BLOGGERS THAT ARE RETURNING TO THE REALM OF BLOGLAND

All of you bloggers know how hard it is
to build up a base of followers.
It can be disheartening at times
when you pour heart and soul into
A BLOG
and then no one visits
or comments.

I followed both of these ladies
for several years.
Many of you will remember

Many years ago she suffered
a tragic accident that resulted in
traumatic brain injury.
One of the worst problems
was with her vision.
AND she is AN ARTIST!
Can you imagine?

She quit blogging because
she couldn't read blogs anymore-
nor could she see to paint.
While her vision is still not perfect,
they had discovered some treatments
that are helping her and..
SHE IS BACK!!!
Please go visit her  HERE
and sign up as a follower.
She is one of the
BEST STORYTELLERS EVER !

And the other blogger I want to
tell you about is
She had some very serious family issues
and had to be away for a while
but now she is back and trying to
find her old followers.

She lives in the UK
and if you love all things ENGLISH
including things like
Cath Kidston's delightful collection--
well, you will LOVE Happy.
Wondering who Rosie is?
I'm not gonna tell you-
you will have to pop over to Happy's blog HERE
to find out!

Have a wonderful Wednesday.
Lord willing, I am on my way to my daughter's house
as you are reading this.
Just a 6 hour drive listening to news,
fighting Chicago traffic,
and drinking coffee
which means SEVERAL wayside stops
because--well---you know....

If you have time,
please pop over and say HI to these two gals
and give 'em a little blogland love!
Thanks so much!

I think my first circle of them are no longer here. It's a shame really, it always sucks when they don't even say goodbye, they just leave

Oh my gosh, I have been worried about Laurie. So glad to hear she is back. But hanks.

Thanks not hanks.

Thank you so much for posting the link to Laurie's resumed blog! I adore her too. She has left me a couple of comments but clicking her icon leads only to her old blog profile, not her new one, so I couldn't find the new blog. And I will definitely check out Happy's blog -- it looks terrific!

Yes it is really hard to get a following. I blogged for yrs and just a yr ago I started getting a following when I retired and could devote time to reading blogs and leaving messages. I will jump over and check out those blogs.

I am on my way over to both blogs. It's hard to blog every day especially when you have health problems.

Diana you are such a good friend to all of us. I'll pop over to visit both blogs. I'm struggling to continue to blog but I know how much I would miss it so I keep on keeping on. Hope the drive was uneventful! Hugs!

I love blogging and am so sad when some of my most read bloggers quit writing. These two are new to me, but I'll definitely check them out. What a great friend you are! I hope your drive was good without too many "comfort" stops.

Putting time, into blogging, is work. But mostly, a work of love.

People do READ, but they don't BOTHER to COMMENT.<----My pet peeve.

You are an exception. You have Followers, who Comment! You have had this blog, for years, and have built up your following, over years. With much work involved!

Don't think it can be done, anymore. Don't. The world has "gone Instagram." Quick! Quick! Quick!

So now I figure, if they are at least "Reading" my blog, that is something. "Needing Comments" is self defeating. In this "Brave New World of Quick." -sigh-

To not mind, is just another one of the things, I have to work on, in my drive to Simplify. Each thing, I no longer "need," is another way, I which I am free-er! -smile-

But you are still sweet, to try to help other bloggers. Best of luck to them!

Happy end of Nov. hugs,
Luna Crone

How sweet of you, Diana. I will definitely check out your friends blogs.

I've been blogging for 15 years, and have experienced loss of my original blog friends. Unfortunately, two because of ill health and death. So very sad. Most of the others have turned to FB, and that's ok. :)

I hope you had a safe trip!

xoxo

What a sweet thing to do for these ladies. Yes -- it's hard to gather a following, especially when you have to stop blogging for awhile. In recent years, my blog has 'ebbed and flowed'. This year has been a 'flowing' year but who knows so I'm always grateful for faithful readers. I will most definitely be checking out their blogs and following. Gosh I love that trailer!!! And I love the pics on your header -- are those all your pictures and who is that beautiful, little girl by the Christmas tree? I didn't realize you are in the Chicago area? I live in a suburb and YES, our traffic is awful, especially between here and Indiana, a trip I have to make to visit my parents in Ohio from time to time and I always dread it. We often just take the train into the city if we are going to go in for events. I work from home so no commute for me thankfully! Have a safe trip!

Thank you so much for sharing this. I followed her for a long time and missed her. Well I will follow her again now.
It really frustrates me too that I can not seem to get people to read or comment. Maybe one or two if I am lucky. My blogs cover a lot of things and yet I can not find the secret to success.

Awe, I will have to visit your friends. I only blog once a week and mercy it is about all I can do. I do enjoy it so and love visiting others. I have made some very dear friends in blogland. I will pay them a visit. Hugs and blessings, Cindy
P.S. Be careful and have fun!

Thanks for keeping up with these bloggers. Circumstances change and life gets in the way. I always wonder what happened when some of my favorites just stop blogging.

I've read Happy loves Rosie off and on for several years now. I will go visit the other blogger. I used to follow so many blogs. My computer has been acting up, I know I need a new one but just haven't gotten one yet so I am not on the computer a lot.

I will definitely visit these precious ladies, and what a sweetie you are to give them a shout-out as they return to blogging! Life definitely gets crazy at times, and things have to be let go. I'm so thankful to hear that modern medicine is helping Laurie, and I will be glad to get to know Rosie, her little camper looks delightful! I hope you have a blessed time with your daughter!
