Surely by then..........
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving, Diana. I love your opaline pumpkin, so pretty. And I think I've mentioned how much I like those green candles also. Don't worry about a house - a house is a home no matter where you settle, if you give it your own personal touches. And I can see that you have.
ReplyDeleteI hope you have lots of good foods to eat, and I am thankful for having a blog friend like you. : )

ReplyDeleteProzac in the stuffing not sure how that would taste
ReplyDeleteMerle.......
Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours, no matter when you decide to celebrate it. My daughter and I will go to our friends' home for Thanksgiving Lunch and then, to my aunt's house for dinner! LOL! I made it as stress-free as possible by buying the pecan pie to take to my friend's for dessert, but, I've been requested to bring my specialty - cornbread - to aunt's! So, my plan is to make it, tonight. I'll need to make a triple batch and, probably another batch for my daughter! LOL.
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving! The turkey is enough to put you to sleep...
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving Diana! Hope you enjoyed your dinner together this evening! Leftovers for tomorrow!
ReplyDeleteHAPPY THANKSGIVING SWEET LADY!!
ReplyDeleteProzac for me too please :)
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving.
What a great cartoon! Not much stress at my house this Thanksgiving, as it will only be my family of 5. The other 5 people who were supposed to be joining us have had unexpected company come to town, so they had to cancel.
ReplyDeleteHappy Thanksgiving,
