QUICK SURGERY UPDATE -on CJK's OTHER NANA

Thank you all so much
for your prayers.

I got a text from my DIL.
Pat is out of surgery and it went well.
Her surgery was about 8 hours long
and she is now in recovery.

So far- So Good.
They will be monitoring her for
seizures and any other side effects
from the long surgery.

Thank you again!
You have prayed another person
through a trial.

Keep praying for her and her family
in these upcoming days
and weeks of recovery.

This little boy will be very happy to have
NANA PAT
home where she belongs.

Maybe he'll even share his pumpkin with HER..
Or--maybe not---

Working on my Etsy shop.
Setting these things up are not for the
faint-of-heart
or the computer challenged.

So good to hear the surgery went well. So many to pray for. But prayer is such a privilege and so reassuring that God bends low to hear the simplest pray. Blessings and hope all goes well with your Esty shop.

I have missed so many posts, Diana. But I am glad to hear that the delicate surgery went well. Scary, indeed. I wonder if 10 years ago they would even have been able to do a surgery on the lining of the brain. It is such a gift from God that the knowledge and skill has advanced to that degree. Praying for no seizures. How scary for the whole extended family.

Also, I'm very excited that you're opening an Etsy shop. You're right, I think many are put off by how complicated it is to just set one up! I felt like every single step involved a huge learning curve. The thing to remember is, when you have a question, Google it. I found that to be the quickest way to an answer I had. And once you've got your shop up and running, it will be easy from there. Little consolation right now, I know, but... xo

That's wonderful news! I wish her a full recovery.

Good luck with your shop Diana. Tech stuff is always so challenging, but there's lots of help out there if (when) you get stuck.

I'm with you on the wondering! I noticed you had a picture from Miss Gracie's House on your post. I loved her blog more than anything, but she just seemed to quit without much of a word. If you find her Diana, please let the rest of us know.
