You all never cease to amaze me!
I made up this little 'game'
and you played along!

Are you ready for your results and to see
who is sitting at your table?

Of course, we DID HAVE a couple
that couldn't make up their mind
I will point them out and make fun of them
but at least they tried...
and there's Katie who said she would be
happy at ANY table....

Anyway--- here we go!
Table #1
Tiptoe Thru Pastel Tulips
Seated here you will find Deb. Cheryl,
Jeanie (who is going to provide bunny napkins for everyone)
Lauren, Penny, Phyllis, Pam, Gert,
and good old Missy is here but wants to change the tablecloth,
(one in every crowd, folks),
Then there is Jill who couldn't decide
between this table and table #3--
so I am going to feed her on the porch.
Carla is here because it was the only table with jellybeans!
Saimi (new to the game and wondering what kind of a nuthouse
she has wandered into)
Katie Isabella (a cat-YES! A CAT-and typical fickle cat also wants to sit at Table#6),
 LV, Cindy, Sylvia, Deb,
Liz, Theresa, Kay (stayed put this time),
and then there is Jane!
Jane has been watching way too many
episodes of The Bachelor and picked
Bachelorette #1-
Hey- I don't make this stuff up, folks-I just record it as I see it!

Whew--that table about gave me heart palpitations!

Moving along:
Table #2
The Blue Plate Special

This is a little more sedate group--
except for Cathy who took up a whole page of comments
trying to pick a table.
She is seated with Carole, Karen, Connie,
Sweet Rose, Donna, Sally, Tanna, Merle,
Ron almost missed the party but you know
your table will have the best cocktails!!!
And, last but not least, is
Karen Ann-and I know she will clean up after she is done working in the stables!

Table #3
Transfer(ware) Me There
Wow!  A lot of you gals like Transferware!
Seated here are  Debbi, Kitty, DebbieDabble, AnnMarie, Judy
Joan (from England-- SHE knows how to behave properly)
Brenda, Connie, Sheri, Lorrie, Vee, Linda,
Kim(who, by the way, still has her twinkle lights up)
Linda, Cathy, Martha Ellen, Pamela, bj, Jen,
Fabby (who owned her own ceramic company
that produced plates!)
Louise (will make place cards for everyone-because she makes cards-right, Louise? YES.YOU.WILL)
Debby Ray, Petie, Penny, Sugar and Gay.
Gay is only coming if the sun is shining because that is why she
chose this table.  If it's an evening meal-remove her plate.
Last, but not least, Janice- who also wants to move to Table #6!!

Table #4
Eggs Take A Bow
Here we have Nonie, Bobbie, Melanie
(Melanie might move to Table #5)
Cecilia, Fran, Lea,  Susie, Cindy, Nonnie/Connie.
Nonnie/Connie- doesn't like the tablecloth and would
LIKE to sit at Table #2-Blue Plate Special
but it is a bit TOO BLUE for her...seriously?

Table #5
A Tisket A Tasket A Green & Growing Basket
Finally!! One group with
Melanie (yep-there she is again), Linda, Carrie,
Jann, Julie & Diane.

Table #6
Wisteriaful Thinking
Please take a seat-Marilyn, Mary, Lesley,
Sandie, Noreen and Jettie.
Now- Jettie MAY need a wheelchair cuz she
just had hip surgery...and seat her close to the bathroom
cuz it takes a while to get there when you are hurting....
and that's all I'm gonna say about that.
Oh Yeah-
Almost forgot---remember
the fickle cat, Katie Isabella, at Table #1?
She might join you all, too.
Take your allergy pills just in case!

Table #7
Eggsactly 16 Eggs In A Row
Well, you are pretty good sized group, too.
Kris (who is only here because of the bunny napkins),
GADawn, Krishna Bethany, Billie Jo,
Veronica Lee,
 LindaALaCarte, Debra, Lisa, Janet,
Sandi, Suzanne, Linda and Patty Mc.
Patty is only here because she wants to look out the windows-
Please don't bother her with small talk.

So--there you have it.
You picked your table so you should have
like-minded people sitting with you.
If you DON'T like them---
well, as my daddy always said,
you made your bed-now lie in it....
or in this case...
sit on the chair you chose.

I "think" I got everyone this time
AND put you at the right table
BUT--let me know if I screwed up
as I'm sure you will.

Off and running (before one of you hurts me).
Have a great day!

Okay, I wouldn't let myself look at the results until I had looked at all the tables, and I vote for (way after the fact, of course) #3. It's so pretty! And I love Chatty Crone's comment. LOL xo

Nonnie said...

Well, that was pretty fun ... nee! No fair telling on the ones with attitude. Now, bring on the next set for us to vote on. We don't need a holiday to have a little fun at the table.

Great fun Diana. Hope everyone is nice at my table, but I am sure they will be.

Oh boy, a small group at our table so we can get acquainted well. Closest to bathroom is right, I've had 2 surgeries in the last month, so anyone who wants to push the wheelchair, you are welcome to, as long as you don't eat my food while I am gone.

This is one of your funniest ever, love it! LOL I think I am AT YOUR TABLE, so that makes me happy, I know you'll have us all cracking up and in stitches! I see Janice, but not sure if it's the Janice I know,(if it IS--she's bringing some beautiful old vintage sugar bowls and glasses) also I see Debby Ray and Linda, but not sure it it's the Linda I know and I'm real happy because I see BJ strolling and she's brought some really pretty black and white checked/pattern dishes and bowls. Today I have brought a huge bowl of shrimp and grits with cheese, a platter of fried green "maters", and a big white coconut cake.

Karen Ann said...

LOL.. why yes, yes I will. On one condition... can I keep the nest/eggs once I've finished clearing? :-)

Wouldn't this be a grand party? Love it, love it, love it. Too bad it isn't for real...or is it? Let me know when...
