Well, guess I better do this now
or October will be in the past.
I was going to do
Halloween tables
but there weren't enough that
I thought suitable.
So-here you go-
October tables.
PICK ONE-
Now I KNOW all of you can count-
so ONE is GOOD!
Got it?
Here we go:
#1-A Passel of Pumpkins
#2 Copper Cups
#3 Some Fall Color
#4-Creamy Dream
#5 Pass The Pears Please
#6 Sunshine On My Table Makes Me Happy
#7 Lots of Lavender
So, there you have it!
Pick your seat (I won't watch).
and don't get your undies in a bundle
if you have a hard time deciding.
(see how I cleverly tied that into picking your seat)....oh, nevermind......
Have a great weekend and I will count
the votes next week and give you my
usual taunts and teases.
I am first.. YAY. the last one, #7 is my pick but only because it has not one but two baskets of BREAD. and with my seat I can reach both baskets. also it is the least cluttered of them all.. food and a small baskets of flowers and not a lot of fru fru. I don't know how to spell it though. I do love the center piece flowers in # 2
ReplyDelete#4, the Creamy Dream. Beautiful. I would even dress up for that one!! :)
ReplyDelete#1. It's more fallish looking and I am so ready for Fall.
ReplyDeleteWell, I have to have the traditional colors of Autumn, so I will pick number 1! Plus, that orange pumpkin sitting in the middle of the table make me smile. : ) What a lovely table setting this is. I would feel so comfortable sitting here for a holiday dinner.
ReplyDelete~Sheri
...October will be gone in a flash. These are all too fancy for me.
ReplyDelete#1 for me please!! I love pumpkins and the colour orange so that was a no brainer! Though I'd probably add a few spiders, skulls and worms to it, just to make things interesting lol! :)
ReplyDeleteI will pick number 1, but I don't know what is on the plate. Is that something edible? almost looks like more flowers and if it is, is it a take home gift?
ReplyDeleteI'm going with number one, although I did have to do a four sided coin toss. xo Laura
ReplyDelete:))) Right now, I can't make up my mind between the elegant simplicity or #3 and the lavender of #7...
ReplyDeleteI'll get back with you tomorrow on this!
Ooops ~ make that #4 rather than 3!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm all for a passel of pumpkins. What IS a passel anyway? Time for the dictionary!
ReplyDelete#1 for me...love the pumpkins for fall!
ReplyDeleteI like #4 Creamy Dream, it's simple and clean :) And in my opinion elegant without going overboard. Nice :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for your little choosing game . . . there are always fun.
I love #1 so put me down for that. It's so fall like. Although the pears is a very close second.
ReplyDeleteAlthough I don't love copper, I loved #2-must be the cool tones.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!
#1
ReplyDeleteIt's the Fall-est!
I'm going with lots of lavendar because it looks like wine in those glasses and I could go for a glass of wine right now. Besides my buddy Sandra is sitting at this table too
ReplyDeleteNumber one for sure - very traditional here! -Jenn
ReplyDeleteMe 'n my girl want #1 that is October!
ReplyDeleteLove from North CArolina for a few more weeks!
Sherry & jack
Diana, I am not picking my seat, yet. LOL. I was going to say number 1 till I saw what looked like snow out the windows...no I am not into snow. So I am going to pick number 2, because I love the dishes, each one is different but pretty. Hope you have a fun weekend too. Blessings to you, xoxo, Susie
ReplyDeleteAll the tables are great...but I love # 1 the most!
ReplyDeleteOh, dear! I’m not in love with any of them actually….I’d like to see more traditionally fall ones! #3…the flowery one is TOO FLOWERY! #4 the creamy one is TOO CREAMY (not enough color). #5 the pear one…well, I don’t want to say anything too mean so I’ll skip over that one! #6 I like but it’s TOO SPRINGY for fall. #7…hmmm…just don’t care for. And #2 is just TOO GRAY. So that leaves #1…not wild about the dishes but the overall look is definitely FALL so I pick #1!!!!! (I’m not usually so picky!!!!) (PS: I know you are going to tear me up on this one:)
ReplyDelete
ReplyDeleteWow, they're all pretty, but I think I love #1 because of that amazing centerpiece that screams Fall. My fav season, I totally love doing my tablescapes come Fall, specially the colors are so rich and warm.
