A PRETTY PINK VALENTINE TREE

Now I KNOW some of you
are going to be thinking...
Okay! That is TOO much.
And...it may be TOO MUCH
but  I think that
SOMETIMES-
TOO MUCH is BETTER
than
LESS is MORE--
Doesn't make any sense?
Don't worry about it...
I never said I was going to make sense here.
Now I ask you- Is that cute, or what?
What?
More?  You want more?
Little boxes of candy tucked here and there.
And the hearts I showed you how to make
And a topper made by sweet Tete.
Tete rhymes with Sweet...
and Pete and neat and...okay..I quit
It's perfect, isn't it?
At the base is a sweet crocheted
table topper that belonged to my mother.
This was made by Lulu one year.
Every tree needs an angel
Soft and Pretty
Love it...
SEE? It's Pinkly Pretty!!
This little beauty sits in the bay window
in the front sitting room
in front of the old leaded glass window
I saved from one of the houses
we rehabbed.
The matching window had too
much damage and fell apart.
And, now that you have enjoyed
A Bit Of Beauty
I give you
ONE MORE BEAUT!
My understanding is that he is
STILL LOOKING FOR A DATE
for
VALENTINE'S DAY~
Anyone interested?
Anyone?
anyone?
anyone...

Have a great
PINKLY PRETTY WEEKEND!

Your pink tree is fantastic! Makes me want to drag my white tree out of Christmas storage and bedazzle it up!

Glad I stopped by here today Diana. You always make me laugh! No the tree is not too much, it's really pretty and sets a festive mood to your home. I love it and of course, you had me at pink!! It really shows off your hearts too.
Ok, as for the hunky dude, I think a little less ink might be more attractive. But, chances are he will find a date! LOL!

hugs,
Sissie

What a pretty Valentine's Day tree. I've never done that. Don't decorate much for V Day, just a few things here and there.

As for the hunk at the end, I'm sure someone will want him. Just not me. I've got my Joe, you understand.

Very cute tree! I had a small faux Christmas tree on my kitchen counter. I just removed the Christmas ornaments and added some shiny Hearts. It's no where near blog worthy like yours, but I liked the glow of the lights at night, so it works for me. I am just getting back into blogging after a long break and I am trying to get my readers back...seems not many are stopping by. I would love for you to stop by and see all the crazy, messy things we've been up to. I am playing catch up with my posts....lots happening! Have a delightful day!

I love it!!!! It is super cute and looks good with your leaded glass window. Very pretty. Ok for Mr. Hunk I think you should have talked to him about less is more before he visited the Tattoo Parlor lol! Happy Friday sweet friend. Enjoy the weekend.
Hugs,
Kris

It's awfully pretty, the tree, I mean, not the guy looking for a date. I'll pass. Enjoy that fluffy pink tree!

I think the tree is unique and cute! Sweet idea...especially fun given that it gives you a way to keep and use valentines you receive.

I never wanted tattoos for myself, nor do I like tattoos on women. Some women think having one above the behind is hot, I think it's not

Do you know that I've always wanted a PINK tree to decorate? And then I think to myself, what am I going to do the rest of the year with a Pink tree hahaha. But this one is wonderful, Diana. It's so festive with all the ornaments, hearts, pearls, sweet little angel, and the Sweethearts candies. Don't ya just love those? You did a fantastic job making a tree in honor of this special holiday. Love it, Diana. It must make you smile every time you look over at the Bay window and see this.

Hi,
I just saw a pink tree at one of the homes I deliver Meals on Wheels meals. I loved it. The lady I deliver the meal to is such a sweetheart. She still decorates and does what she can to her home. It really is a beautiful home.
I have to share with you, we deliver the meals in a container that you can eat out of. Oh not my classy lady, she asks me to help her put it on a plate and she has her milk in a wine glass.
I just love her. And I love her pink tree. And I love your pink tree.

Happy Weekend,
Carla

I used to love making my own Valentines as a kid...today I make my own because I don't want to give one more penny to the card companies. There are some good ideas for me to copy.

Your pink tree is so fun. You would have loved the Tate House we visited in December. It was built from pink marble from Tate Georgia. It is now an events site. We had tea and a tour there. Some pink rooms, some pink trees, other rooms with other colors. I loved it.
