Oh! What a beautiful morning-
Oh! What a beautiful day-
I've got a wonderful feeling-
everything's going.........
What?
Remember that song from the past?
It is running through my head this morning.
Would you like to join me for coffee on
our little side porch off the dining room
this morning?
I re-did the porch last summer here
So---Come join me, please.
OH-WAIT A MINUTE!
Dress warm because this morning that same
table looks like THIS!
Appropriate dress would be advised...
something along the line of this....
image
Maybe I better change the coffee to 7Up-
that way if you are shivering with the cold
you won't get stains on your white coat when
you spill your drink.
Have a wonderful day!
ps-No! That is NOT me- thanks for asking.
I am not happy with all the snow we got and are about to get let alone the artic blast that's happening. That's supposed to get worse, too. Stay in a stay warm and go back to coffee.
ReplyDeleteGood morning! I'll join you! But brr! That fur coat will be welcome!
ReplyDeletewow, what snow! What cold!
ReplyDeleteDon't be shy, we know that is really YOU!!
ReplyDeleteThat looks like my yard. It's bad here. They are saying 6 inches but with the drifting it's much more than that. Trying to find out if work is open. If it is, don't know how I am going to get there.
Don't like snow, or the cold, but would be happy to join you for coffee in the Summer!
ReplyDeleteDeb
I got a chuckle reading is. Just came in from starting my car to let it warm up.....eighteen below actual temp right now. Holy cats! Stay warm, lady Di! Jane
ReplyDeleteI'm getting ready for work and it's -4 degrees out. Crazy cold. Have a wonderful weekend, you snow bunny!
ReplyDeleteLove that musical! It is a happy way to start a day, especially on a bitter cold morning. Loved the pictures of your porch, the first one reminds me that this bitter cold will not last forever. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteI am dead center in the middle of this Nor'easter? I keep asking my Mr. why did we move again? Stay warm.
ReplyDeleteThat is a lot of snow!!! I definitely prefer the Florida sunshine to any of that, but it's still fun to see the pics!! Stay warm sweetie!! And be safe!
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Becky
I would love to join you for "tea" but since I'm down with Mr. Flu Bug, I think I'll stay inside wher it's warm. Love all the snow, it look like a cake plate dome on the table.
ReplyDeleteMy deck looks the same this morning & Baby, it is cold outside. I'll join you if the invite still stands next summer..
ReplyDeleteHoly cow! Brr! and double Brr! And I thought it was cold here at 22 degrees this morning. Stay cozy sweet friend!
ReplyDeleteWow! Do you ever have snow! So many hit with winter storm Hercules. I'm watching on the Weather Channel. It's just really cold here. Hope you are too inconvenienced with the storm. But then, I guess you're used to snow up there. :) Hugs and stay warm.
ReplyDeleteThe snow is beautiful. I love being snowed in during the winter. I especially love it if some of the kids are snowed in with me. LOL But, in Oklahoma, we don't get much snow. We've had two good snows so far this winter and that's a lot for us.
ReplyDeleteIt's 12 degrees at the moment. It's even cold in the house! Good day to take down the Christmas decorations. Maybe all those trips up and down the steps will warm me up! Stay warm and cozy, if that's even possible!
ReplyDeleteIt's been so terribly cold in Ottawa. I need to bus downhill to get groceries. It's -34 with the windshield! But you know what, I prefer this to summer weather. I guess I'm a winter person!
ReplyDeleteI'll keep my seat inside, thank you! How deep is that snow, anyway? Wow! Stay safe and warm. xo Nellie
ReplyDeleteI'll stay inside with my coffee watching Kelly & Michael. WOW! That is some snow. It is cold here but nothing like y'all! Stay warm.
ReplyDeleteIf that is not you....is it ME? hahaha! Stay warm...stay inside! I'm feeling a wee bit better but it's blustery here so I'll be inside again. And now I'm singing a happy tune! Sweet hugs!
ReplyDeleteLOL! Before I saw it was you, Diana, I saw the thumbnail picture in my dashboard and was thinking, "Where does this person live? I want some of that weather!". I've got a similar view out our windows although I think we only got about 6 inches yesterday. More to come Sunday!
ReplyDeleteOh look at all that snow! They finally said "more than 6 inches on Sat/Sun. uughh. at least it is on the weekend!
ReplyDeleteOh my that is a lot of snow!!! Stay warm!!
ReplyDeleteGood morning dahhhling! Love your new coat! Do you have snow boots to go w/ that? B/c you're gonna be shovelin! :D
ReplyDeleteOh I can only remember those warm sunny days! It is 14 degrees now and the sun is shining turning most of our snow into a glittery winter scape. I will stay inside and enjoy it through the window, my bones are not happy with the cold. I am counting the days till our spring bulbs poke thru and Mother Nature paints the landscape green!
ReplyDeleteYou sure that's not you?
ReplyDeleteI can't even thing of Spring, it's so...far off.
I would enjoy sharing tea with you any time Diana, just not in the snow!

ReplyDeleteWow...that's a lot of snow! It's still sunny and warm here in New Mexico, but I see that we have a cold spell coming tomorro! Thank you so much for all the sweet comments that you leave on my blog. I'm so sorry that you don't have the butter churn of your mothers. All of my churns belonged to my mother...they are treasures...so, I know how much that one must have meant to you. Hugs, Penny
ReplyDeleteHey, Love the fur darling!!
ReplyDeleteKalea is home! It was all the prayers!!

I know that we are Wisconsinites...but I think I will pass on this one!!! But we are going to have a heat wave for one day...tomorrow! I am sure hoping that I can get out. I am starting to get cabin fever. I want to go out and have fun...not just go out to go to work. What a way to start the New Year. lol
ReplyDeleteOh Yes, I wish I could sip coffee with you on your pretty porch. We would have a nice visit.

Love,
~Sheri
