PICK YOUR FAVORITE PATRIOTIC TABLE

WELL!
Some of us are trying to
get back to the
JOY OF BLOGGING
rather than the
JOY OF BAKING!

I've been doing way too much baking,
as Hubby goes through some
medical tests to determine
what is going on
with his health.

Meanwhile-
While I am still working at getting
the condo set up,
I thought I needed to blog a bit-
a little fun for me
and others, I hope!
Here we go~~~

You KNOW the rules, right!?!
Pick one table where you would like to
PLUNK DOWN.

I'll be serving this time so I
can say Hi to everyone.
Let's see how it goes and
WHO your tablemates will be...
NO FAIR picking
the table where RON is
whipping up cocktails
just because there are drinks there!

Ready? Here we go-

#1- Blue Hydrangea Salute

#2-A Bite By The Bay

#3-BLUE For The Fourth

#4-Something's Fishy Here

#5-A Little Bit Of Gold

#6-Patriots By The Pool

#7-Shovel It In-It's The 4th
So---there you have it.
Pick a table -any table-
ONE TABLE
and close your eyes.
When you open them you will
find out who has joined the party.
Please RSVP by the end of the week
so I can wrap this party up!
I will tally tables next Monday.
Tally Tables- has a nice ring, doesn't it?

Oh!  By the way-
Just so you recognize me---
Here's what I will be wearing when
I come to your table to serve-
I ordered an extra large--
I sure hope it fits when it gets here----
HAVE A HAPPY DAY!
Off to see if I can find a
Veteran or two to aggravate.

I pick #2! You know I have to be near the water!

I chose #7. It looks like the easiest to clean up.

Jan said...

#2, Bite by the Bay for sure. See you there!

I take a huge risk by choosing table 6...by the pool, a favorite place to.eat, ... because if Ron should choose it, too, we all are going to want one of his cocktails...and cocktails and swimming pools could mean trouble with a capital T 😳
Fun and love to all, bj

I love these, Diana!

The hydrangeas are beautiful in the first photo. BUT I am going to go with 3 because of nostalgia. I lived by Lake Huron as a child and this scene reminds me of that and picnics at my grandparents' nearby.

Do we all get to wear a cute outfit! Mine would have to have a little more of the flag to cover up...maybe a WHOLE flag! Love the bay so I'll choose #2. Location is what I love best! I'll go grab a bucket and shovel from one of the other tables to play with! Hope you find out about John's health needs. Take care! Hugs!

#2 -- A Bite by the Bay -- is calling me!

Table number 2 needs to be bigger! lol

It's been too long I've glimpsed the sea/gulf/bay. #2 for me!
Prayers for your hubby's health!

I would love to sit with the Hydrangeas!!
So count me in at table #1...although a dip in the water with #2 wouldn't be bad....
Have a blessed week...hope your Hubby is ok....

Table number 2 would be my pick except for one thing I'm trying to figure out just how anyone could sit up against the wall and if they move the table out than the people sitting on the other side would fall off the porch. But I do like that it's on the water and could you please move the blue hydrangea front table number one and put it in the center of table number 2 and make the porch a little wider

It's Number 1 for me, Diana!!
Hugs,

Bobbie will be my tablemate at table #4

I like #1, 2, and 3. Can we play "musical tables" where we get to rotate around to the different tables and visit new people? I love the colors on #1 and it looks like a lovely porch. #2 is beautiful, but it looks a bit crowded, do I think I'll cross that one off. #3 looks like it is in a field maybe near a pond or lake...so maybe I like that one best. Yeah, I'll go to #3, but if you need someone for #1, I'll go back there and sit too. They are all so lovely. Thank you for the invitation!!

#2..... I would love to eat lakeside any day!!!!

#2 took my breath away the moment I saw it...that's where I would like to be seated for sure. Oh and I will look forward to being served by YOU!!! service should be great....lol!!

#7 for me, Diana! I have gotten really good at shoveling it in!! LOL Love this!!

nonie everythingsewing said...

#2, need to be by the water. #6 was tempting because there is water there also. I think we could put the boat in at #2. Do you know what is on the menu?

LV said...

I would love to join the #1 gang.

nonie everythingsewing said...

Do you mind of I move to #3? I like the water better, and I think the food will be better.

Pam said...

Love all the red, white and blue but the second one on the water got my attention for sure. So I would go with that one, but of course you know that I will be up and all around visiting the other tables.

#2...Must be the water!!

Bite by the Bay for Me. The gorgeous water view did it for me! Hope you will have a very cold glass of Chardonnay when I arrive. :)

Susie said...

Dang girl, you are looking good. :):) I liked many of the cute things on the tables. But I truly love table 7. It's outdoors and so summertime with the shells, pails, and that little boat. It is fun to see how very clever people can be setting the table. I think we should just make Ron the official bartender. LOL. Blessings to my friend, praying for John. xoxo, love, Susie

Ginny Hartzler said...

Wow, they are all gorgeous! My very favorite though is the Blue Hydrangea Salute. Keep us posted on your husband.

2 - because of the water!

Lorrie said...

