Diana, Poor Hero..LOL.... I love this issue of Romantic Homes. That huge bedroom is fabulous...I would never want to leave it. Gosh, I hope we get a warm up. It was beautiful yesterday and today is going to be rainy but warm...then chilly again, then maybe, just maybe...spring. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
ReplyDeleteDianna,
ReplyDeleteI loved this issue too!!
Thanks so much for stopping by!! The neighbors are long time neighbors that are just totally oblivious of their actions and what happens because of them!! It always amazes me that people could be so stupid!! LOL!!
Have a great Easter!!
Hugs,
Deb
Oooh ~ I need a copy of this issue now! Wishing you a Blessed Easter!!
ReplyDeleteBig Texas Hugs,
Susan and Bentley
I do hope Your Hero doesn't read all these things you say about him! Although Im sure the things you put in writing are nothing compared to what you say aloud...when there's no transcript to be used against you later! Haha! Happy Easter!
ReplyDeleteThat last ironstone pitcher I have! It is a very old family piece. Happy Easter!
ReplyDeleteThat last pic is adorable!!! Love it! And how pretty is that ironstone?! Beautiful! I never thought about not being able to buy fresh strawberries until summer time. We pretty much have them year round here. Just one more thing I learned from your blog. :) In fact, my store has them on sale for .97 cents a pound and I'm going to buy several pounds tomorrow. Wish I could have you over for some fresh strawberries with whipped cream!
ReplyDeleteDiana I always delight in reading your reviews. The Lavender Lemon rolled shortbread looks heavenly, OMGosh if it is half as yummy as it looks it will become an annual Springtime treat. But first I've got to get my kitchen finished!
ReplyDeleteLove how wicked you are ... kissing cousins!!!!
xoxo
Vera
I hope you are still living after that last shot at your hero. :)
ReplyDeleteLove the ironstone. I can never have enough of that. xo Laura
Love love love that ironstone china! So pretty! What a chuckle on the last picture.... lol! No local strawberries here for us either until June... but the ones from California will do, for now. Have a wonderful day!
ReplyDeleteThat kitchen...dreamy!! I love the beams and the color. Thanks for sharing! :)
ReplyDeleteooooooo, you are going to be in so much trouble!! But the ironstone is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteHave a great day! xo
This was is a great issue. I love the look of the lavender shortbread. Sooooo pretty. The last picture gave me a smile today. Thank you for that. Too fun and cute.
ReplyDeleteKris
Looks like another pretty issue! I love the pretty living room...I want that rug! Adorable last photo!
ReplyDeleteDiana, I MUST get this magazine, Romantic Homes. I haven't seen it in awhile, and look at all the inspiration that's inside! That first picture with the pink roses and white ironstone is gorgeous. I have a gravy boat that's similar to this. And oh my, the lavender lemon shortbread......now, that's one fine looking dessert.
ReplyDeleteHave a fun day, good friend.
love, ~Sheri
That last picture is just priceless and reminds me of my childhood!
ReplyDeleteI used to religiously subscribe to RH. But then I stopped. If a magazine doesn't seem worth keeping, and have more in it that I like than what I don't like, I won't buy it anymore. Although, I can see they do have beautiful things still in their magazine.
ReplyDeleteBrenda
I need to pick up a copy. Nice rooms.
ReplyDeleteThe lavender shortbread are too pretty to eat! Gorgeous with all that sparkly sugar.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful rooms that you shared!
If your Hero hasn't killed you yet, I think you are safe.
I know you'll keep pushing on,,,LOL! xo
I think I might be a little green...thanks for all the links. I will check them out at some point.
ReplyDeleteYour entire post very nice and and well done. However, the last picture wins the prize hands down.
ReplyDeleteDiana you always make me smile! You have such a fun loving spirit and it really shows through in your blog posts! I do not have that issue yet but looks like I'm going to go get it fast as I can. Love that bedroom and kitchen. Makes me look around and wonder why my bedroom doesn't look that pulled together!
ReplyDeleteCute photo of the little tots.
Happy Easter.
hugs
Sissie
Oh yes...just my style Diana...I am going to pick up a copy of this...totally inspiring! Thank you for sharing today!!!
ReplyDeleteI loved the April issues. Can you believe it, my May copy came the other day? I do believe the magazine is getting better. For awhile there I was not happy with it. Well, I am NOT happy that they are only publishing 10 issues now per year. But after I contacted Romantic Homes and told them of my dismay (wow, I sound so melodramatic, don't I?!), they assured me that I would still be receiving the entire amount of issues that I paid for when I renewed my subscription. That cousin kiss? Let's hope your hero is long over that stage, hahahaa!
ReplyDeleteOh those pictures - I love them all - would like any of them here!!!!!!!!!!!! Love the last photo!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful post, D! I always enjoy Romantic Homes and your pictures are stunning. That last one is precious!
ReplyDeleteohmygosh.
ReplyDeleteloved each one. the master bedroom especially.
oh my.
and that little kiss. how absolutely adorable is that!!! his little hand on her face... wonder if they grew up and got married and lived happily ever after. uh. no. wait. that was your hero's COUSIN you said! well. YOU'RE the one that lived happily ever after with him.
if you live to tell about it that is. LOLOL. XOXO♥
I haven't bought a new issue of Romantic Homes in a while. I always enjoy seeing your features though!
ReplyDeleteAnother issue I need to buy.
ReplyDeletethat is beautiful, I need to look for this magazine,,,, your poor husband,,, thats all I can say, lol,,,,
ReplyDeletethere's a place that sells south carolina strawberries when they're in season. I got some once but I never knew the difference in taste between it and those from California and Florida.
ReplyDeleteWell if the picture is not of the kissing cousins...It's still adorable! I seldom buy Romantic Homes any more...I love that you share the highlights
ReplyDeleteCarol
I just got my May issue and it's all about roses. They need to make the print darker, Sometimes it's hard to read, especially when the print is a light pink.
ReplyDeleteI hope that wasn't your hero planting a kiss on that little girl LOL
xxoo Mary
HA!!! You never know is right!!! That had me rolling!!! The inspiration here is gorgeous my friend! My 2 favorite things up there are the brick in that kitchen and that stunning chandelier in the bedroom....makes me want to ditch the yucky ceiling fan in our bedroom like right now! Wishing you a beautiful Easter with your sweet crew!! Nicole xoxo
ReplyDeleteThis seems to be a wonderful issue! Love the photos ~ especially the lavender shortbread and that incredible bedroom. I'm so tired of my bedroom not being "finished" ~ :/ Wanna come help me? I'll have fresh strawberries for you!
