PLEASE PRAY FOR TORI
I heard about this through
my friend, Tete,
Her neighbor's granddaughter,
Tori, was having severe pain
in her ankle.
They took her to the ER
for X-Rays only to discover
that she has bone cancer
and it has spread into her leg.
They took her to a larger hospital
where they discovered
4 cancerous tumors in
her lungs.
NO CHILD
deserves this.
NO PARENT
deserves the agony of
watching this happen to
their child.
Please, please, please
pray for her.
The sad thing is that her
sister is not well either.

Every day I say a prayer of
thanksgiving that my children
and grandchildren are
healthy and sound.
I'm sure most of you do, too.
So, in advance I am saying~
Thank you so much!
My blog buddies are the best
in the world!
Blessings to you and your family
this Sunday.

ReplyDeletePraying. Hugs, Marty
ReplyDeleteYou are so right, Diana. I think the worst thing for a parent to endure is to lose a child or to watch your child suffer with no way to help them, and certainly no child deserves to suffer as children with cancer do. This is an incredibly sad story and I will keep this family in my thoughts and prayers for sure.
ReplyDeleteSo sad. I've heard some terrible stories this week. I hope to hear better stories next week and hope Tory is okay.
ReplyDeleteIt is so sad for anyone to have to deal with cancer, but somehow it hits harder when it involves a child. So very thankful all mine are healthy, too. Praying for this family.
ReplyDeletePrayers for these girls and the families, Diana. How difficult this must be for everyone concerned!
ReplyDeleteYes, we are extremely thankful for the good health of our family.

ReplyDeleteHi Diana, I cried when I read about Tori and her sister. I can handle most things, but not when it involves a child. When we go to the cancer center for iron infusions, watching a child get chemo really bothers me. I will say prayers for them and keep hoping they will find a miracle cure. Have a great day tomorrow. Hugs Your Missouri Friend.
ReplyDeleteI will be praying for this sweet young girl.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,

Cancer is a terrible at any age, but when it hits children it seems to be at its worst. Tori and her family will definitely be in my thoughts and prayers.
ReplyDeleteMay she be comforted by her sweet family and Jesus. How tragic. It sounds like it is getting worse and worse. Let's pray for a miracle!
ReplyDeleteSaying a prayer right now.
