NANA DIANA SUMMER UPDATE

 THANK YOU

to all of you that have

reached out to me!

I guess I owe everyone an update!

Hubby has been dealing with a lot of health issues.

Serious issues. Issues that keep him in bed

for days at a time.

He passes out when he stands,

sometimes he is so dizzy, even sitting,

that he doesn't want to get out of bed.

This is not vertigo-nothing like that.

His blood pressure plummets at a

moment's notice.

Sometimes his BP is 60s/30s.

It's crazy.

The dr's say none of it makes sense.

I don't remember the last time

we did anything together except watch

shows on Prime or Netflix.

Mayo has accepted him as a patient

BUT

after talking to them last week,

it could be six to nine months

before they will be able to see him.

Meanwhile, they have changed his medications

several times with no improvment.

All of his tests are normal,

EEG/EKG/CT SCANS/BLOOD WORK/LIVER FUNCTION/HEART/LUNGS

All normal-No cancer SOOOOO--What is it?

Meanwhile,

I have been doing several things

around our condo complex.

A friend and I started a women's group

(WOW-Women of Webster).

We have a monthly luncheon, card games,

a book club, etc.

We are opening an Etsy shop soon-

so stay tuned for that.

There is a nice clubhouse and

a huge pool here so I am able to stay active

when I know Hubby is taken care of

and won't get up while I am out.

It works for us----because it has to!

I walk daily with my best boy,

        SCRUFFY.

We get at least 3 miles a day in unless it's raining.

He doesn't like to get his feet wet

but thinks nothing of rolling in the mud.

He keeps me happily entertained

for hours on end..on end...on end.

He has no OFF button....

Thank God for a grandson that

likes to play with him.

I need to get after my garden areas because

they need to be divided and moved

but will probably wait until Fall now.

They ARE lush and gorgeous though.

I did get most of my flowers in

around the front courtyard.

So, my friends, there you have it.

And, in case you are wondering,

I still have my wicked sense of humor.

I need it on those day when I wake up

to a mess like this!

A closet rod and shelf collapsed!

A good time to sort thru old clothes maybe?

Maybe overload on the pole?

Darn dog- I told him that was too much weight!

I will try to stay a bit more

connected.

Maybe I'll show you the cute

little number I am wearing for the

Fourth of July.....

Thanks for hanging in there
with me.
Love to all~
