You know me and my heart for
GRANDCHILDREN!
This precious little girl, Carter,
needs all the prayers she can get.
She is VERY SICK and they
don't know what is wrong with her yet.
This is an older picture but the only one
I found on Shelia's blog
She is hospitalized and,
as you can imagine,
her family is sitting there on pins and needles
trying to pray her well.
Shelia is beside herself and I know the feeling well.
As a grandparent you just feel
TOTALLY HELPLESS.
So, let's HELP by sending up prayers
and/or good wishes and blessings.
Thanks so much.
The link to Shelia's blog is HERE.
She will continue to give updates on
Carter HERE.
Carter & family, sending my best wishes. Can't imagine the agony of seeing your child/grandchild sick and not even knowing what the problem is. I think about your grandson's illness and how a blog reader pegged it often. Such an incredible thing.
ReplyDeleteDiana, I couldn't help but cry yesterday as I read Shelia post. Breaks my heart for her family. I do believe in the power of prayer, so yes, I am still praying for Carter and her family. Thank you Diana, you are always so kind and understanding about prayer requests. Blessings to all, xoxo,Susie

I do hope they find out what is her medical problem and hope it is not too serious and able to be handled. It is so difficult when one so young has to go through such difficulty with health. It is hard to explain to them. I am praying for a definite miracle! When my sister-in-law was very, very ill for a year, the doctors could not find solution and she almost died. My mother went online and entered all of her symptoms and figured out she had Cushings, which had caused brain tumors. Her doctors had not and when they did the test for it, sure enough my mother was right!!! Now she is all well and doing wonderfully!
ReplyDeleteBecause of your sweet blog post, little Carter has been lifted up in prayer by at least forty strangers. There is power in prayer, especially when it is offered by many people. Thanks for making your readers aware of Carter's situation. Praying that the doctors will find out the reason for her illness and that they can determine the best treatment for her.
