Finish It Up Friday-FUN WITH THE FAMILY

THE BABYSITTER

Lulu is just getting old enough to babysit.
So, while she was here last weekend,
we had CJK come over so she
could practice.

Here is how it went!
Lulu is trying to read her book for school
and keep an eye on CJK.
He is VERY INTERESTED in her book.
He is SO interested that he says he can read it--
and starts with
Once 'pon a time....
She is not getting much reading done because
Bucko drops her book on the floor
and gives her a
GREAT BIG HUG!
That hug did not seem to get enough of a response-
Let's try
ONE MORE REALLY BIG HUG-
along with the
CHIN GRIND!
Ah- yes--perfect response...
Now- Let's just move along
to balancing on the
Hairy Headed Sisters!
This is what they call an
ACTION SHOT
in the movies.
Free of charge for you, of course-
And now that you have had fun with
everyone else it is time to have
FUN WITH POPS!
Yeah-That's they way we all feel, kid!
Sorry----

So cute, reminds me of when my daughter was that age and her daddy would lay on the floor and she would walk on his back. Are grandkids Grand!

Great images of the kids. Looks like they all get along pretty good together, except that big kid in the last shot...I think he needs a time out.

CJK is such a cutie and I can tell he takes after his Nana with his sense of humor! The girls are growing up so fast! It looks like a fun time was had by almost all- your Hero is the best sport! Have a great weekend!

SO cute!!! I've always said I plan to adopt a 35 year old so I can have grandchildren and not go through the trenches of having to actually raise children! We'll see how that works out

You are going to be in trouble with that last shot! Hee hee. How nice that they are able to enjoy their cousins (and grandparents) as frequently as they do. Have a great weekend. Happy May 1st!

I've always said I wish we could find a way to bottle up the energy little ones have for our use! They have so much energy and excitement in their heart, and it is hard, even for teenagers, to keep up, lol! I was wondering if Lulu was revisiting her "calling" as a babysitter, lol! You have no idea how much work it is to keep up with a little one until you are responsible for their entire care! lol! Have a blessed day enjoying your grandbabies Diana :)

Diana, I loved all the pictures. That last one tells is all. LOL. Looks like grandpa but a stop to all the rough housing. Too cute. I think we should invite kid clothing make from dust cloths and then turn them loose through the house. Throw their clothes in the washer, give the kid a bath, your house will be clean and so will the kid. :):) Hope you are going to have a fun weekend. xoxo,Susie

Diana, your home must be just bursting with love and laughter all the time. I just got back from a trip to visit with our daughter and granddaughters. Kids are such a joy. I was playing the game Boggle with them and had a laughing fit . . . the kind where you laugh so hard that you start to honk . . . I haven't done that in years and the girls had never heard me honk. Of course their reaction made it even harder to quit.
Have a wonderful weekend.
Connie :)

That picture is priceless of Your Hero and grandson. They kinda look alike. He sure was having fun with the girls, but Lulu looks like she would rather read her good book. I'm sure you all had tons of fun with the grands.
Have a great weekend Diana.

So sorry to hear of the passing of your friend. It's always hard to say goodbye to someone you love. Well, it's not exactly goodbye, just so long for a while. Glad you have those adorable kids around to cheer you up!

Some day there will be no little ones left for us and it will be a great loss. I want to spend every minute I can and take every picture I can. My oldest grandchild is 15 and he is so busy with his own life. He doesn't miss the weekend after weekend we spent together. I wouldn't hold him back but I sure do miss the little guy he was. Thank goodness for the ones younger than him.

Oh his smile so joyous! It's the little things that are the best ;-) Have a great weekend!

I think that pic is giving him a bad rep! I'm sure Nana has fun with Pops ====:O (that's hair standing on end and a shocked expression, in case you were wondering) Have a great weekend! Hugs, Leena
