PLEASE PRAY FOR THE PEOPLE IN SUTHERLAND SPRINGS,TEXAS

Where does it end?
Senseless violence!

Please offer up a prayer for all those
whose lives are forever altered
by the shooting at the
FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH
in
SUTHERLAND SPRINGS, TEXAS.

I don't want this to be about gun control-
Instead of leaving a comment about that--
Please take that moment instead
to pray for all these dear souls.
God bless this town and church and people.
Where will it end?

  1. Diana, I am just heartbroken for the people of that church and area. How terrible and so senseless and sad. Barely a week after the NYC tragedy. You are so right, when will it ever end? I am praying for all.

  3. I was so saddened to hear this news and wept. I cannot understand this kind of evil, lack of care, and cruelty.
This kind of action is of evil, not God.

  9. My heart is broken as well. I can't imagine the number of lives that this massacre has touched and I truly don't understand why we continually are living through these types of things.

  11. It is so difficult to understand why this tragedy happened. I think most of us think to ourselves that this could have happened to us. I'm thankful that we can turn to the Lord in times of grief and tragedy. God bless each of those affected by this senseless crime.

  12. There has to be many sick minds out there. Why someone so young would do such a horrible thing makes no sense. However, all these things going on in our world everywhere is found in the bible.

  14. These random acts of terrorism and violence is beyond comprehension. However, we do know there is a war going on - the Bible warns of it thousands of years ago. Good versus evil, and we DO know how it ends. God wins. We have to be prayer Warriors! We have a Catholic prayer for times like these asking for St. Michael to intercede on our behalf:

HOLY MICHAEL, THE ARCHANGEL, DEFEND US IN BATTLE. BE OUR SAFEGUARD AGAINST THE WICKEDNESS AND SNARES OF THE DEVIL, MAY GOD REBUKE HIM, WE HUMBLY PRAY; AND DO YOU, O PRINCE OF THE HEAVENLY HOST, BY THE POWER OF GOD
CAST INTO HELL SATAN AND ALL THE EVIL SPIRITS WHO WANDER THROUGH THE WORLD SEEKING THE RUIN OF SOULS. amen

We need to pray for strength to protect the innocent ones. We need to be ever vigilant in these dark times.

God bless you, Diana, and your wonderful family full of sweet little ones, too, my dear friend. ♥

Praying for Texas, for NYC and for all those hurt by these horrible times- the whole world over.

  17. This act of violence has broke my heart in two. I have been praying for the families that has lost loved ones and also praising the Lord with the families that was spared. END OF TIMES! I work at a church and have for the past 18 years. And I go to another church that's considered the sister church. Girl, I have seen lots and heard lots. Makes me sick. Lord, come on and get your children is all I can say. Hugs and blessings, Cindy
