The park is about
6 blocks from my
daughter's house.
The girls went with
their friends and
then wondered if they
could walk home.
My daughter said,
Sure!
Pick a walking
partner and hold hands.
She drove ahead
two blocks,
parked where she
could see them,
and let

to her.
Ria dropped back
to take a swig
of water.

phrases..
accompanied by a scowl.
I HAATE THIS WURLD!
She doesn't really!
She really loves this world..
and God...
and her sisters..
and her Mom and Dad..
and, most importantly,
she loves her
Nana!

Awww, poor Sweet Cheeks! How could anyone not want to be her partner? I, myself, would have picked her first. Good thing for big sisters.

Now- SweetCheeks has got that pouting thing down to an art and she's only 4! It's going to be one heck of a ride when she does that pout with PMS later on.

Everything looks so green and lush there. I look at the plants and flowers in the background of the pictures and it's all so beautiful. It's hot and dry here. Anything you don't water dies before mid-June. We water - every day and sometimes twice a day and it's still not that green. But.... we're working on it.

ReplyDeleteSo Sweet ~ I bet the girls were so excited being able to walk on their own (of course with spying eyes just a block away) I love that Big Sis was there to take care of Sweet Cheeks ~ Big Sisters Are the Best... I also loved the photo of "E" biting the Dust ~ Boys are So Different, aren't they. Have a wonderful week, we are getting ready for More big storms today. btw- I love how photos come out during "The Blue Hour" almost magical!

ReplyDeletePrecious little Sweet Cheeks needed a hand to hold. That was too cute. I'm so glad big sister Lulu came to her rescue. I remember in kindergarten we had to hold hand when we walked down the hall for a potty break. Holding hands is really a big deal when you're a kid. Very cute post.