Thank you sweet lady for the fun post.
Fabby
This was easy for me since I am a traditionalist...it'll be table #1 for me, please ma'am. And although I love pears, I would just want to be straightening out the wrinkles in that tablecloth all night long!
ReplyDeleteNumber 1 please!
ReplyDeleteOne of my problems with most of these is that there is little to no elbow room between the place settings!! I don't want to fight all through dinner!
ReplyDeleteSo ~ I'm going to surprise you by going for #2, the Copper Cups! Mostly because I'm loving all things grey right now, and because I love the color variations in the flowers ~
And also, I'm dying to know what is in those little brown bottles on each plate!
O ye of little faith ~ that I would miss one of your soirees!
:-P
#1 - A Passel of Pumpkins please! Nothing says "October" like pumpkins.
ReplyDeletePut me at table #2 with the copper cups, please. Those copper cups DO include Moscow Mules in them, right?
ReplyDeletexoxo
Eeny menu which to choose? #1 has 2 glasses for adult beverages but #2 has copper cups to keep contents cold and if I drop it, won’t break! Ok, #2 🙏🏻
ReplyDeleteI guess #1 is for me. So fall festive!! But each one is unique and pretty in its own way. Thanks for doing this it’s always so fun. Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteBlessings
Gert
#1 - Love the fall table - beautifully arranged. Mary Ellen
ReplyDeleteI like number7.
ReplyDeleteMerle..........
#2 spoke to my heart for some reason. They are all pretty.
ReplyDeleteNumber 1.
ReplyDeleteI'll pick my seat at table #1:) The pumpkins won me over for this time of year. Have a beautiful day dear friend, HUGS!
ReplyDeleteI’m a sucker for lavender.
ReplyDeleteI'll be the lavender dreamer at #7! Surprised? heehee! If I sat at #4 I would spend all my time straightening the tablecloth! haha! Thanks for the fun and the dreamy lavender...just for me! Happy weekend!
ReplyDeleteCopper cups for me please!
ReplyDeleteI'll take table #1 please. It'll do quite nicely for Thanksgiving too!
ReplyDeleteSeveral in the running there. Number one is the most tallish... would be great for Thanksgiving ! Good job as always..hugs
ReplyDeleteTable 2 for me!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the weekend.
#1. Nothing says October like pumpkins.
ReplyDeleteOh how I love and adore October, and hate to see it go ... and it evaporates unlike any other month on the calendar, except maybe December. *sigh*
ReplyDeleteThat said ... absolutely no doubt, I wish to be seated at Table Number Four (#4) because it looks so relaxing, calm, and peaceful.
May we please have London Broil, twice-baked potatoes, salad of grape tomatoes and cucumber dressed in olive oil and balsamic vinegar, with mincemeat pie for dessert? Don't forget the Reddi wip.
Thanks ever so. xoxo
#1 for me and I’m so excited about the lovely ladies I’ll be sitting with!
ReplyDeleteMore is always better is my motto!
#1 for me, please!
ReplyDeleteI guess you won't be surprised that I picked number 6, the sunshine one.
ReplyDeleteHands down, #1! It's good and traditional.
ReplyDeleteI love anything copper, but (reluctantly) I'm casting my vote for #1. What memories it evokes!
ReplyDeleteOld Fashioned so I say # 1 !! Love the Holidays !!
ReplyDeleteI pick #1 as it’s perfect for October. Enjoy the weekend and thanks for the visit to my blog and your sweet comment.
ReplyDeleteI can count to one....but you make it so hard! #7 it is. Wondering....does the bunched up tablecloth on # 4 bother anyone else?? I would have to straighten that thing before I could sit there...but if it doesn't bother any one, God bless them and pass the pears :-)
ReplyDeleteIf there's still room, I'd like table #1 with the pumpkins.
ReplyDeletePhyllis
Hmmm. I was so torn between #1 AND #4, but I think in the end, I would like to reserve a seat at table number 1......it would be a lovely Thanksgiving!
ReplyDeleteYep...I picked my seat cause it was hard to decide! Normally I would go with the fall like colors since that is what I really love at this time of year...however I think I am going with the Creamy Dreams. Its simple, not over done, soft and inviting. However where there is orange color leaves under the creamy pumpkins, I would throw a few orange ones around...haha. You know me, gotta shake things up and add my own spin.