#7 for me - love the beachy theme. Can I bring a tiny Canadian flag to tuck in with the American one, since we're such good neighbours?

Ann Thompson said...

#3 blue for the fourth. I'll be bringing red, white and blueberry wine to share with my table mates

Ann Thompson said...

I meant to add that with all that wine we won't be blue for the 4th for very long

Kim said...

Oh, I pick that Bite By The Bay table!! You know what they say, you can take the girl off the island, but...or something like that! ;) Hope John's doing ok...xo

Jan said...

I like 5. Sunny and bright but inside where there's air conditioning and no mosquitos!

I choose #1. The outdoor table with the big blue hydrangea centerpieces. Love it!

Definitely #2

You are going to wait on all those tables? By yourself?! You need a Wonder Woman suit.

Well.....there is NO question that Table #2 is for me! But, you already knew that, didn't you, Diana? LOl! I'll meet ya there with a bottle of FatCat-HappyDog wine!

and choose number 2. Will be a busy, fun table I'm sure.

#1 , with those beautiful hydrangeas.

If we might be having an alcoholic beverage, then I cannot be by at one of the tables by the water, I am not always the most coordinated & sure don't need to be splashing about while everyone is enjoying the gathering.

Kathy said...

I'll take number 2. I love eating by the water.

Number 5 I'm a Aussie will always go for the gold.

As I was responding to your comment I wondered if you were going to do a patriotic table post - and here it is.

There are so many fun tables. I'm voting for #2. It's not my favorite table setting, but the location overlooking the water is so beautiful.

Marilyn @ MountainTopSpice said...

I will find my seat at #2 overlooking the bay... the view is glorious, and the table is lovely, although if I could switch another table setting for the view, it would be #1, because I dearly love those hydrangeas... but the view wins out for me :)

Rita C at Panoply said...

I'll reserve a seat at table #2, please, by the bay. At the end seat. By the water. You know, with Rona and all (NOT to be confused with RON), I'd like a seat at that's open on one end, and by the water, so if I feel germy, I can just jump in the water and wash my hands. Not that it has anything to do with the best view.

I'm praying for your hubby and you. xo

Blue Hydrangeas for the Win - just wish they had a water view but #1 please. (I’m playing adult by not stealing them and switching out #2.)

I pick #3 Blue for the Fourth!

Gert said...

Hi....you know how I love these!! It’s got to be #3 ...I would love to be by the water! Reminds me of days gone by. Might not be able to see those across from me ..,due to that beautiful centerpiece...but hey...I’ll just watch the activities on the water!! Thanks for doing this again. My prayers are with you and your hubby. Keep us informed on how he’s doing.
You’re going to look good girl in that celebratory outfit!! ha! ha!

Blessings,
Gert

Love them all this time, but I choose #1 because of the beautiful hydrangeas. Hope your hubby gets good news!

pogonip said...

No contest! Blue hydrangeas for me! It's a perfect table and I just know I'm gonna love my tablemates.

May good test results come your way as we bake our way thru our trials and tribulations.

Linda Jordan said...

I've always enjoyed your table setting posts, but I've never played before. #5 A Little Bit of Gold is my favorite--summery and not too red white and blue. And it's inside, so no bugs. #2 looks a little bit dangerous to me--someone might end up IN the bay.

Jeanie said...

As much as I love those blue hydrangeas in number one, I'm a water girl at heart! Put me at number 2!

Jeanie said...

PS -- Sending all good wishes to your husband. Limbo is just wretched, waiting.

CHERI said...

Oh dear...so many great choices. Can't I just TABLE HOP??? Thought about #1 because I adore hydrangeas. Thought about #3 because I love those blue dishes. And thought about #7 because those red pails are just too cute, plus 7 is my lucky number. But if you just insist that I have to keep my fanny parked at only one table I'll choose #3. I pray your husband will get answers soon and that it will be something easily taken care of. Waiting drives me nuts..I don't do it well at all. May God bless you both.

Doris said...

I would be happy to sit at any of these tables! But I will pick #2. Love eating by the water.....but if that table gets too full you have my permission to move me to another ☺
Praying for you and your hubby!

Robyn said...

I'll take number 6 please! This way I flop right into that cool pool..LOL I pray hubby's issues are not serious. I go through it all the time with my own. Seems it's always something..

Nonnie said...

My pick is #2! if it isn't too late, that is.

Nellie said...

Hi, Diana! I'll take a seat at table #1! Love blue hydrangeas! Sending prayers for your husband's medical issues. Hugs from afar! Take care, be safe, and stay well!

Rain said...

Hi Diana! I hope I'm not too late! :) I think #6 is beautiful, I'm a sucker for any kind of rope, it's very beachy and pretty! I hope there'll be a big jug of Sangria on your tray as you saunter around in your little uniform! :) Loved that! :)

Far Ago Farm said...

Hi Diana! You are going to look very snappy in your new outfit - could be a new fashion trend! Seat me at #7 please. Besides being beautiful, it looks like it is in a shady spot out of the humidity (don't want my hairdo to droop at the party)! Jane

Lisa said...

I like table #2. I love sitting in view of the waters.
I hope Im not late for the party but if I am, Ill just catch up with RON later.