ReplyDeleteHmmmm. I like something in each of them, but irregardless of the fall theme...cause I would pick #1 just simply because it screams fall....I do love #7. I'm with Sandra...two baskets of bread...and I love the color lavender...but mostly because the center basket is pretty...but did I say bread? Cause bread. That's my pick.
ReplyDeleteAll beautiful. I have a love for copper this time of year. The copper cup table filled with cider or champagne will be a great fit for me.
ReplyDeleteHope your enjoying some fall my friend
Cindy
Take me to some fall color, #3, cuz ima takin' those plates home with me! ;)
ReplyDelete#1 is my favorite, Diana, but they are all so lovely, thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Sue
Easy!!!!
ReplyDelete#1

Okay it’s between Copper Cups and Creamy Dream. How about Copper Cups in the daytime and Creamy dream in the evening (and I’m not budging)! 😁
ReplyDeleteOne of course, it’s a classic!
ReplyDelete#3 is my favorite, altho all are so amazingly beautiful.
ReplyDelete4 creamy dream next to the window please. Throw cushions on the seats and I'll make reservations for 5 of my girl friends. Thank you Dianan. Patty McDonald
ReplyDeleteThat tablecloth with the pears really needs to get straightened. I’m glad I’m not the only one who feels the same otherwise they are all pretty but I do like the simple setting of creamy dream. I also like sitting by windows so please seat me close to it. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteI choose #1. Very autumnal and I love those glasses!
ReplyDeleteOOh, I like the pale colour of #2, and those copper cups! Sign me up!
ReplyDeleteThey are all a little high-class for my taste....
ReplyDeleteI like fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants tables, rustic, down-home flavor, adorable paper plates and darling paper napkins...I am so hickyfied.....BUT...
I like #1 the best of these...do I see wine glasses on this table...must be cause I see Mr. Ron is there.....
I love number 1. Hope we have noodles!
ReplyDeleteDiana,
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for stopping by and for your kind comment!! My pick is #1, I am a lover of Traditional Fall colors...
Hugs,
Debbie
You are so much fun lady! I wish I lived closer to you. We would have a ball together. Well....I am loving them all but LOVING table #2. Hugs and blessings, Cindy
ReplyDeleteI was drawn to table #1...could be a Thanksgiving table too....tho I had a time trying to decide...so I am going with first thought....
ReplyDeleteI love #4- I the site and smell of pears are beautiful and sweet. Much better than pumpkins.
ReplyDeleteLisa
I HAVE to sit at #2 and I HAVE to have that copper silverware! Gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteCreamy Dream for me.
ReplyDeleteI choose #1. It's the only table resembling Autumn.
ReplyDeleteTable #4 make me want to straighten the table cloth and #7 is just.... no.
xoxo,
rue
Too hard to choose! Every one of them is so beautiful, right? What a delightful post filled with inspiration. Xo Lidy
ReplyDeleteI love number #2 copper cups. Love the lighter colors for a fall tablescape.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Kris
#4 please. I love the simplicity!
ReplyDeletexoxo
I'm a traditionalist, so I'll take number one please. Lovely. xo
ReplyDeleteI like table #2, copper cups. Very chic and light. But I think I will use a straw when drinking out of the cup....copper leaves such a weird taste in your mouth.
ReplyDeleteDebbie
xo
This was tough. I wanted to go with the ones that looked more summer-y since I'm not a fan of fall or winter BUT ended up going with #3, Some Fall Color. I DO however love the way the tablecloth is 'scrunched' up on the pear table. A great idea if you have a large piece of fabric or oversized tablecloth!
ReplyDelete#1 please it looks very much like my table. My hubby built me a lovely box for the centerpiece. Lots of fun Diana. xo
ReplyDelete#1
ReplyDeleteIt was hard to pick just one because there were several I really liked, but since it's fall, I'll go with #1.
ReplyDeleteYou've got some good ones here Diana.
ReplyDeleteFirst it was going to be lavender (7), then I changed my mind to the yellow table (6) …
FINALLY, I decided on the pumpkins (1) so warm and inviting looking :)
Perhaps it also had something to do with the grand-children choosing and carving their pumpkins this coming weekend.
My good wishes.
All the best Jan
